It was good, nothing WOW, clean, it is just the infrastructure is so old and poorly maintained. Fee per dog is $25, could be less or none. Clean room, small TV, whatev AC, typical breakfast. Lots of parking, ice cold pool with no shade. The previous night I stayed in Vegas at Palms resort for 94 bucks, and then I went here for like 120 plus 25 for my pet... It doesnt make any sense but OK... Good location anyway I guess.

Just what we needed for a quick overnight stay, clean, confortable and convenient! Plenty of great food locations in the vicinity and close to Zion. Friendly staff and a really nice pool to fend off the heat after a long day on the road.

Not necessarily a flashy place, but it gets the job done at a good price. Keep in mind that you're 40 minutes out from Zion and 13-16 minutes from most restaurants. For my stay, the key cards for the doors also did not work.

We came to ride the trails in our jeep. The location was perfect! Nice having coffee available. The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and polite!

The hotel needs a “ refresh”! The room smelled a bit musty, the carpets in the hallways are really worn out and the old wallpaper in the hallways is really sad!!! It wouldn’t take much to freshen it up!!

Otherwise, we would return, but I think we will stay elsewhere due to the worn out facility.

I was with a group of 22 rides staying at the Quality Inn. Owner/manager told us we could park and leave vehicles ( for free) in a vacant gravel parking lot adjacent to the hotel for 6 days while we toured Utah on our motorcycles. We were goin to return to the hotel and stay one extra night after our tour. Once everyone arrives and check-in Owner/ Manager denied saying we could park for free and wanted to charge $25 per day. He told several of the group riders it was OK to park at no cost at the time reservations were made several months ago. You can do the math 22 vehicles for six days at $25.00. Needless to say everyone cancelled the extra night stay. The tour of Utah happens two times a year and there were no issues last year with the same hotel and parking. The second trip of the year other accommodations will be made and a different hotel.

We had a group of motorcyclists and I made my reservations in January for the first night and last night. I called them then to make sure we could leave or vehicles there during the 5 days we weren’t there and he said it would be no problem well this morning he said that it would be 25.00 a night to keep our vehicles there during that time!! What a bait and switch tactic!! God thing there was a Day Inn across the street so we went there and the guys said no problems to leave our vehicles there so we cancelled our booking at Quality Inn and got our rooms at Days Inn. I’ll never stay a a Quality Inn again and I usually get 25 rooms a year if not more. Will be telling everyone I know about what happened.

Overall the experience was fine and is in-line with the cost. My biggest regret is the mattress was extremely hard. I would almost say as hard as the floor. I have no idea if the mattress in the other rooms are just as firm as the one I slept in.

I’ll start by saying that I booked this hotel because we were traveling to Zion National Park with our family and child for two nights. The hotel itself is small and located right by the road. There is no elevator, so if you have heavy suitcases, be prepared to carry them up to the second floor yourself.

The pillows in our room were in poor condition — clearly old and lumpy, which made sleeping uncomfortable. In the shower, there was only one half-used tube of cream, and the shower curtain was dirty. The breakfasts were very limited, and we were still hungry afterward.

I paid more than $200 for this hotel, and I believe that is far too expensive for what this place offers.

Room was mostly clean though there was a bug on my pillow the first night. Perfectly fine quality for the low price. Breakfast was sufficient, there’s a wonderful view from the outdoor patio of the breakfast and from the rooms. The alarm clock in our room went off at 5am the first night which was pretty annoying but we just unplugged it for the rest of the stay. Friendly staff.

I wouldn't call it a 5 start hotel. But if your looking for a place to crash for the night, it works. The room was made up well enough. Microwave and fridge were convenient.
The breakfast seamed minimal. Its convenient when there are more options for low carb. Like meat to go with the generic egg patties they were serving.
Over all not a bad experience. The staff was nice and professional. It is a little run down. But also not the most expensive in town.

So the room and bathroom were clean, but the breakfast was not the greatest. I imagine if you like cereal or waffles you were golden, but the eggs and only white toast was not great. They were understaffed when we arrived. 1 employee for the whole place. TV didn’t work. Toilet constantly flowed if you didn’t reset the stopper in the tank. Carpets were disgusting.
Informed the manager in the morning about the tv and he said he was sorry.
Breakfast was mediocre but acceptable. The pictures on the booking were from who knows how many years ago.
Hot tub was ok and the room was clean.

The hotel needs some updates, carpet needs to be removed and replaced with LVT, carpet is gross. Breakfast could use a few more options, same eggs every day, no meat at all. But the worst part was the bed and pillows! The bed was hard and unable to sleep in it all night, tossing and turning and waking up in pain and the pillows were flat and hard, we bought 2 new ones at Walmart -not expensive ones as we couldn't bring them home-just to try to have enough to try to sleep! We were there 6 nights and sleep was terrible! Staff seemed nice.

There is a strong odor in the hallway, like bad food. The room was run down; trim coming off, broken towel bars, poorly repaired holes in the wall, and insufficient outlets. We only stayed 1 night passing through. The room was cheap so we got what we paid for, lesson learned.

The breakfast is a waffle and round rubbery egg above continental. Most hotels offer coffee or water in the lobby. I asked about it, the staff responded yes in your room, then closed the door that had an automatic maker. The rooms was however clean, the beds are not the best, pillows either. Our room did have two little pouch’s for two small coffees. I will probably not recommend this hotel or come back. It suited its purpose for the night and I didn’t pay a fortune.

My room was on the second floor and they didn't have an elevator. The room was nothing like the photos on their website, but it was clean. Since my room was at the end of the building, I was told I could use that entrance. It was poorly lit and the door was unsecured, not locked and it didnt even latch closed. No safety at all.

I have never slept on a worse mattress than at this motel. Clean enough. Looked dirty with employees family loitering everywhere in lounge areas. Inconveniently located for any amenities.
