Air conditioning was iffy, had my dog with me which is one thing I really like bout motel 6 they don’t charge extra but was playing with her toy and it ventured under the bed. I turned the flashlight on my phone to get it and could not believe how dirty it was underneath the beds! Speaking of beds, by far the worst most uncomfortable and loud beds I’ve ever experienced. Was there for about a week due to working in the area but one night I did kill a cockroach, it was the only one I saw during the week. Sandra is in the office during the weekdays and works the day shift, that women is w/out question the best part of that motel 6. Complete angel and will go the extra to help w/any of your needs. Loved that women…

If you’re with your family, find somewhere else. The green pool, the people walking around asking for a lighter, the tiny room, stains….. not appropriate or appealing… stayed up most of the night worried about everything.

Door to room would not close and seal correctly ended up putting chair with heavy stuff in front of it. The base that was holding the sink was cracked and not really visually appealing. The tub drain was completely cracked open and the was a hole in where you turn on the water.

Housekeeping lady was very nice since we came back early while she was cleaning the room. Definitely need to maintain property better. But guess can’t complain much since the rate was low. But have definitely been at better kept Motel 6 else where.

I would like a complete refund. We checked in Friday, and checked out immediately the next morning. We had bedbugs all over us. My wife and I have bites everywhere. I have never been so disgusted in my life. It was supposed to be for two nights. Not only did we have bedbugs all over, one of the beds was pretty much just springs. Everything looked completely dirty. I am not happy at all. I just hope we haven’t brought them home. We just got home from our trip to Utah. We are horrible from that motel.

They do not clean the rooms. I pulled down the sheets to find someone’s headband stuffed in them. Hair and dirt on the beds, lots of stains on the comforter!!!
Floors were super dirty, wore my shoes the entire time.
Staff was very friendly!
Paid $20, guess I can’t expect too much with that pricing.

We showed up last night around 11pm. The first room we went to was not ever cleaned by room service. Bed sheets were undone, towels everywhere. They assigned us a different room and it was the same thing. We left. Wasn’t expecting anything spectacular, but they couldn’t even do the bare minimum here.

Upon checking into our room, we discovered that the window mechanism for closing the window securely was broken, the front door lock had been replaced but that door was in very poor condition, and there was a loud noise going all night long that made getting to sleep difficult.

Literally disgusting they gave me one room and there was different bugs in the bed brown and white disgusting stains and hairs in the bed and sheets and then they gave me another room and it’s even worse!!! And then staff is left and I couldn’t even find someone at the front desk other than virtual assistant and she gave me another room and it was even worse sheets are ripped,disgusting wet stains and bugs everywhere in the bed and room.
And I wanted to check out and they said our manager going to decide if we going to refund your money and when I call them they literally talking super disrespectful at the phone and they said manager refused to give my money back and I called hotels.com and agent on the phone said I talked with property and we cannot refund your money disgusting behavior for motel and what a shame from hotels.com!!!! I have detailed videos and pictures for all three rooms I changed and I will report this motel and hotels.com for this!!!

I have stayed at Motel 6 in Cedar City twice with no complaints and expected this one in St. George to be comparable. I was absolutely wrong. There were visible stains on the bedspread, and we pulled back the covers to see if the sheets were at least clean, and they also had a lot of stains. We didn't stay, we got back in the car and left. There was not a live person to talk to about it, check-in was at a kiosk with a remote worker.

The property was welcoming to pets and the AC kept the room cold. The microwave and fridge worked. The bed was clean. However the room itself was filthy. The shower was dirty and the floors were dirty. The breakfast consisted of tea and coffee. It was run down and not very nice. I would not stay there again.

It’s a Motel 6. You really don’t want to hang out there. It’s like a place you stop if you’re on a roadtrip and it’s like 11:30 at night and you need to find the cheapest place to crash for a few hours before you head out at the crack of dawn.

I checked into the hotel and my first room that I got it’s not up to par and then I looked at the beds. I was supposed to get a queen bed. I got two doubles and then I looked at the sheets and they were absolutely disgusting stains stuff that you wanna lay on in the bathroom didn’t look that sanitary. I went and asked for a new room and showed them the pictures of the sheets. They didn’t apologize. It just said they would get me in another room which I did the second room. The sheets are clean. The floor was Dont. All the beds were not very comfortable. The area around the hotel was nice. It’s just needs a lot of work the rooms.

It’s an okay hotel for one night. It’s clean and is in a good location. Lots of dogs staying so I suggest going elsewhere if you aren’t an animal lover.
My daughter left behind an SD card case with her entire life’s work and we have had zero success trying to get help from the manager/property

My experience at this Motel 6 was extremely disappointing. There was no staff on-site, and check‑in was done through a digital kiosk where you speak to someone overseas who has no understanding of the property. When I booked, the listing clearly stated a non‑smoking room with a refrigerator and microwave. However, upon arrival, they assigned me a room with none of those amenities. When I complained, the person on the iPad said the only room with a fridge and microwave was a smoking room. It smelled terrible, but I had food that needed refrigeration, so I had no choice but to take it.

The bathroom was filthy and very old, the bedsheet had burn holes, and the entire room felt unsafe and uncomfortable. This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. I would never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone

A good hotel to travel with dogs. A pet friendly hotel, but the first room we got it was the worst, we ask for a different room and it was so much better, the rooms are old, and not the cleanest. The room we got first didn’t work the AC and had a terrible odor. The staff really nice, they change our room after telling them about the smell.
The next room was fine. Better beds, AC worked, and cleaner than the first one.

This hotel has pet friendly spaces and a lot of dogs in the hotel staying, so it feels good to be with other dog owners. Also they have a Vet in front of the hotel.

I had a cleaner come inside my room when I was dressing in the bathroom and knock on my door when clearly my purse and bags were on the bed. I had also requested for late checkout for 12

Leaking shower head , dirty sink because it kept clogging up . Floor was lifting up because of water link . Mattress was like sleeping on sagging , You could feel the springs and every time I moved, they made a springing sound very poor night sleep. Front door was crooked and had a gap of about a quarter inch on the half bottom of the door . No coffee available in the morning . People on top floor above us made banging noise all night long just really a horrible stay I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

I was shocked as soon as I entered the lobby, it was filthy!!! The man at the rest was very rude about not changing my room from smoking to non smoking.. he didn’t change it, so when I went to my room it was absolutely disgusting, bathroom was disgustingly dirty and it was just worn down, sheets on bed were stained, tv was on upon arrival, no remote..stuck horribly! I didn’t stay there for more that 10 minutes before I decided to leave for sanitation and foul odor! Saint George is such a beautiful and clean city, I was appalled and genuinely disappointed at this more 6 property!!! It looks like it’s ready to be condemned imho!! Anyways pay $10 extra and go to ANY OTHER property in St. George, this one sadly the worst I’ve personally seen ever!!!

Walking it you could tell it was dusty and the floors weren’t swept. We checked the bedding and one sheet had old blood stains and the bed cover had a huge spot of speckled dirt or an old stain.
The bathrooms air turns on with the lights but you could immediately smell poop. The shower floor looked questionable and I wasn’t 100% sure the toilet seat was clean. The employees were nice though.

The property was terribly run down and the room was disgusting. The room was filthy and it appeared it hadn’t been cleaned between guests. Mold, stains, smells and all. I am on immunosuppressants and we did not feel I would be safe staying there. We immediately went back to the office and were given a reluctant refund. Do NOT stay here if you have any other choice.

First notable item. When I walked up to check in at the front desk, there were 3 people in the room and no one was really acknowledging that I had even walked in the door. Finally, the person behind the desk asked if they could help. Another person was having a conversation with someone on a media system, and I couldn’t hear half of what the guy asked me. I got to my room everything seemed to be fine. I plugged in my phone charger and it didn’t work so I moved it to another outlet and that didn’t work. So then I made the assumption that my cord had gone bad. Ultimately, that wasn’t the case. Apparently everything on the wall next to the bed was not working.
I decided to go to bed and watch some TV. I crawl into bed and on the wall next to the bed is a bloody booger that someone had left and had dried and had not been cleaned off.
GROSS.
10:30 rolls around and the people above me, continued to make noise, jumping bouncing, dropping things on the floor. I picked up the phone to call the front desk and of course it’s on the same wall as the outlets and it doesn’t work.
I look at my reservation and there is no phone number to call the front desk. So I have to call Motel 6 reservations. The friendly representative sent me a text with the front desk‘s number. I called the front desk and apparently they went upstairs and told the people to quiet down because at 11 o’clock at night, there was finally no noise coming from the room
This is why I always go to ABB first.

First room they gave me wasn’t cleaned after last guest left. They didn’t have any other single rooms so they gave me a double with stained towels and sheets so thin that you could see the print on the mattress through it. Was cheap, but not even worth the low price.

I did not stay because the room it’s was filthy. It was a non smoking room but smelled of smoke and the lady told me she could do nothing because the room next door was a smoking room. There were people loitering in the parking lot. When we pulled up to park there were several people sitting in the door way of there room yelling to people in the parking lot and yelling at one another.

Direct tv was the worst . Multiple issues existed and never solved.
Door lock system kept deprogramming.

When we arrived at Motel 6, the clerk immediately warned us that there was nothing we could do if the room were not to our liking. He was quite friendly about it, but we were left with a sense of what we could expect when we opened the door.

The first thing we noticed was that the bed had obviously been slept in. We pulled back the covers to find that the flat sheet was stained. My husband sat on the other bed, and it sank with his weight (and he is not a heavy man). It looks like the room hasn't been dusted in months, nor had the floors been cleaned in some time. The towel rack was broken, the TV had been left on, and there were gnats all over the windows. The windowsill was caked with grime. The smell in the room was off-putting, and the shower appeared to have never been cleaned. We spent about 10 minutes in the room before deciding to check out. We lost the money we paid for the room, but no matter. There was no way we were going to stay in a room that looked so ill-kept. Shame on Motel 6 for such a standard.

When we checked out, there was another attendant there. We told him about the condition of the room. He made no effort to apologize or accommodate us (just a worker bee). Just said, \"Okay\". Seriously?

If you're even thinking of staying here to save a few dollars, STOP. Spend the extra to ensure the room you stay in, the sheets you lie in, and the shower you step into are up to code.
