When asking for token from the concierge if it can be clear where the laundry room is and that the key card must be activated in order to use the facilities in the laundry room. Better instructions. Only have tried one day breakfast, bread, croissants and muffins are dried. I didn’t get there till 9:30, may be it is closing down. High rate to the shuttle bus driver, he is excellent and friendly. Too bad we didn’t get his name. We used four times of the shuttle bus service, that was a bonus. The location is excellent, close to everything. Airport bus right at the front of the hotel. The hotel is a bit dated, otherwise we are happy with the hotel. For sure will stay again next time for the location.

The rooms and hallways did not meet the standards suggested by the photos. While the hotel has an attractive lobby, the quality did not carry through to the guestrooms. The bathroom appeared very outdated, and the room-service phone was not functioning. During my three-day stay, there was no housekeeping service at all—we returned each day to the same unclean room. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations.

Originally I was booked for 6 nights of stay, unfortunately we had to change the flight due to the typhoon problems that the hotel extended two more nights for the same room for us without any question. The shops and public transportation around the hotel are very convenient. Such as MTR station, coach to Macau or China as well as shopping malls. The staff services are excellent and polite. I definitely will book them again on my next visit.

I understand policies, but when genuine emergencies happen, hotels that value their guests show some flexibility. Unfortunately, this property chose not to.
I will not return and would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even basic customer service.

I would never stay here again! Hallway going to your room smells like cigarette and moldy carpet. Room carpet was stain, sofa was so dirty we didnt even dare sit in it, kitchen dirty, restroom looks like a public restroom , gross and nasty. Photo that they post ate deceiving. I wouldnt even stay here if it was for free. I hsve no clue who would rate this place a 6-8... they should call this a motel and not a hotel.

But they did with what they could. Outside of the bathroom it was decent enough for the price. Size of rooms were very good. Could open up both suitcases on the floor comfortably. Allison was the MVP of our trip! Since we had a family room, one side of the room didn’t have good WiFi reception, signals dropped often. I talked to Allison at front desk, she immediately followed up for me and after putting a extender the signal was much better. Overall the hotel staffs including pool staffs were very courteous and friendly. I also appreciate the dehumidifier in the room - make the stay more pleasant in this weather. I understand it’s an older hotel so the room isn’t in the greatest condition but we overall had a comfortable stay.

Loved my stay in panda hotel. Easy access to shops and to the MTR without having to walk on the streets as it is attached with the over head bridge. Shops in the panda plaza was very worthwhile to visit. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Domestics are very kind and leave the place spotless and topped up. Thank you for a lovely stay. This property made a few policy changes since my stay last year. They should offer housekeeping every day, not every other day. Guests can opt out if they do need the service. Also provide bottled water like last year. In general, service is good.

I was dropped off by the taxi at the back door of the hotel, this door lead through a shopping area before you reach the hotel lobby on the 3rd floor. You must know the area before you select this hotel. In addition, there is no shower stall in this hotel. All the hotel setting in the bathrooms are bath tubs with shower overhead. There are many dining options near the hotel, either in the mall below it or surrounding the hotel itself. What we did not appreciate was discovering that some rooms are not as well maintained as the others. Our third room on the 29th floor was the best as it looked almost newly renovated. The first two rooms were average at most. The hotel is walking distance to 2 MTR stations on the red line (Tsuen Wan line), and it’s a straight train down towards more central locations like Central and Tsim Sha Tsui. There is also a hospital located nearby. The walk is not the most straightforward, but the hotel offers a free shuttle service for hotel guests to Mongkok and TST, so that was a nice option that we used almost daily to save us travel time and paying for public transport. Not my first choice for accommodation, but if you do not mind traveling to the central areas daily, then it might be worth considering.
