The overall place was good. The reception team and the restaurant / bar team were very helpful however in the restaurant for breakfast they sometimes could not keep up with the demand…eg set places, the orange juicers was out of oranges on numerous occasions .
The biggest issue was the fact that the majority of the time the food was lukewarm … if that… and NEVER hot.
This was pointed out to the team and they indicated it had been raised before! We spoke to the manager and to be fair they reacted and it did improve that day… but sadly was not consistent.
Finally, the bar was advertised as being open until 1am during winter. However it was not and closed at 11pm!!

This is a good clean place in a good location in town. Staff very friendly and helpful. WiFi was poor from our room on top floor. Should be an easy fix with a cheap booster! So why doesn't the hotel but a duty free one from across the street!?

The hotel was very good for the money. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bar area was nice and the staff were lovely. The free wifi was also very good. The only thing i would say as a negative was that the rooms are quite cramped. For a ski holiday for 4 people getting ready with all of our equipment was a bit of a struggle, but other than that it was very good.

Overall a nice enough place. Room we booked was adequate, bed not very comfy but clean with a clean bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful, but you will need some Spanish, Catalan, or Portuguese to be able to communicate fully.

Needed room for night in October while driving back to France. Friendly helpful guy on reception. Room OK but walls like paper and could hear every word and movement next room. Breakfast was expensive so had coffee and croisants nearby. Pas de la casa seemed to be just a big car park for duty free shoppers. Cannilo and laveila looked much nicer while passing thru.

Plus de 10 ans que nous séjournons sur un cours séjour ski dans cet hôtel, beaucoup de choses ont changé dans l’établissement, le personnel, l’espace restauration…
dans l’ensemble personnel, sympathique et arrangeant, la salle de restauration a été modifiée, elle se trouve avec la réception, salle malheureusement très bouillante, très peu de place et de disponibilité on mange dans le bruit incessant, manque de tranquillité et de convivialité, le buffet reste correct en terme de qualité.

Après un très bon accueil, nous avons utilisé la chambre de cet hôtel très bien situé pour aller faire les courses.

L’accueil fut très moyen, le personnel pas du tout agréable surtout en salle,
Concernant le dîner et le petit déjeuner, le pain dur, manque de fraîcheur pour les entrées les plat chaud étaient tièdes et le service désagréable,
Pour le petit déjeuné, toujours le même pain, les jus de fruits mauvais, charcuteries comme au dîner, et même le café laisser à désirer .
Pour la chambre, literie très bien, en revanche la télévision en 36 cm, il vaut mieux ne pas en mettre.

La habitación es correcta por el precio, pero no estaba muy limpia. En el baño no había repisa para poner ningún objeto y era muy incómodo.
La recepción hablaban mal castellano pues eran portugueses, eso si hablaban francés. El parking de pago y no te daban cambio tuve que dirigirme a un establecimiento para pedirlo.
