When we arrived, there was no one to greet us and the doors were locked with a sign asking us to call a specific number. Once staff arrived, they were very personable and helpful. Room smelled atrociously of cigarette smoke, bathtub and shower were very worn down. Would not stay here again.

Room keys only worked once a day and then I would have to go to the front desk each time to have it re-keyed. Two ice makers: neither when worked. No soap in the room. Once again a trip to the front desk.

The room was clean and appeared to have new carpet. Front desk staff were pleasant and took care of our checkin. They had no working ice machines or working juice machines. The pool area was nice but never had pool towels available. We stayed two days. I’d probably stay again because the room was clean and nice staff.

The room 204 has a lot of patching on the ceiling
The sink didn't drain and the hole at the back of the sink was so dirty with black gunk it was disgusting! The tub didn’t drain and filled 3/4 high by the time my husband took a shower it was grose! The tub made noises as if it was squeaking on the bottom when standing in it. Around the tub drain was so dirty and slimy I didn’t even take a shower only my husband it was so grose
Our friends room down from us the mattress was awful and it was warped the the middle …..
this property owner needs to spend some money on repairs and cleaning‼️
Not happy to the extent that we didn’t even feel. Omgortsble eating there and we wanted a place with breakfast included eat at the facility

Door would not open after requesting new keys several times maintenance came said it was fine, door still would not open, finally after a terrible night where the tub would not drain and the room stank the moved us to a different room, same issues cards wouldn’t work to open the door, tub was plugged and room stank. Staff was terrible didn’t offer any type of resolution, do not waste your money here

Overall stay was okay until check out. I forgot my wedding ring and called right away. Was told to call back after 3 when the housekeepers were done cleaning. Called back was told to call back the next day so they could check with housekeepers. I did and they said they didn’t find anything when I told them exactly where it was left and then the front desk hung up on me. Won’t stay again. Housekeepers are not trustworthy.

Our room was very rundown and not clean, bathroom door would not close, furniture was beat up, some of the electrical outlets did not work. Rug was stained fan was loud. We want a credit of some kind.

Breakfast was a significant disappointment, largely because I'd read several reviews that talked about how great it was. In my experience, it was just about average. There were no bagels or cream cheese, so that was a significant disappointment to me, since I try to eat lightly at these places.
The waffle was fine, but much like any other hotel.
The room was more than adequate, quite clean and fairly spacious.
For some reason, the pool was extremely pretty.
Sadly I could not find an ice machine that worked.

Front desk attendant was very friendly. Room was in poor condition- telephone did not work , deadbolt did not work, shower was very dirty on top ledges, and both ice machines on property were broken. Sound proofing is very bad and woken frequently by clanging of stairs /second floor.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was okay. Room was clean. Shower was good. Air conditioner worked well. Smart key to the room barely worked. Had to move it around from 5 to 20 second to get the door open. The room smelled old. We were there four nights. The juice machine for breakfast was always out of order. The ice machine was out of order. The water cooler in the entry did not have a water bottle, so no drinking water. Breakfast of eggs, sausage, muffins, waffles, cold cereal, etc. was okay. Housekeeping only came to our room once (we had to request that they come) -- emptied the trash cans, fresh bar soap, took dirty towels on the floor. No new/clean towels, did not make the beds.

Had to be moved because of an extremely loud AC unit. Staff are friendly and accommodating but the communication between FD and Housekeeping is terrible. And just because you have a DND on your door doesn’t mean housekeeping won’t come in while you are trying to sleep! This happened THREE times, once when the housekeeper didn’t even knock. This upset me more than the terrible breakfast, juice machine broken btw, and the computer/printer ALSO being out of order. Why ON EARTH do I pay for all of these things only to not receive them. BUNK!

I paid for this hotel visit through Hotels.com . The pictures make it look nicer than it is. Don’t stay here. The rooms are musty and so dirty. Things are falling apart left and right. The pool heater was out. The free breakfast is nothing exciting and the juice and coffee machines were out of order. Beyond that they took a card on file for damages and charged at the time of checking in a new charge for $600+ what a scam!!!! And they haven’t removed it. Don’t stay here

I’m very disappointed with my recent stay. On the first full day, I spoke with the manager in the afternoon about several concerns. She told me she would apply a discount and call me back within the hour. I never received a call. Around 6:00 PM, I followed up with the front desk, and they seemed surprised that she hadn’t contacted me. The staff member said he would text her and that she would call me from her personal phone. She never followed up.

Beyond the lack of communication, there were several facility issues. The bathroom sink in our room would not drain properly. The breakfast drink machines were out of service for the entire stay and were never replaced with any alternative options. When I asked about drinks, I was directed to a bucket of water in the main lobby. That was the only option available. At a minimum, the hotel could have gone to a store and purchased something simple like orange juice for guests rather than offering no real beverage options.

Additionally, the hotel’s phone recording advertises a heated pool, but the pool was far from heated. It was extremely cold, more like a cold plunge than a heated pool.

Between the unresolved maintenance issues and the lack of follow-through from management, this was a very frustrating experience.

Unfortunately, based on this stay, I would not recommend staying here!

Expected level for the price range. Pool heater was broken, heavily disappointed in that.
Breakfast was probably one of the least impressive hotel provided breakfasts I've had. uice machine broken. Coffee machine was broken. One waffle maker, one toaster, probably enough for the weekdays but not enough to support weekend crowds. Same food everyday we were there. Most hotels rotate a slight variety maybe scrambled eggs and sausage one day, mini omelets and bacon the next. Main course was rounded egg patties and rounded sausage patties, everyday.
Staff was polite and helpful.

It was great until I found out the bed wasn’t changed it had brown dog hair in it and my dog was black and it didn’t sleep in the bed it slept on the floor in it’s own bed. Didn’t have time to complain was visiting with my family didn’t have the energy to turn my happy vibe upside down. Pet deposit was $25 non refundable and Didn’t even have a clean bed

Perfectly adequate for a night on the road. Clean and well-located. Room decor circa 2001, but everything clean and maintained. The electronic room door lock was annoyingly difficult, resulting in us on our hands and knees with an ear to the lock every time we returned to the room (a known problem not specific to our room according to the front desk). They should fix that.

Our first room the deadbolt didnt work, we requested a room change. In that room the room was dirty, looked like poop on the molding by the bathroom, the sheets and comforter had stains. The bedding was very thin. Small tv that you needed to be on 1 bed to see it. We ended up checking out early because we were grossed out, felt uncomfortable. The staff however was so kind. This place just needs to be updated.

The bed had not been changed. The comforter had stains all over it. I asked them to change it and they did. We then had to have them clean the shower because there were still used soaps in the corner of the shower. The toilet paper holder was just hanging on- we didn’t dare use it so we used the spare toilet paper on the back of the toilet. I had booked 3 rooms for this stay 6 months ago and when we went to pay they over charged me on one of the rooms. The desk could not fix it and told me I needed to wait until the next shift so they could change the bill. They did fix that after and credited my card back the difference. I will not be stying there again.

It would be nice if the $350 for one room, one night, could go into taking the check-in process into 2025. That way guests won't have to wait in a long line, as one person has to take 5 minutes (minimum) per guest through an old fashioned check in process. The lady did fine at her job. She just had a crappy system with no one to help her get it done quicker. The room and motel were fine and clean enough, I guess. But updating is definitely needed. Especially in the bathroom. The shower and toilet closet were just old and dingy enough to make us decide to skip showering all together. If prices weren't so jacked up because of the timing of our visit, I probably wouldn't complain so much. But I don't think you should be able to jack your prices up that much when the facility can't deliver the quality that (should be) expected. Hotels and Motels are just taking advantage of all of the families that traveled to support our kids and their schools. This one definitely did just that.
