Szeged is a beautiful city. The hotel was in an ideal position as we both enjoyed walking. We stayed 3 nights; our room was serviced on only one occasion and on that occasion only 1 bed was made, the sheets and towels were never changed despite the high temperatures. The air conditioning was very temperamental.

Das Hotel ist leider deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und vermittelt insgesamt keinen gepflegten Eindruck – insbesondere die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Auch das Frühstück war eher enttäuschend, und der Service hat den Aufenthalt zusätzlich negativ geprägt. Besonders unfreundlich empfanden wir die Mitarbeiterin im Frühstücksbereich: Als wir um heißes Wasser für unser 5 Monate altes Baby baten, wurde uns dies verweigert mit dem Hinweis, wir sollten doch warmes Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn nehmen – absolut unverständlich.
Positiv hervorheben können wir lediglich die Klimaanlage, die zuverlässig funktionierte. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt jedoch enttäuscht, und wir würden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Een eenvoudig, enigszins gedateerd hotel met prima bedden. Alles was schoon. Een lekker balkonnetje met stoelen. Het ontbijt was sober, jammer van de taaie oude broodjes. Maar voor deze prijs zeker een aanrader.
