Stayed 4 nights with my girlfriend in a honeymoon room. First thing to mention, amazing staff, fantastic service from everyone at the hotel… Few points.. Shower room in our room definitely needs updating and a good clean. They put a wooden door for a shower room and its black at the bottom bcos of damp. I mean 10-15 cm of the bottom door. Mould, bacteria.. Doesn’t look clean. Devil is in the detail, they put bottled coke zero etc in the minibar but no bottle opener in the room. Good job I can use a lighter to open a bottle bcos I am Turkish :-)
Prices are high in the hotel especially drinks but.. Its ok, expected to pay that. Food was amazing, had dinner in the hotel for 3 nights, tried different stuff and never disappointed.
Apart from small details mentioned above, I think this hotel is pretty good, and staff/service is absolutely outstanding. Yes they add %10 service to your bills, but I asked the staff and this is basicly tips. It’s good, I don’t mind this for a service thats A* level
I read some comments about breakfast being poor, not many choices… Get a life, breakfast is amazing in this hotel. Yes u don’t see a 100 meter long open buffet but you see pretty much everything you need to a good start to the day and the quality of the food is really excellent.
I would definitely go back again but need to save some money, it’s not cheap :-)

Our stay at Perios Hotel was absolutely wonderful. The property itself is breathtaking—carved into stone and surrounded by stunning nature, it’s truly a must-see. The atmosphere is serene, and the architecture blends beautifully with the environment.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with everything we needed and more. Waking up to the sound of the waves from the ocean-view rooms was an unforgettable experience.

Service was impeccable—the staff were attentive, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel at home. The food and drinks were excellent, with a fantastic seafood selection that was both delicious and reasonably priced. We especially enjoyed the live music night, which made the evening feel extra special.

The infinity pool overlooking the bay is straight out of a dream—an Instagram-worthy spot if there ever was one. The breakfast buffet was another highlight: generous, varied, and delicious.

The bay itself is beautiful, though it’s worth noting that the beach is somewhat open to the public, so it can lack a bit of privacy. Still, the crystal-clear sea and stunning views more than make up for it. If possible, I’d recommend avoiding weekends in the peak summer season to keep the experience tranquil.

Overall, Perios Hotel offers an incredible experience—a perfect balance of natural beauty, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended.

Otelin konumu çok güzel ama servis ve yemekleri için aynı şeyi söyleyemem. Deniz ürünleri tabağı sipariş verdik ve hayatımızda yediğimiz en lezzetsiz deniz ürünleri idi.Deniz ürünleri bayat ve resmen kokuyordu.Garsona beğenmediğimizi söyledik sağolsun bize yardımcı oldu fakat ertesi gün yiyecek ve içecek müdürü/ şef kahvaltı yaparken yanımıza gelerek profesyonellikten uzak bir tavırla resmen bizi suçlar gibi konuştu ve yaptığımızın (beğenmediğimizi söylediğimiz için) doğru olmadığını dile getirdi.

O kadar para verdiğimiz otelin kaldığımız odasında duvarından su sızıntısı olduğu için 2 gün konaklamamızda iki kez sigortalar attı ve odanın köşesine tavandan su damlıyor ve duvarlarda zehirli siyah küf vardı.

Genel olarak konumu güzel olan fakat yemekleri lezzetsiz ve aşırı pahalı bir otel ve şefi profesyonellikten uzak!!

Nice modern / trendy hotel and lovely pool area with spectacular views. We were greeted at reception by friendly professional staff and offered a welcome drink which was a very nice touch. Breakfast was of good quality with a very decent range of variety. However, dinner at the restaurant was very disappointing - although the starter / meze platter was very nice, our mains arrived midway and spoilt the experience. The waiter offered to take it back and keep it heated - this was not quite the expected service as the hotel appeared to pride itself on high standards with upmarket concept and prices throughout the hotel. The restaurant had a lovely menu but mains were very bland - we had lamb chops and a sea food dish which was tasteless. After paying 6,500tl (£125) inc.a mandatory service charge of 10% - we would have expected a better experience.

We had chosen this hotel as it had spa facilities - unfortunately we could only use the sauna as part of a massage or pay 1750tl for 15 mins! (£37). This was shocking - never heard / seen of such thing.

My husband and I went to Perios for a short honeymoon. My first impression was that the grounds were beautiful and the host at the front desk was lovely. They upgraded our room and gave us a complimentary bottle of wine and fruit plate. The room was big and had a large terrace with a sea view. Super comfy bed and nice little amenities in the room. The pool is gorgeous although too cold for us to swim in at the time but the sea is really nice and the beach area is so comfortable that you barely feel like you’re on a beach! More like a relaxing seaside lounge. The breakfast was phenomenal. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to go back again! My only small complaint was that the hot water was pretty temperamental and would spontaneously turn cold during your shower. It’s a tiny detail compared to the amazing service and overall great vibe of the hotel.

All exceeded our expectations, great breakfast and restaurants, amazing view and very well kept resort. Beach area had plenty of spots to cover all guests, never felt we needed to rush. Staff were extremely attentive and considerate. The location is much more peaceful and has more scenic views compared to İçmeler and Marmaris. Such a special gem of a hotel tucked away on the mountain side. What a beautiful experience, from the welcome staff, to the spacious rooms. The breakfast is top notch and nothing is better than the relaxing pool atmosphere. This is a must stay if you are looking to escape the normal tourists and relax in your own private oasis. It was a nice hotel in general but our suite has a practically windowless bedroom. -there was a window but since the room is situated on a street level it was unusable- there were no mirrors except the bathroom.
the facilties and the beach services were good and the staff there was really helpful. esp. mirac, she basically made the experience better for us. delicious food at the pool restaurant (dinner menu). unfortunately, the bar and evening program cuts too short. they start to turn off the lights around 23:00-23:30 which we find it a bit early for an adult hotel.

The property is kept pristine. There is not an unflattering angle to the entire resort. It is calm and relaxing and there are enough spaces to give you privacy and comfort. The included breakfast was exceptional — with a wide array of well-thought-of menu items. Other meals were above average in price and ranged from decent to great. Cocktails were pricy and good but not great. All of this to be expected from a higher end stay. Service was attentive. There was nice live music to enjoy over dinner most nights. The rooms were stylish and clean. Though a personal preference, the bed was too soft and the pillows were extremely tall, making sleeping less comfortable than usual. For us, there was virtually no water pressure or temperature control (either very hot or cold water). We did not say anything during our five night stay so do not know if there could have been a resolve so I suppose that suggests it was not a game changer for us. Perios was a great treat!

Let’s start with what’s good: the hotel’s decoration and design is spectacular. The infinity pool and private beach area is second to none. I didn’t come across any hotels that were as nicely designed as Perios. Unfortunately however, there is a lack of attention paid to the rooms and general management. For a high-end hotel, guests have certain expectations and I’m comparing this hotel to other ones we stayed at (e.g. Swissotel at Izmir and Argos in Cappadocia). Here are the misses:

1. The shower was not able to properly drain water and there was a pool of standing water that prevented the second person to take a shower. They repaired it after we called in.
2. They didn’t have bed sheets to pull over yourself. They had a rough blanket and we had to explain several times until they provided us with a spare bed sheet we could use to pull over ourselves.
3. When we asked for a tissue box in our room, they brought us several paper towels instead.
4. They didn’t have a luggage rack in the room. Instead, they had an ironing board without an actual iron.
5. There was a table outside our room without any chairs. Again, we had to call-in to have them place chairs outside of our room.
6. Water bottles are complimentary and they’re expected to place 2 water bottles in your room after it’s cleaned. Through out our stay, they never put water in our room and we had to constantly call reception for water.

This is a great hotel with a friendly staff but please properly manage the hotel

Das Hotel war sehr schön und der Pool fabelhaft mit der Aussicht! Richtig tolle liegen und Außenbereich um zu entspannen. Der Service war gut, etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit wäre wünschenswert. Die Getränke und Speisens auf sehr lecker.
Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut. Es gab sehr viel Auswahl und alles sehr lecker.
Das einzig negative war der Strand. Leider war uns im Vorfeld nicht bewusst, dass der Strand öffentlich war. Zwar hat man versucht Familien mit Kinder und Hotelgäste zu trennen, dennoch waren viele Kinder da und es war laut. Das ist sehr schade, da das Hotel mit „Adults only 16+“ wirbt.
Wir haben dennoch die Zeit sehr genossen und würden das Hotel empfehlen.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in diesem Hotel und leider hat es extrem abgenommen an Service und Qualität. Das Personal ist nicht mehr so freundlich wie im vergangenen Jahr! Neue Teller bei Frühstück (typische Krankenhausteller und nicht mehr die schönen aus Keramik im Bohemstil) zudem Teller morgens beim Frühstück immer dreckig, man musste saubere Teller suchen. Das Personal ist nicht mehr aufmerksam - man muss um einen sauberen Platz bitten und erst dann wird aufgeräumt. Am
Abend, als wir um 23:30 im Hotel ankamen und fragten, ob wir was zu essen bestellen können hieß es nur: Küche zu ab 22:30, aber sie können in der Stadt KOKOREC essen. Sowas geht gar nicht! Absolut schlecht geworden leider, keine Qualität mehr und dreckig. Wir kommen nicht mehr.

Super Hotel, tolles Ambiente mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Essen war echt super. Das Frühstück und vorallem das Abendessen war sehr köstlich! Der Strand war traumhaft, sehr sauber und superklar. Die Kieselsteine haben uns persönlich überhaupt nicht gestört. Der burner war aber das riesige Zimmer, welches wir als Upgrade beim Check-In bekommen haben. Mit Abstand das schönste Zimmer, was wir je in einem Hotel hatten.

Güzel

Otel çok güzel ve keyifli. Deniz ve plaj keyifli. Yemekler çok lezzetli. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımcı oluyorlar ancak odaların banyo temizliği belki daha iyi olabilirdi. Onun dışında her şey güzeldi

Tek kelimeyle muhteşem…

Gerçekten rüya gibi bir tatildi… Servis, ambiyans, lezzet, kalite, huzur, temizlik, her şey mükemmeldi. Otelin tüm imkânları dört dörtlük. Mimarî harikulâde. Kahvaltı son derece taze, özenli ve çeşitli. Turunç muhteşem bir koy. Kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

3 gecelik konaklamamızda hiç bir sorun yaşamadık, otelin yemekleri çok başarılıydı tüm mutfak ekibine teşekkür ederiz. Kahvaltıda da çeşit bol ve kaliteliydi. Otelde geçirdiğiniz zaman içerisinde kendinizi özel hissedebileceğiniz bir çok ayrıntı var otelin her yeri tertemiz tek bir aksaklık bile görmedik. Huxurlu bir tatil geçirdik bundan sonraki tatillerimizde de tercih edeceğimiz bir yer oldu.

Görüldüğü gibi değil

Otelin konumu ve genel görünümü iyi. Otelin restaurant ve yemekleri güzeldi, tüm çalışanların ilgisi iyiydi. Fakat aldıkları paranın karşılığını verdiklerini düşünmüyorum. Oda temizliği iyi değildi, içeride örümcek ağları, balkonunda temizlenmeyen ve önlem alınmayan kuş pislikleri vardı. Sandalyelerde oturamadık. Oda servisi maalesef yoktu. Kendi servisimizi talep ettik. Yetişkin oteli denmesine rağmen otelin beach kısmına çocuklu aileleri kabul ediyorlardı? Maalesef bu seviyede bir otelden beklenenleri karşılayamadılar. Hizmet yetersiz. Otelin sosyal medya görünümü güzel olabilir ama içindeki yönetim iyi değil.

Biz eşimle beraber geldik 6 gün konakladık hizmet şahane çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve inanılmaz ilgililer. Otel konumu ve doğallığıyla şahane bir manzara sunuyor ve inanılmaz özel hissettiriyor. Tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz .

Perios Otel daha önce de kalıp çok memnun ayrıldığımız bir tesis. Bu sene de çok güzel zaman geçirdik. Yemekler çok lezzetliydi. Beach tarafındaki hizmet ve çalışanların ilgisi çok iyiydi. Hepsine çok teşekkürler.

Sessiz, romantik bir tatil deneyimi

Öncellikle yukseltme alip “superior with sea view” odasina gecilmemiz otelin mukemmel manzarasini deneyimlememizi sagladi. Havuz, deniz, sessiz ortam ve yeni tasarim inanilmazdi. Sadece odalar gunluk toplanip, havlular degissede, yer temizlenmiyordu ve kum kaliyordu. Kahvalti cesitliligi cok seckin ve yeterliydi. Her sey tazeydi fakat sadece biber ve salatalik gibi urunlerin cok yikanmadigini fark ettik. Bunlar asla otelin genel havasini etkileyecek seyler degildi. Her kose mukemmel tasarlanmis. Cok guzel bir tatildi.
