It was very clean, and staffs were friendly. I ‘d never had breakfast includes omelet at inn, but this place had one, very nice. And there was machine that can make caffe latte and even hot chocolate. I can highly recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing stay. Clean hotel, great staff and amazing breakfast. Newer hotel that is well kept! Hotel staff helped us store our mountain bikes in a locked storage room. And the breakfast had many choices, to include fresh fruit, waffles, and made to order omelettes. Every staff member we encountered was very helpful and kind.

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we checked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and made us feel right at home. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially appreciated how quiet the hotel was, which made it easy to get a great night’s sleep.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the hotel’s location made it convenient to explore St. George and the surrounding attractions. Overall, the customer service and cleanliness exceeded our expectations.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the St. George area. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable!

This was a decent property. Rooms were large and clean, and it was centrally located. There are nice Amenities, but not all of them were operational. The hot tub in my area was non-functional. The restuarant on the property offered a good breakfast. I would warn people that these units do not offer an elevator. So if you are not able to carry your bags up stairs and ADA rooms are not available, look elsewhere. I had my elderly mother with me and I wasn't aware of this until we got to the property. Thankfully she was able to make it up two flights of stairs.

Everything was great. Breakfast was very good. Menu is displayed in elevators plus the extra food item special like smoothies, breakfast sandwiches on top of the normal items. Different daily! This hotel is only a few years old which was very nice! A few restaurants across the parking lot plus a mini mart & gas station too. I would stay there again forsure!!

This was a great choice for our stay! Just be mindful this location is about 45 minutes from Zion national Park and about two hours from Las Vegas. The rooms were spacious and the staff is very kind! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The breakfast was delicious and omelet for most of the time smoothies were a hitand crepes were fantastic. Friendly kitchen staff. Front desk staff were helpful and willing to chat. Manager was kind and hard working. The salt water pool and hot tub was perfect and clean and refreshing. All in all my 7 day stay was restful and I was close to family I was visiting!

Really enjoyed our stay at this location. A bit of a drive to Zion, but dog friendly AND with a pool and hot tub! Wow! Really sweet staff who were very helpful! No bad vibes here. Walkable to dining options. It’s a bit of an area that is under development, so no nice views, but convenient to the highway.

Elizabeth became our new friend in Washington! So personable at the check in desk! I grew up as the 4th generation resort owner on 800’ prime Lake Michigan frontage, so I think I know what great customer service looks like. Elizabeth’s energy and desire to serve was a breath of fresh air.
So, even though we all like the facility, we will return to visit Elizabeth!

I booked on Expedia the day of arrival. I specifically booked this hotel room because it was a pet friendly room with wood floors not carpet ($145 +25 pet fee). The front desk was amazing when I arrived for check in. The room initially looked good, although I could see that the floor had not been swept, as I looked closer and turned on more lights you could actually see dry dirt prints all over the floor. I was exhausted, it was around 11:30 at night; I wet some towels in the bathroom and wiped the entire room floors, the towels were covered in dirt and whatever else. I went to the front desk and they asked how the room was, I said not good and showed her the pictures of the towels. With a lot of apologies and an offer to change rooms or come and clean the floors with an actual mop I took the mop the room I already booked (the other room had partial carpet). After waiting for the floors to be cleaned and towel dried I finally got in the room just after midnight. The cooler was so loud that there is no way it could be left on at night. The bed frame was broken, when you sat on it you could hear the frame clank. I slept maybe 2 hours; I tossed and turned feeling uneasy with the cleanliness of the property (mopping a room should be a basic cleaning standard).In the morning the same gentleman was there he apologized and said he could only take off the $25 pet fee because I booked through Expedia. I filed a complaint with Expedia the manager never respond.

This hotel was immaculately clean! We were welcome by a very nice young woman at the front desk who offered us a few bottles of water and a couple of snacks to bring up to our room upon check-in. They also have a charging station for EV's. But what really impressed me was the breakfast. Not only did it have the basics like cereal, yogurt, toast, etc., but also chafing dishes filled with scrambled eggs, sausage, home fries, hot oatmeal plus you can make fresh Belgium waffles in 2 1/2 minutes! On top of all that, there was a gentleman outside making omelettes to order! Mine was delicious and the service was fabulous. If we go through St. George again, we will definitely be stopping here!

I have never in all my travels and i travel weekly been called by the front desk to be told check out was 20 min ago. They don’t provide maid service with begging for it and no maids are even around to 11am. BTW check out time is posted on back of door as noon which is reasonable. To top it off their coffee is just colored water, had to go to mcdonald to get coffee, however their omelette are a nice touch

Nice hotel with clean rooms, an indoor pool, and an outdoor hot tub. We drove here for a 1 night stay before our hike at Kanarra falls in the morning. The complimentary breakfast on a Sunday morning was nice. Even had an omelet station. We arrived fairly late at night so it was convenient that across the parking lot is a McDonald's. The pool was lackluster but my kids enjoyed it. We were on a floor with a lot of kids but it wasn't too noisy and we all slept well despite the beds not being particularly comfortable. But balancing aesthetics and convenience this hotel complete met our needs. We would definitely stay again when back in the area.
