Great location, comfortable beds, amazing service and staff. The only challenge was the size of the shower, it was about 2ft×2ft, no room to move around or bend over and the door configuration was very tight, had to turn sideways and squeeze in. On the positive the hot water was instant and plentiful.
I would recommend requesting a high floor. We were on floor 1 facing the street and it was very noisy. We did the \"my best tour\" private golf cart tour, they picked us up at hotel mozart and it was a great experience.
Jupiter restaurant and bar on the roof top was amazing, and the breakfast room, while relatively simple was very good.

The rooms are spotless and Leila , the lovely woman who cleaned our room and bathroom was superb and friendly
the restaurant staff too...and the breakfast are sumptuous
every day the serving staff would remember how I liked my coffee made and would come and offer it as I sat down
We stayed 6 nights and then went to Florence .
The Mozart stored our large luggage and it was all waiting for us on our return for the final two nights
Wifi and TV work well ...we however did not use the hotel shuttle as we had arranged with a friend , but it was offered to us
I would definitely stay again

Very central Rome location and the staff was very good in making our visit a memorable one. Our room however was very close to the roof garden restaurant and had strong smells of cooking most of the time. In saying that, it would not keep us from staying there again!

We enjoyed our stay - it was a great location - places to shop and dine all around the hotel. Staff very helpful and enjoyable. Our rooms where very comfortable. The one issue we had was the noise. Our rooms were at the front ot the hotel and the street noise (late at night and early in the morning) was bothersome. The walls are also very thin and we heard our neighbors in other rooms - particularly a crying child two nights at around 3 a.m. I recommend asking for an \"interior\" room.

I was in the hotel for three nights and there was a bad human waste odor in the bathroom.

My traveling companion had another room and did not have that issue but ended up with a room that was very old and unkept.

Small but perfectly appointed room on Via del Corsa which we eventually saw after unlocking windows & shutters.

A hectic Two day stay in Rome to visit sites missed in 2016, perfect position for this. Only visited Roof Terrace and internal bar area on last day, both lovely.

Reception staff let this hotel down, no acknowledgement as we left and returned and advance request for airport taxi not organised and last minute calls had to be made.

First of all, our room was not in the hotel. We had to walk down the street with our luggage to another building that was under construction. We had to carry the luggage up and down the stairs as the elevator was not working on the ground floor. The walls paint was peeling and was dirty. If the description explained the condition of the property, we would have never stayed there.

Wrapped up family trip to Italy with a few days in Rome. Hotel Mozart is well located in the heart of the Campo Marzio district, with easy walking to shops, restaurants, and historic sites. (Vatican City can be reached by walking, but is also an easy/cheap cab ride.) Professional friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and reasonable value. (Note: Stay in the Villas rather than the main hotel if noise is a concern, as the wonderful rooftop bar can be busy on weekends.)

Hotel Mozart was in a wonderful location, walkable to so many great sites in Rome. There was also a lot of great shopping around the hotel. We were in a room in an annex building a block away from the main hotel. Our room was fine and clean, but we were slightly disappointed in the condition of the room and building for it being a 4 star hotel. Also, the elevator did not go down to the main floor so we had to carry our luggage up stairs, which was difficult for my elderly parents. However, overall, the staff was helpful and we had a good stay.

This hotel is pet friendly, I had a small dog. It is walkable to all of the sights - the Spanish steps was the closest as well as the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. If you don’t have mobility issues the Colosseum is not too far walking. I stayed in the Annex building, Vivaldi, it is right around the corner from the Mozart main building 3 mins or less walk. I had 2 rooms and the rooms are fairly big. It smelled heavenly when I walked into the hallway to my room. The rooms were clean, the sheets were clean with no spots. The room smelled clean not stale and musty. The Vivaldi does have some construction in the courtyard, so the elevator has to be used with risk since it exits in the courtyard. I only used it to leave with our luggage. Therefore, if you have mobility issues and staying at the Vivaldi ask if you can use the elevator or if construction is over. The stairwell may not be to par for others since it have some dents and smudges but it did not bother me, since it brought some old charm. It is safe since you need a key card for the main door, to get onto your floor then you use it again to get into the room. Very modern since you need to leave your keycard in the slot for the electricity to turn on in the room. Front desk was friendly and spoke English. Housekeeping spoke little English but my broken Italian helped. didn’t get a chance to dine at the hotel since I was always on the go. The menu prices though was comparable or slightly cheaper to the restaurants close by.

They owe me money!

I'm very disappointed with this hotel. They charged my card prior to my arrival and then charged me again when I checked in, so I paid double for my two night stay and I've been working on getting a refund for two months but they will not give me my money back.

We have stayed at this property for the last two trips to Rome. Once there it is walkable to everything. It is located in the historic district so make arrangements for transportation to and from airport or train station with the hotel. The rooftop bar is wonderful and breakfast is worth the $35e.

We were in the Annex, which is a 1/2 a block from the hotel. There were cars parked in the alley, so it was hard to get our luggage to the room. I believe it's under construction, but garbage pails are all over.

The overall location is convenient; it's the little things that make it awkward.

Reception tells you to go to the rooftop bar, but when you get there, they are upset if you don't have a reservation. Who knew?

They also tell you about the breakfast and are eager to show you the space. They act as if it's an included amenity, until you get the bill. If we had known the cost, we definitely would have had breakfast elsewhere.

It would be less frustrating if they were upfront about costs.

Most deceptive hotel in rome. This hotel should come with a hazard warning!

The rooms are too small and the pictures are very deceptive. read the negative reviews- they are all accurate!
the bathroom is a joke and very uncomfortable to take a shower. the only good thing about this hotel is the amazing rooftop restaurant.
my advice: stay somewhere nice and dine at the restaurant.
I will never stay here again!

The rooms were nicely decorated with a thermostat that controls heat and cooling which we found unusual on our trip and rooftop bar festive although a bit expensive. The staff was efficient although not warm. The breakfast was excellent!

Hotel Mozart is close to Rome's main attractions like the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, the Villa Borghese and Vittorio Emmanuele. Trastevere, Campo di Fiori and even the shopping center. Convenient for the hotel guests. And the hotel staff (reception, restaurant servers and the concierge are all very nice and helpful). The food in the restaurant is also really good!

Came here with friends and to celebrate my New Year’s Eve birthday. We attended the very well put together dinner party with LIVE music and then went upstairs to attend the NYE Party watching fireworks in 360 degree direction. We partied until 3am with a DJ and it likely went 1.5 hours later than they planned but they kept it going since everyone was having the best time. Alexandra was the best manager that I’ve come across in many years. You can tell she runs a tight ship and everything was perfect. We even got her to dance for a few minutes. She’s always working behind the scenes to make the guests happy and wanting to come back again. This hotel is located centrally to everything you’re going to want to do or see to include food and drinks. Can’t wait to come back again when I come to Rome. Oh and need to mention that they communicate promptly with answering questions; special thanks to Roxanna and Rosella.

this was by far the worst hotel experience I have ever booked in my entire life. We walked with all our luggage to the hotel check-in only to find out we had been placed in an apartment that was two blocks away from the actual hotel and not advertised at all in the photos of the hotel. We then were proceeded to be escorted to the apartment that was two blocks away by a staff member of the hotel, who was running ahead of us while three ladies struggled to push their checked in luggage down the street in the pouring Rain. There were times that he would look back only to realize that he had left us all the way at the end of the street still struggling. It was almost a 10 minute walk from the hotel to the apartment through crowded streets, they didn’t even offer luggage transportation, considering the inconvenience. The apartment complex looked like a crack house, to the point we thought we were being sex trafficked. if we needed any of the amenities that were advertised in the hotel that we booked, we had to walk two blocks to get to them. One of the nights our apartment key was not working, and we had to walk two blocks to the hotel to get a staff member to reluctantly help us and berate us and threaten that if he couldn’t open the door, we would have to sleep on the terrace of the hotel we were not even staying in. Overall a horrible experience, read the fine print, I would not recommend this to anyone. They couldn’t even call us a taxi the next morning for checkout.

Our first night was in the annex…. I would not recommend it. Room was big enough but not what we expected. You have to go up a flight of stairs to access the elevator. The air conditioner sounded like a tractor and was barely sending out any cool air.
We asked for a change and got a room in the main hotel which was more updated.
The service was excellent. We really enjoyed the breakfast and ate our dinner at the roof top restaurant all three nights we stayed there.
Very special thanks to Federie, our special waiter in the roof top restaurant and Roxana at the front desk who accommodated our request to change our room.
