We enjoyed our stay, the hotel and entertainment was absolutely brilliant, the all inclusive food was really good at lunch and dinner times. The drinks were lovely.

Only a few issues for example we first recieved a 'family room with partial sea view' when we booked a sea view room and wasnt informed of this when checking in, it took two days for the room to become avaliable, why i dont know because we had booked it so they clearly over booked! Eventually we got the room we had booked!
The second issue we had was laundry, we sent a hoodie off for cleaning in the bag with the paper inside, we had to stop house keeping from throwing it with the rubbish, the next day recieved a note to see reception, they told us we hadnt given the paper with the laundry, which we did, the next day after that, the laundry came back with the same piece of paper we sent with it stapled to it, so we had sent it!!! And with the same stains on the jumper it was sent with so it had not even been washed!

Apart from these issues we had a lovely stay and these issues would not stop us returning in the future!

We had a fantastic modern room overlooking the sea. Extremely comfortable and spacious. The selection of food was excellent. The animation team and activities ie the water slides and pool based activities, were also a highlight. Staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for example, on our last day we were told that our all inclusive package continued until we left for the airport and a shower room was bookable (free of charge) for us to change and get ready for our flight.
It was a bit annoying that guests were able to reserve sunbeds around the pool from very early in the morning, the policy of lifeguards removing towels if noticed was not enforced. Overall as a family of 4, we all loved our stay and would recommend to friends and family.

Pools, entertainment and staff were excellent. Watersides and carousel were great.
Drinks undrinkable and food was VERY repetitive but available constantly. Never had to worry about our children going hungry or being board.

Where’s the double bed

Nice hotel good food
Downside even though we booked a double bed we got 2 singles which isn’t ideal
Pushing them together doesn’t make it a double bed
We have found thus in lots of the hotels in Rhodes which needs to be addressed as it’s very annoying

Overall nice for family holidays with pools and beach. The staffs in the restaurants are very kind.

Nevertheless, if you are a healthy and fresh food lover, be aware that the options of well-eating are limited in this hotel:
-the orange juice is the worst i've ever tasted, very artificial
-the hotel is along the sea but there was very little fresh sea food served
-with the all inclusive package, there are only some biscuits and greasy salty cakes available at the main bar during the tea time. Nowhere to find any fruit or yaghout besides the meal time.

Also, we had to pay extra to use the safe in the room and the wifi is only available around the receiption and with extra charge. Around the indoor kid's playroom, it smelt very bad, the hotel should really do something about that.

We will consider returning to Faliraki for holidays but not sure will return to this hotel if they don't improve all these points.

We were disappointed from the all included, it is very poor if you compare it to turkey.the drinks offered in the bar are only local cola and juices ,not coke or Pepsi.
Reg. The hotel -it is about 20 years old,no wi-fi in the room even if you want to pay.we have 4 chilfren-
our children enjoyed the the water slide and the beach.the service is good and the maintenance of the hotel is good.over all we can say it was a good holiday but next year we will try to get to a more modern hotel.

Perfect family resort!

It was our first stay at the lovely esperides beach hotel, which exceeded all our expectations!!! It's paradise for kids of all ages, has absolutely everything! The food is tasty and offers a large variety- different Manue every night. The pool area is very clean, specious and has many spots with shade. The beach is quite big and clean, the sea is clear and the water attractions are just nearby. The hotel offers complimentary katamaran boat. The other attractions' prices are reasonable.
2 water slides, a large pool for kids with small slide, the best mini club I've ever seen with 3 different theme rooms, a carousel and a trampoline. Also, a play room inside the hotel - with a/c.
The animation team was great, wonderful show every night different agenda.
The family room was comfortable.
Very helpful and friendly staff at the reception, special thanks to Ralia!!!

Good place on the beach 11 km from old town and harbor. we arrived at 11am they do check in 11.30am it s a good
thing ,Nice place in rhodes for children ,there is to much activity in the hotel .the beach is very clean and sandy ,
the animation team are very friendly , the food are ...average. there is water sport in the beach .
the worth thin s g ,the first aid in the hotel only for decoration ,i twist my leg ,there is nothing to put it ,it s absolutely empty .

Fint og rent hotel med nyrestaurerede værelser og masser af solvogne. Stort og varieret madudvalg i restauranten og gode sportsaktiviteter. Godt udvalg af drikkevarer og mange spændende desserter samt snacks og is til børnene. Fin placering ned til Faliraki strand og kort afstand til Rhodos by.

Cet hôtel etait vraiment excellent.
La nourriture et les services etaient de hautes qualités.
Les chambres etaient propres.
Le personnel toujours a l'écoute meme si personne ne parle le français.
L'extérieur était tres jolie et propre.
Les jeux extérieurs pour les enfants etaient vraiment bien avec des animateurs au top.
Juste un petit bémol sur les desserts, trop de pâtisserie, pas yaourt n'y de salade fruit frais.

Am ersten Tag ein falsches Zimmer (Familienzimmer mit Meerblick) bekommen, am zweiten Tag konnten wir aber wechseln (in das von uns gebuchte Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick. Das Doppelzimmer war top-modern und echt schön, das Familienzimmer hingegen etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Essen hat uns (abgesehen vom Dessert) nicht sonderlich überzeugt. Insbesondere die vegetarischen Optionen waren sehr begrenzt und nicht gut ausgeschildert.
Man merkt, dass das Hotel sehr auf Familienfreundlichkeit spezialisiert ist.
Als Familie könnte ich mir vorstellen, erneut herzukommen. Als Paar eher nicht.

Ich habe ein Doppelzimmer gebucht, das laut Beschreibung modern sein sollte. Was ich erhielt, erinnerte von außen eher an ein Motel und von innen an ein Studentenheim aus den 70ern.

Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht in dem Zustand, den man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwarten würde: Der Boden war mit Sand bedeckt, das Bad wies Haare und Flecken auf. Eine Reinigung wurde zwar nach meiner Nachfrage teilweise durchgeführt, allerdings beschränkte sich das Ergebnis auf den Boden – das Badezimmer blieb unverändert. Auch Duschgel war zunächst nicht vorhanden und wurde erst am dritten Tag nachgefüllt. Der Blick aus dem Fenster führte direkt auf den Parkplatz.

Das gesamte Hotel wirkt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Zerkratzte Tische, Sofas, die entweder schmutzig, klebrig oder komplett abgenutzt wirken, bestätigen diesen Eindruck. Der Hauptspeisesaal ist groß, aber die Atmosphäre erinnert eher an eine Kantine oder ein Seniorenheim. Die Auswahl an Speisen ist zwar reichhaltig, jedoch war der Großteil eher kalt als warm. Im zweiten, moderneren Speisesaal ist die Auswahl zwar kleiner, aber dafür ansprechender. Positiv hervorzuheben sind die gepflegten Außenanlagen mit viel Platz sowie die regelmäßig überprüfte Wasserqualität der Pools.

Zum Service: An der Rezeption hatte ich leider den Eindruck, dass die Kommunikation erschwert ist – sowohl sprachlich als auch in Bezug auf Freundlichkeit und Problemlösung. Teilweise fühlte man sich nicht ernst genommen.

De très bonnes vacances en famille

Un séjour agréable dans cet hôtel familial. Nous étions avec deux enfants de 2 et 5 ans, et tout est pensé autour des familles ce qui était ce que nous recherchions.

Les plus:
- chambre confortable et moderne (familiale premium, dans la partie rénovée)
- nourriture variée et bonne
- petit déjeuner superbe
- personnel aimable et attentif
- emplacement intéressant du point de vue des départs de bus et de bateaux pour diverses excursions
- hôtel familial avec ce qu’il faut pour amuser les jeunes enfants

Les moins:
- nous avons vite ressenti la très grosse fréquentation en août
- un seul gros restaurant pour le petit déjeuner et le dîner. Ce restaurant ressemblait à une ruche aux heures de repas, ce qui est un peu stressant. Alternative du food hall le soir testée mais moins de choix, et aucun laitage ni fruits pour le dessert. De plus, il y a une télé qui diffuse des dessins animés, ce qui n’est pas génial pour les parents qui souhaitent éviter les écrans (peu nombreux cela dit!).
- l’exposition étant ouest, tout est à l’ombre en fin de journée donc quand on a un enfant qui sieste, il ne reste parfois que peu de temps pour profiter de la piscine avant l’ombre.
-piscine pour tout petits qui manque un peu d’installations
- la vue « jardin » de notre chambre s’est révélée être une vue sur le parking et sur la route très passante.
- peu de choix de légumes chauds, souvent un seul par repas.

Sehr schöne Anlage, leider sind um 7 Uhr morgen fast alle Liegen besetzt obwohl niemand auf dem Platz ist.
Die Zimmer sind ebenfalls schön nur leider iat die Türe ziemlich undicht sodass man alles vom Gang hört.
Essen ist gut und Abwechslungsreich.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, leckeres Essen bei großer Auswahl und große Auswahl bei den Getränken. Sehr viele Cocktails im AI enthalten.
Direkt am Strand mit reichlich Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Herrliches kristallklares Meer.
Einzig die Spiegeleier zum Frühstück waren nicht so toll, leider nicht frisch gebraten sondern in Boxen vorbereitet.
Es ist ein Familien Resort, sehr viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Dadurch im Speisesaal sehr laut.

Todella ystävällinen henkilökunta. Majoituspaikan yleiset tilat ja allasosasto todella modernit ja siistit. Huoneessa hiukan enemmän ikä näkyi kuin mitä kuvat antoivat ymmärtää, mutta siistiä, mukavaa ja tilavaa silti.
Lounas loistava, paljon erilaisia vaihtoehtoja ja runsas jälkiruokapöytä. Myös aamiainen ja illallinen hyvä. Olimme liikkeellä ennen korkeaa sesonkia, joten ihan kaikki palvelut eivät olleet saatavilla.
Sijainti todella hyvä, muutama kilometri syrjässä Falirakin hulinasta, hotellilla oma ihana ranta.

Animation team was excellent. They organized program for children and adults from morning to evening. Lot of different activities and good exercise lessons (pilates, water gym etc).
Food was good and lot of different options. The “fruit fridge” was nice add-on. Good cocktails also, lot of options. Hotel area was very clean. Cleaning of rooms was good.

Minus was the air-condition in the rooms that could be more efficient, but it was very hot weather so that could be one reason. Also, the mini-market in the hotel is not always open in the evenings even though the sign says it should be.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Esperides sehr genossen und würden bei einem erneuten Besuch von Rhodos auch wieder hier einkehren!

Die Anlage ist sehr weitläufig mit Pools für Kleinkinder, dem ringförmigen Pool mit Bühne in der Mitte, und dem großen Pool, in dem es auch Animation wie AquaFitness und Wasserball gab. Wir bevorzugten zum Schwimmen aber das Meer. 2-3 große Wasserrutschen gibt es auch.

Das Hotelgelände bietet soviel Platz und Liegen dass wir immer aus Dutzenden freier Liegen auswählen konnten. Egal ob auf Steinfliesen oder Rasen, in der Sonne oder unter den Bäumen, oder am Strand.

Der Strand besteht die ersten 2m direkt am Wasser aus feinem Sand, danach kommen kleine Kiesel. Es hat uns allerdings nicht gestört, da wir entweder im Wasser oder auf der Liege anzutreffen waren.

Das Essen war ein Traum! Mehrere Restaurants und Lounges/Bars versorgen einen quasi den ganzen Tag über. Das All Inclusive Paket können wir nur empfehlen, so toll sich jederzeit nehmen zu können worauf man Lust hat. Cocktails eingeschlossen! Jeder Ort hat sein eigenes Flair und auch ein etwas anderes Angebot. Hammer lecker, griechische wie internationale Küche.

Das Personal war wahnsinnig freundlich, immer gut gelaunt und wir haben uns bald mehreren Angestellten gegenüber wie Freunde gefühlt.

Die Location ist gut, es fahren ständig Busse Richtung Rhodos Stadt und Faliraki, die Tickets sind günstig. Nachts gibt es Shows, Musik-Quiz, Comedy etc. Wir hatten eine super Zeit! Gerne wieder :)

Loistava hinta-laatusuhde. Ruoka oli todella hyvää,sekä aamiaisella, lounaalla ja illallisella tarjollla oli monipuolinen valikoima. Ison hotellin miinuksena kuitenkin koimme että ruokailutilat olivat hieman \"levottomat\".
Päärakennuksessa oleva Baari oli rauhallinen ja palvelu siellä erinomaista.
Henkilökunta oli koko hotellissa ystävällistä. Saimme toisena päivänä vaihdettua huoneemme rauhalisempaan rakennukseen, huoneluokkamme oli alunperin korotettu isompaan perhehuoneeseen jonka koimme kuitenkin \"vääräksi\" ratkaisuksi - kiitos tästä järjestelystä.

Vi var rigtig glade for stranden. Og der var altid solsenge som var gratis, hvilket er et kæmpe plus!
Dog reserveret mange stolene uden at være til stede meget af tiden.
Faciliteterne var også gode. Der var også et lille trænings lokale, som vi blev rigtig glade over at opdage. Da det ik stod i beskrivelsen.
Morgenmaden var bedst. Frokost okay, aftensmad også okay. Vi var ikke super begejstret over smagen. Men der var meget at vælge imellem.
Frisk frugt var godt!
Og ved frokost tid kunne man pakke en boks, og tage med på stranden.
Drinksene kunne godt være bedre. De kalder dem for cocktail, og det var det i hvert fald ikke.
Dejligt med egen mini supermarked på hotellet.
Rengørings damerne var super søde!
Sodavand smagte ik særlig godt.
Men så ud til at børnene var glade for det.
Vi oplevede kun en underholdning ved scenen og det ik så fedt at lyden
var lav, det gjorde det sådan lidt underligt ift at skulle være i stemning. Ellers var de gode til at leve sig ind i rollerne og være på. Men skru op for musikken.
Godt med bustoppested lige udenfor hotellet. Bus går ca hver 30 min.
Vi var glade for at den gamle by lå ca. 20 min i bus fra hotellet og wauw en skøn gammel by!

Vores råd:
Tag egen kaffe med
Italiensk mad ved Pan Vino (Rhodos by)
Lindos strand er ikke flot, mange mennesker og 2 solstole + 1 parasol koster 15 euro
Se fisk på hotellets egen strand, så køb dykkerbriller
Go, lang, men varm gåtur rundt om den gamle by.

Perheille sopiva hotelli kohtuuhintaan

Viihtyisä ja lapsiperheelle oikein sopiva hotelli. Erittäin ystävällistä henkilökuntaa. Paikat pääosin tosi hyvässä kunnossa, mutta huoneessa pieniä sanomisia. Superior Family huone oli todella tilava. Toukokuun alussa vielä kaikki ei ollut auki / toiminut täysillä ja allasvesikin oli todella viileää. Toki vieraitakin oli vielä vähän ja hotelli oli vasta avannut toukokuun alusta. Lapsille oli mukavasti aktiviteetteja ja peräti viisihenkinen viihdytysjoukko järjesti kaikenlaista ohjelmaa vieraille. Ruuan ja varsinkin juomien (olut, limonadit) laadussa olisi ollut hieman parantamisen varaa. Hyvin tarjolla hedelmiä / jäätelöä / hattaraa / yms. Kahvi todella hyvää. Nopeasti hotellin edestä bussilla Falirakiin tai Rodoksen kaupunkiin. Water Park tien toisella puolella. Hyvä hinta/laatu -suhde.

Wir waren von Anfang an Begeistert von der gesamten Anlage. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick gebucht aber wir hatten trotzdem Meerblick. 👍 Ausstattung war auch super, ein einziger kleiner Störfaktor war, das es keine Duschkopfhalterung gab sondern nur eine Handbrause. Das Essen war jeden Tag etwas Besonderes und man konnte allerhand Leckereien zu sich nehmen. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und wohl jeder Quadratmeter mit etwas belegt. Für Kinder ist es traumhaft, für ältere Paare wohl nicht so geeignet. Kaum ein Ruheplatz, uns störte es nicht.
