This is a cheap hotal that is poorly maintained. You can hear traffic which makes it hard to sleep. The remote control for the TV only worked about half of the time. The showerhead leaks, but the worst part were the cockroaches in my room. I was able to get 2 of them on video and was able to kill one, but it grossed me out. In the morning I wanted to bring it to the attention of the hotel staff, but there was no one there at the desk. I didn't have time to wait for them, but left a note asking them to call me, but never heard back from them. Overall, it was very disappointing.

Be aware, this place does not have free cancellation checin time is by 6 pm. We arrived at 6:30 and wanted to stay for only one night instead of three. ( I had mistakenly booked this place instead of one closer to our venue). I was told I would still have to pay for all three days because checin time was 6 and I had not given 24 hrs notice, and I had to pay for the third day because since it was after 6 it was too late for 24 hour notice for the third day. Since I had to pay anyway we stayed for 3 days.
The beds were clean and very comfortable, but the floors were sticky, windows dirty. Beautiful pool and hot tub, but the decks and walkways were grimy, needed a good hose down. This originally was a very elegant hotel, but it could use a good spruce up.

This isnt a high end hotel. It has the amenities and location that makes this hotel useful and the price was right. If your a stickler for the finer things in life, plush towels, up to date furnishings this place is not for you. I thought my deal was good for what I recieved.

Staff were very friendly and didn’t even ask for a deposit! , room was old but clean, quiet and the ac worked phenomenal which in a place like st. george you need it on 24/7. The deadbolt lock in my room was missing which didn’t bother me but could be a problem for some. Overall the best bang for buck place in st. george and walking distance to the dixie rock with the best sunset view in the city.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was quiet, no outside sounds or noisy guests. Free breakfast was good with a waffle maker, toaster, plus eggs and sausage. Drinks were varied. Found they had peanut butter, which most places do not.

Property may need two or three more vending machines. Could stand a little paint on the doors in the room. Check out was easy, just leave the key cards in the room.

To start, the manager was rude and upset that we booked through expedia because he lost commissions. He made it very clear his was unhappy, which set the tone for the rest of time there. He put us in the furthest room, near the construction and away from easy access even though I expressed my mother is elderly.

The morning staff ladies, we're pleasant and kind, the housekeepers as well.

The food, seemed reheated. No service for the waffles or non stick spray so you couldn't make waffles after the first person.

No fruit, no utensils for serving different items, you either use the same one or grab things with your hands.

The room, stained all over, not sure how the curtains, headlamps and walls get so dirty but it felt off.

We were sick and booked this place last minute so we didn't bother looking anywhere else. I will ot be using expedia deals ever again. This was the worst place ive ever stayed. Not to mention the sketchy people that hang in the parking lot all night. No on site security.

If you are on a budget, there are more options locally.

The room was dirty. It needed a deep clean. There were two big spider webs hanging on the ceiling. The pillows were flimsy and did not hold their shape at all. Two of the three lights above the sink were out. We did not eat breakfast. The air conditioner worked great.

Room was clean. Pool and spa nice and clean. There was some landscaping that needed some tending to. It was a noisy location being next to major road. Also the fridge waa noisy, considered unplugging it and the bathroom light was noisy like an old time neon light.

There was a continental breakfast in the morning from 6am to 9am. The hotel was built on a hill, sort of, for when you park above the entrance you have to take the elevator to the 1st floor. Property was small but clean. Staff excellent. For a short stay it is great.

The hotel is looking old and has not been kept up. The lobby had busted tile and phone/cable wires coming in through the ceiling. The next morning, there was poor lighting in the breakfast room (right next to the lobby). Our room was a kitchenette suite and the stove top was 1980's era with old black burn stains. The fridge was dented, there was a dead mosquito lingering from one of the cabinets. When we really looked close, the wall behind the fridge was filthy all the way to the ceiling. Speaking of the ceiling, there were several stains up there including something looked dark red?!? The toilet seat was connect by one screw (should be two), the floorboards were black with dust and the bed was less than average. I read a little sign on the kitchenette counter that said something about hoping our stay was clean, comfortable, and they want to make sure we're happy. It was affordable, and the gentleman at the front counter was nice and competent. But the place needs a major facelift.

The staff member checking people in for the later shift was not friendly or welcoming. It seemed like he didn't want customers checking in...

The Breakfast staff was awesome and friendly. Breakfast is your average hotel breakfast (Waffles, cereal, toast, eggs, sausage, yogurt, toast). They do keep it well stocked though.

The hotel is a little older and shows some signs of its age. But overall for the cost it is a decent place to stay and we have stayed there before and would stay again.

Our room seemed a little run-down, and the beds were hard. There was food left in the refrigerator from previous guests, and a stream of wadded-up toilet paper hung from the peephole. After my daughter took a shower, the pressure in the pipes kept building and vibrating, sounding like a distant chainsaw. We ended up changing rooms at 10:30 at night. The room we were moved to was much nicer, and the beds were much more comfortable; I'm not sure about the discrepancy. There were dirty footprints on the wall across from the toilet. Also, the street noise was loud on the south side, but much better on the north side. Breakfast was minimal and not great. If I had to stay here again, I would, but it definitely wouldn't be my first choice.

The room was spacious; however, the flooring appeared to have not been vacuumed. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets were rough. The HVAC unit was non-functional, preventing temperature adjustments and resulting in a cold environment at night. Furthermore, a peculiar odor was present. Had it not been a busy weekend, we would have sought alternative accommodations. Super disappointed. This would've been a 50.00 room not 150.00.

The breakfast is very limited. They offer coffee, juice, waffles, cold cereal and packaged blueberry muffins and that is it. The room was mostly clean but had a used shampoo packet under the rubber mat in the shower and the shower doesn't drain well so you are standing in a puddle by the time you are done. The bathroom sink barely drains at all. They need to run some Drano or something regularly because the biggest problem I noticed was drainage. Overall the stay was decent for the price.

This place is horrible! I'm shocked Wyndham has there name attached to this property! You name it...it was bad. Place is dirty..light switches did not work with certain lights in room. Almost checked out when I saw the room.

Dirty rooms with trash on the floor and swept under the couch, old and outdated appliances, old A/C that don’t work and was loud and noisy, A/C squealed all night, and they wouldn’t do anything about it. When I asked about another room, they sarcastically said, “what do you mean? You are in the best room in the house.” Like they knew it had problems and wouldn’t do anything about it, what kind of service is that in this kind of business, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!

We were surprised at the condition of this Days Inn property. It came across more like an old Motel 6 than a Days Inn.
We had a first level room, didn't see an elevator(s) for the multi-structure, three level facility.
1960s phone, no notepad, no writing pen, no resource booklet leading to community resources, restaurants, etc. No Gideon Bible.

Bare, painted walls, no art at all.
Saggy bed (but well made up).
Cheap, mismatched furnishings.
Appliances sitting on top of table and drawers.
Dated carpet, dust bunnies in the corners.

Breakfast was of common fare, mixed quality. Intermittently attended with restocking ang table cleaning. Good waffles, dry cereals, milk, good Yoplait yogurt, apples, second tier sausage, eggs, jellies.

Check in was terrible as no one was in the office for over 30 minutes of waiting. The ADA room had no remote for the TV. I called the office with no response. After going to the office, was told they would have to find the remote and program it, but they had to go to the store and could not do it now. Two hours later I ran into them in passing and was told they could not find the remote but would try and get me one for the next day. The next morning for breakfast, the food area was not open at the scheduled time and the breakfast was absolutely terrible. It also felt like the staff was guarding to make sure nobody was taking too much food and and made a very uncomfortable to many of the patrons as we discussed with each other. I checked out immediately with it different hotel for the rest of my stay.

In short, this was the wost hotel exerience we've ever had. The staff was completely unfriendly. You ask about breakfast and the pool. Our sheets were stained and the room so dirty we didn't try either the pool or breakfast for fear of catching a disease. To be honest, I'm surprised Expedia pointed me in their direction and am not sure I trust you any more.

We recently stayed here and unfortunately were disappointed with the cleanliness of our room. It did not appear to have been vacuumed in quite some time, and the bathroom floor hadn’t been properly swept or mopped. There were small bits of debris, including what looked like bug remnants, in the corners of the bathroom.

This raised concerns for us about overall cleanliness, including the bedding. We hope management can address housekeeping standards, as the location and staff were otherwise pleasant.

The floors were extremely dirty. I walked around barefoot and the bottom of my feet were completely black. It was disgusting. The shower had leaked and the breakfast was okay. Some of the egg disks that they defrosted on the microwave were not fully cooked or heated through. It was not my favorite stay.

Honestly, our stay wasn’t bad overall.

The cons? The floors could’ve been better cleaned, but that’s more in the corners. The sheets were lightly stained but were washed, so I wasn’t totally grossed out. The bathroom ceiling had some water damage/stains showing and the exhaust fan?! Sounded like a diesel generator right next to your head it was so loud! And the food was… typical for this kind of hotel breakfast. Edible but nothing to rave over.

But… the bed and pillows were comfy. The AC unit worked great and wasn’t loud at all. The room was quiet at night, although we did hear our upstairs neighbor thumping around. The area felt safe enough that I wasn’t worried about the car parked right outside. And the staff was friendly and helpful for the few times we interacted.

Would I stay here again? Sure. I mean the price was good for our needs. But if I could find a bigger name hotel for a similar price, I’d prolly go there instead.

Property has band-aid updates to an aging facility. Staff was neither friendly nor rude. There didn't appear to be any enforcement of the no-pets rule since other people staying were letting their dogs relieve themselves right in front of the no-pets sign.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you're desperate or price is the only factor.

First off, I'll say that at least all of staff were super nice and helpful. That being said, the hotel was not anywhere I would stay again or refer. I cancelled after our first night there. Older, smaller and dirtier than the picture. I mean the sink was clean, but the rest was basic clean, and you could tell that there had been no thorough cleaning in a long time. Loud road noise if roadside. Walls are very thin, floors above were super thin. Woke up at 4:15am and had to listen to kids running, creaking the floors and banging. Finally called the front desk to have them call. Cancelled then and there. They were very nice to accommodate that! Breakfast was waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, etc., although not much left when we got there. Dirty fridge w/ a gallon of milk for the cereal. Gave two stars since they allowed me to cancel and the staff was very pleasant.

Room was accessed without my permission, after we checked in. We provided the front desk our phone number, but no attempt was made to contact us as we weren't in room at the time. Lights were turned on, heater was turned to AC, towels were moved unnecessarily. No note left to explain what happened, was very unsettling. Will not return.

I was just driving through, I got there around 1am and spent over a half an hour walking back and forth to the office because the key didn't work. Finally the guy just let me in but I had no key so I had no way to come and go if I needed to. Strange access door inside that I was unable to verify was locked. Heater smelled like awful burning and was illegible so you had no idea how hot or cold it would be.
