first of all as a manager in the hospitality business for the price of the room at 140$ its a rip off room was dirty no even a fridge nor microwave even motel 6 has one or the other breakfast is a joke stale wheat bread no yogurt very minimum amount of choices its a disgrace even the casino hotel in ukiah for same price has scrambled eggs and waffles not even cooked already what a joke for sure this is the last time i go there and will tell all people about this its a shame for the industry

Airport shuttle comes around every 45 minutes, it’s a long wait between shuttles. Be nicer if it was every 30 minutes. We caught the shuttle from airport to the hotel. Ended up taking Lyft to the airport in the morning.

There was no one at the front desk when we arrived around 540p. Staff were nice and breakfast had a nice variety of cereals, breads, and waffles but did not see maple syrup, and fruits. Overall clean and safe, but I did hear a painter out my window around 330a going work. Should have avoided an occupied room area in my opinion. Shuttle service was great except for the non service from lunch until 520pm. It should start when check in starts at 3pm.

Notification earlier than check-in of the $15 parking fee for the car in the lot. Thst was a big surprise. The attitude of the front desk clerk was poor. He really didn’t care, either about himself or the customer. For example: if you don’t walk back out to the parking lot in the next few minutes and put this parking slip in your windshield your car will be towed. This was said to me at midnight exhausted. Other than that it was a pleasant experience. Hire right or you are just a slumlord

The room was absolutely ant infested. I stayed there 3 nights. I arrived at 5pm the first day, with some fried chicken. I used the plastic bag from the chicken as a plate. I left the plate with chicken scraps on the floor. When I returned to the rom after work on day 2, there was a 6\" wide path that was ~48\" long, solid of ants from the wall to the chicken. The path continued down the wall, under the heater for about 2 more feet. I chased down a maid, and got some chemical spray. I doused the ants and they died in place. The black, 6\" wide path remained for the duration of my stay. .... later, I woke up with bugs on my arm, and once on my face.
