Enjoyable stay, amazing views but….

We enjoyed our stay as the site is in a lovely position on the hillside with a beautiful pool and views. A regular free mini bus takes you down to the town if you want to go and the staff on the whole are very helpful. Unfortunately the accommodation is overdue a refit we had two maintenance issues in four days, dealt with efficiently by helpful staff, but still annoying. The kitchen was not well equipped and the cleaning of the apartments needs improving, whilst top sheets were sparkling clean the mattress protector underneath was stained and had seen better days as was a duvet I found in the cupboard. Many kitchen items required wiping or washing before use. Such a shame as the site has such potential. We would return for a couple of days stay to enjoy the views but would stay half board rather than trying to use the kitchen for anything other than coffee!

The only place we disliked out of all our stays

The ACs did not work, it took them 2 hours to finally agree to switch our rooms even tho they had one available. The rooms (both the one we left and the one we moved to) smelled like sewerage. The showers are tiny and outdated. The staff tells you they will call you back in 2 min but never call, which we came to understand is because the manager was “too busy” to answer her employees.

Overall a bad experience that ruined our day, we checked out after one night and are waiting for a refund on the remaining night.

It’s nothing like the photos online. The wifi doesn’t work You need to go to the reception area for the internet. The rooms amd the bathroom were unsatisfactory. The first room that they gave us had really bad odour we couldn’t stay so they changed it. Originally it was booked for 2 nights but we left the property the next day

Nice location, the pool is great, but other than that I can’t give 4 stars to it, on the first day I found a scorpion and asked the employee to clean the room and spray insecticides but no one answered my request, they said we will but no one came for that. Cleaners are friendly but can’t He did something to put medicine in the room to avoid the presence of other animals, the air-conditioner was only in the bedroom but that didn't bother me. I don't think I'd go back and see a scorpion in my kids' room.

They overcharged me for having an infant although infants should be free, 5 people got sick from their food which is really awful, we booked half board but during dinner water and tea are not free which is a cheap way to cash-in, rooms smell bad and have all kinds of insects (they were going to spray the area the day of our checkout which is also a bad thing but we were lucky to avoid it) the view is good but the location is not that good, pool is very cold and nothing much to do, there is no wifi in rooms, I know the hotel isn't that expensive but they have to improve in rooms and food, it's seriously bad.

I wanted to take the time out to write this review so others who are booking will be aware of what to expect. I stayed for 5 nights in this hotel, only just returning home today.

I have listed a number of things that were an issue for me and that i wish i knew before I booked with them as I will never, ever book with them again following my recent experience.

1) Room service ends at 5pm - how can any respectable hotel operate room service that ends at 5pm?!
2) No food available on arrival - we arrived at 2.30am starving and unable to order any food and the staff were unwilling to help
3) Walking with luggage up steep hills - they placed us in room 704 and 706, one of the highest rooms in the resort which were very difficult to get up to and took at least 10 mins from entrance to the resort! If a resort is to place rooms so high up the hills, they should ensure they have the means to help their guests get up there especially when carrying luggage, but as with everythring else at Labranda, little was done to accomodate their guests
4) Water for dinner not available - we paid for half board but could not even have normal water without having to pay 8 liras (equiv of £2-£3) for a bottle of water that would otherwise cost us 2 liras any other time!
5) Tissue not replaced on cleaning room - I had to chase the hotel twice

The grounds were lovely and the view was fabulous. Fantastic for children especially the daycare centre. Very few rooms have a view which is a shame. Cleaning of the room was very basic, beds not made, no extra toilet rolls etc just bins changed. Only stay 2 nights & on second evening the air conditioners started leaking so was kept wake all night with dripping sound

We came to the hotel and it was very high up in the hills, the territory is small, and there is little to do. It is a long, tiring walk in the hills to get to your room and the rooms are very old, dirty, little furniture, no wifi, and we found ants. We got this hotel because of the rock climbing wall, but turns out it only works three times a week for an hour. When we arrived, we also got the wrong room, but, they gave us 3 days of all inclusive to make up for it. We left on the next day because it was boring with a small pool and no other activities. Even though the hotel itself was pretty bad, the staff was nice and the food was good.

Fantastic views over Turunc. Good facilities, lovely indoor pool. Gym a bit limited. Breakfast and Dinner buffets give good choice and reasonably well cooked and presented. Had to change apartments as was allocated one without kitchenette as per booking.
Some minor issues with restaurant service as they sometimes struggled to cope with volume of diners. Spa service was not good at times, sauna and steam room not turned on and didn't stop young children running in, out leaving doors open and jumping in Indoor pool.
Turunc has the usual mass of outlets selling fake genuine branded goods. This is an area of high hills providing a backdrop to the sea. Lots of boats taking trips to surrounding bays. Worth taking the water taxi from Turunc to Marmaris, runs every hour and takes 50 minutes. Marmaris has a small castle and a marina as well as better shopping opportunities

Avoid at All Costs

I've stayed in hundreds of hotels in my life. Many great hotels, many decent ones, some okay ones too. This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I'll elaborate.
1) We checked in late. There was only one person at the reception desk who was a trainee and didn't speak English. Took us almost 40 minutes checking in given that there were lots of people there.
2) We had booked four rooms. One room had malfunctioning air conditioning. We returned the room key for it immediately and were not refunded.
3) One of the rooms had a horrible stench.
4) The room I stayed in had bed bugs and was generally really unclean.
5) All the interiors were generally outdated and depressing.
6) Location was quite far from Marmaris.
7) Everything considered, this hotel should be NO MORE than 3 stars. I have stayed in 3 stars far more comfortable than this.
Just had a horrendous experience. Avoid at all costs.

It certainly wasn't what your website stated. I don't know who rated it four star. I would rate it 3 max. Very antiquated, units badly in need of modernisation . Televisions must be 20 years old, very poor reception, no wi fi, poor internet. No water or tea or coffee supplied. Glad it didn't pay full price otherwise review would be a lot more scathing. Food was always cold.Website stated facilities included laundry however was only laundry service. Commication was also a problem Office staff not very conversant in English, however website stated they were.

Here we found it peaceful away from the craziness of the Marmaris city. But not too far to go shopping and have dinners.

Beautiful location, friendly, not enough to return

We came for 1 night on a trip from Bodrum, Marmaris, Kalkan, Kaş, Fetiye, Pamukkale. After a friendly welcome a bit of a long wait before we could go to our appartment. This was clean, big enough. But only 1 of the bedrooms had airconditioning and that was 1 too little. Equiped well but wit a very antique television without hdmi.
2 Restaurants, unfortunately the à la carte restaurant was closed.
Nice spa but a mani pedi wasn't possible because the nail studio was closed.

A quiet and peaceful hotel a short distance from the village centre; and with spectacular views over the bay. This was our honeymoon and we were totally thrilled with our choice of hotel. The manager and staff were faultless in the way they welcomed and looked after us during our stay - we had a problem on check-in - ie we arrived in the early hours of the morning and 12 hours before expected arrival... the manager was sympathetic and quickly found us a vacant room, he could not have been more helpful despite us waking him up from his sleep.

Fantastic stay

Just came back from a stay at loryma and I must say what a brilliant hotel and town. The rooms were lovely and well equipped, the staff were amazing, they couldn’t do enough for you. I stayed with just me and my 5 year old son and everyone was so helpful and they all took time to speak to my son and make him feel special. I would certainly stay here again. The only thing I will say is that some nights there wasn’t a lot of child friendly food and a couple of other families struggled to find something that their children would eat for dinner too.

Enjoyed a week long stay at Loryma Resort and both my mum and I agreed that we would love to come back. The views from the hotel and apartment terrace were absolutely stunning. The hotel grounds are set out nicely and compliment the beautiful hillside backdrop perfectly. It is nestled quite far up in the hills and getting to and from the hotel is not really a journey you would want to travel by foot as there aren't any paved foothpaths to follow alongside the road - at least none that we found. you do not make it on time for the free hotel shuttle bus that runs from the hotel to Turunç. There seems to be bus route on the hill but as the taxis were so cheap it was never difficult were amongst some of the first guests to stay in the hotels 2018 reopening and there

Peaceful holiday

It was very calm and friendly place , u r seperated in ur appt and rarely u see anybody around you (unless u dont want it urself coz there r active areas like pool , some activities etc...) , the biggest thanks to resort for finding our phone which we lost in room , it fell behind the bed and nobody could find it , friend was so sure that he left the phone in room, i was telling him dont worry if they will find they will let us know and after one month i received the email from them that they found it , thank you so much.

Rezervasyon sitelerinde kahvaltı dahil secseniz bile kahvaltı hariç çıkıyor. Tesis odaları güzel temiz ancak denize çok uzak. Manzara mükemmel, havuz sevenler için güzel ancak deniz sevenler için çok kötü bir seçim. Çalışanlar fazlaca alman kültürü almışlar. Daha önce başka bir ilçede pansiyon da kalmıştık. Pansiyon daha keyifli geldi.

Havuz küçüktü, buna karşı çok kalabalıktı. otelin deniz imkanı sunmaması memnuniyetimi biraz olumsuz etkiledi. Anlaşmalı bir plaj organize edilebilirdi. Yarım pansiyon bir otel apart otel gibi işletilmemeli resepsiyon gözden geçirilmeli misafire yaklaşım daha ılımlı olmalı ve sorun çözme odaklı çalışan kadrosu tercih edilmeli. Genellikle güler yüzlü karşılandık ama sorun çıkınca müşteri her zaman haksızdır pozisyonuna düştük. Nisan ayında erken rezervasyon yaptık fakat bize sadece konaklama satın aldığımız bilgisi verilmedi otelden özellikle arayıp teyit alarak rezervasyonunuzu yarım pansiyon ayarladığımızı sanarken sadece konaklama sürprizi ile karşılaştık.

Otelin konum ve manzarası muhteşemdi. negatif tek yorumum 2+1 Suitlerin 2 günde bir temizlenmesi sebebi ile odada kullanabileceğimiz tabak ve kahve fincanı kalmaması idi. Her gün temizlik yapılsa ve mutfak gereçleri temizlense çok daha memnun olurduk.

Eğer otelin havuzu yerine denize gitmek istiyorsanız çantalarla da bavullarla olduğu gibi bir sürü yol gitmeniz gerekiyor odanıza varmak için. Biz 2 gece kaldığımız ve gündüzleri resort dışında olduğumuz için imkanlar hakkında ayrıntılı yorum yapamayacağım, kimse de girişte imkanları anlatmadı sadece bir zarf verildi elimize.
Apart gibi mutfak barındıran bir odada kaldık. Biz superior suit tutmuştuk ancak onun yerine iki ayrı suit oda verildi. Yatak sayısı bizim için yeterli olduğu için iki ayrı oda olmasında sorun yaşamadık. Odalar çok geniş ve deniz manzaralı balkonlara sahipti. Yatak rahattı. Ancak banyo temiz olmasına rağmen lekeler eski hissettiriyordu. Musluktan deniz suyu akıyor sanırım. Tekrar Turunç'a gelsem tercih eder miyim diye düşündüm ama bizi üzdü diyemem. Fiyat performans açısından tavsiye edebilirim.

biz sezonun kapanışına yakın bir tarihte konakladık henüz sezon kapanmamıştı fakat otelin konumu gereği merkeze oldukça uzak olduğu için gelenlere her türlü hizmeti sunma konusunda hassas olmalı.Sezon kapanmadıysa kapalı havuzu ısıtmaya devam etmelisiniz, akşam yemeğind içki servisini 21.30 da bırakmamalısınız, türk hamamına sabun koymamak nedir \"kendiniz getirecektiniz\" cevabını aldık. Masaj satıyorlar ama istediğin gün ve saatte alamıyorsun vb odayı satıyorlarsa hizmetleri de sezon kapanana kadar vermeli her hizmet alamadığımızda artık sezon kapanıyor ya o yüzden diye cevap aldık.Çeşmelerden de tuzlu su akıyor bu arada dişlerinizi dahi fırçalayamazsınız bunun dışında çok iyi olan bazı şeyler de vardı , çalışanların güleryüzlülüğü mutfağın kahvaltı ve akşiam yemeğinin zenginliği ve lezzeeti tazeliği , çevrenin temizliği için tabii ki teşekkür ederiz.

Resepsiyonundan bahçıvanına kadar tüm kadrosu ile huzur ve mutluluğumuz için çalışan bir otel. İlk defa ve tesadüfen rezervasyon yaptık. Beklentimizin çok üzerinde bir hizmet ve güler yüz ile karşılaştık. Turunç Koyu'na çok güzel bir konumdan bakması ile eşsiz bir gündoğumu sunması manzarasını mükemmel kılıyor.

Açık ve kapalı havuzları beklediğimizden daha büyüktü. SPA'sında stres atmak da bize çok iyi geldi.

Misafir profili Avrupa ağırlıklıydı. Gürültü yok, mızmızlanan çocuklar yok, açık büfe diye tepeleme tabaklarla ortalıkta gezinen karnı tok gözü aç insanlar yok. Açık büfe yeterince zengin çeşit sunuyor. Bar ve Cafe'leri de dinlenme anlarında boş bırakılmamalı.

Oyun ve eğlence alanı biraz küçük. Tek masa bilardo, 1 masa tenisi, 2 de langırt var. Gerçi başta bunlardan haberimiz bile yoktu. Beklentimiz olmadığı için ekstra memnun kaldık gördüğümüze. Beklentisi olanlar için, fitnes alanı küçük kalıyor, haberiniz olsun.

Bahçe bakımı sürekli yapılıyor. Bahçedeki şezlonglar, güneşlenmek isteyenlerin havuza kadar yorulmaması için düşünülmüş sanırım. Çok da iyi olmuş.

Hiç mi kusuru yoktu? Elbette vardı ama odalarda internet olmaması kadar akılda kalıcı bir kusur yok. Evet, sadece lobi-restoran-bar bölümünde internet var ama odalarda yok. Manzaraya karşı biraz da iş yaparım derken internetsizlik hevesi kursakta bırakabilir.

Manzarası harikaydı.tüm çalisanlar çok kivar ve yardimseverdi.hepsi guler yüzle karşıladılar.yemekler güzeldi özellikle tatlılar:)
Ancak otelin bebekli ve engelli misafirleri düşünüp havuz başına ve bar kısımlarına çıkarken rampa yapmasını rica ederiz.
Bir de rutin oda temizliği siz soylemeden detayli yapilmadi.sadece havlular değişmişti.bardaklarimizin bile yenisini getirmemişlerdi.
Onun haricinde otelin genel temizliği çok iyi.sadece biraz yukarıdaki odaların olduğu kısımda koku vardı.
Ama ağaçlar hatta ağaçlardaki sincaplar horozlar tavşanlar bunu görmezden gelmenize sebep oluyor:))
Doğayla iç içe olmak dinlenmek huzur bulmak icin harika bir yer.koylara ulaşım içinde yakin olmasi avantaj.

Hotel is located on the mountains. Great view to Turunc and the sea. Room was good for us with big fridge, kettle and condition, safe, green terrace and clean bathroom. Very clean everywhere. Staff is great and polite. Hotel area is like green garden. Food is delicious and enough. Good pool, free turkish hamam, sauna and steam room which we enjoyed. Indoor pool, gym and play room. You can walk and get higher to see greater views. Wifi only at reception. Free shuttle to the beach and back. Most of guests from Germany, local people, russian and ukrainians. There is shop near reception where you can get drinks and snacks. If you wish quiet place to rest this hotel is ideal. I would stay again at this hotel. Thanks to all.

Otel bölge olarak civar koylara ulaşım bakımından uygun yerde, ancak araç gerekiyor ve ayrıca yol oldukça virajlı ama keyifli. Yemekler, manzara, otelin genel yerleşimi gayet iyiydi.
Otelin belli saatlerde turunça servisi var ancak yetersiz ve erken bitiyor, bu bir olumsuzluk.
Daha da önemlisi sahilde otelin kendine ait şezlong alanı yok. Başka bir yere para vermek durumunda kalıyorsunuz.
Yine de otele bağlı kalmayıp, arabayla gezmeyi seven çiftlere tavsiye ederim. Romantik yapmak için süper manzara ve gezilecek bir sürü koy var. :)

Sadece bir yatak odanız değil, geniş bir yatak odasının yanı sıra oturma odası ve büyükçe bir balkonu var. Temizlik ve hizmete diyecek laf yok. Konum olarak merkezden uzak ancak shuttle ile merkeze ve sahile inebiliyorsunuz.

Tatilinizde yalnızca bina görmekten sıkıldıysanız yeşil ve mavinin olduğu bu yaşam alanında hem huzur dolu bir tatil yapabilir hem de bozulmamış berraklıktaki denizin keyfini çıkarabilirsiniz.

الفندق موجود في منطقة تورونش و التي تبعد حوالي 45 دقيقه عن مارماريس البلد و التي بها كافة النشاطات و الحياه و الاسواق و كذلك الفندق قديم وهو بحاجة لصيانه كما انه لا يوجد واي فاي او انترنت بالغرف فقط في اللوبي بوفيه افطار بسيط جدا و عشاء عادي جدا و لا يوجد فيه اي تنويع
ميزات الفندق انه موجود بمنطقه جبليه هادئه و مناسب جدا لكبار السن فقط اللذين يريدون الهدوء
الموظفين يتكلمون الانجليزيه بصعوبه و لا يقدرو على التفسير

Denizden uzak, konum seçimini yaparken ; çocuk yoktur kafa dinlerim, manzaranın tadını çıkarır kitap okurum vs. şeyler düşünmeyin. Ekonomik sebeplerle genelde çok çocuklu aileler gördüm. Konukların Yabancı turist görünümlü Türkler olması sebebiyle şezlonglarda ve yemek masalarında yer tutma hastalığı
, gürültü yaygın. Yani o manzarayı görmeden 1 hafta geçirmeniz olası. Havuzu hayli küçük deniz yoksa havuz var şeklinde düşünmeyin birbirinin ikamesi değil. Turunç'a servis olması güzeldi ancak dönüşü çok erken 18.00 den sonra yok. Akşamları da otelde hiç bir aktivite yok. Masa tenisi masasında raket yok o derece yokluk.. Mutfağı gayet başarılıydı. Su dahil olmak üzere içilecek her şey ücretli. Odaların temizliği ve o da hizmetleri mükemmele yakın. Personeli de yardımcı olmak için elinden geleni yapıyor. Huzur arayışı yoksa bütçe de kısıtlaysa kalınır.

Otelin konumu dolayısıyla mis gibi doganin icinde, her noktadan harika bir manzarayla karşı karşıyaydik, yemekleri harikaydı ve çok temizdi, odaların temizliği de gayet iyiydi, tek kötü olan şey biz üç arkadaş kaldık ucuncu kisiye yatak koymak yerine koltuğu yatağa çevirdiler ve maalesef koltukta yatan arkadasin biraz rahatsızlığı söz konusu oldu. Bizde arac oldugu icin kullanmadik fakat asagiya Turunç koyuna saat başı servis olması da misafirlerin denize girmesi anlamında gayet iyiydi, ancak otelin anlaşmalı olduğu bir beach yoktu. Genel itibariyle yeniden konaklama yapmayi kesinlikle tercih edeceğim bir otel çünkü doğa ile iç içe olmayı seviyorum ve yemekleri gercekten güzeldi.

Duş çok küçük odalar iyi ve temiz. Konumu manzarası harika. Ortak alanları hiç kullanmak istemedik çünkü çok kalabalıktı. Manzara için gelinir otelde takılmak için geliyorsanız iyi değil. Front desk çalışanları çok güleryüzlü. Bazı garsonlar fazla laubali.

Otelin manzarası güzel . Arkada kalan odalar vasat, geceleri odalara giden yolda aydınlatma yetersiz . Yemekler güzel . Turunç sahil kalabalık ve de işletmeler başarısız. Otelin kendine ait plajı yok . Fitness salonunda neredeyse hiç bir spor aleti çalışmıyor. Fiyat performans açısından iyi bir otel ancak tekrar gelinir mi emin değilim.

Öncalikle yolu sıkıntılı.Otelin internet sitesinde 73 ekran LCD ekran tv mevcut tanıtımı yapılırkenodamızda tüplü eski bir tv ile karşılaştıkyayında oldukça kötü idi.Zaten iki gün sonratv radyoya dönüştügörüntü tamamen gitti.Turunçta anlaşmalı plaj olduğu orada denize gireceğimiz söylenmişken oradaanlaşmalı bir plaj olmadığınıherhangi bir plajda ödeme karşılığındaplajdan faydalanabileceğimizi belirttiler.Yemekte suyun ücretli olması hoş değildi,ayrıca bir küçük suyun 5 tl ye satılması fahiş bir uygulama.Yiyecek fiatlarıdaoldukça yüksek bu yüzden müşterilerinbüyük çoğunluğu yemek için Turunç ainmek zorunda kalıyorlar.Bunların yanında iyi özellikleri:Manzarası harika,temizlik takddire şayan çalışanlar fevkaladeTavsiye olarak Turunç a olan servislerin gece geç saate kadar sürdürülmesi,yiyecek ve içecek fiatlarının makul bir seviyeye çekilmesi odalardaki tv lerin değiştirilmesi ,yemeklerde manzaralı masaların bol bahşiş verenkişiler için rezerve diyerek ayrılmaması ve herkesin bu masalardan faydalanmasına imkan veilmesi uygun olacaktır.Saygılarımla

içeceklerin ekstra olmasını anlıyorum ancak Türkiye'de Türk Misafirperverliğinden beklemediğim detay akşam yemeklerinde çayın da ekstra olması idi. Herşey bu kadar mükemmelken bukadar ufak bir detay olumsuz not olarak akıllarda kalıyor. Bir diğer konu da çocuklu, bekeli aileler konusu. Bu grubu otel bir bölgesinde konaklatıp çiftler, çocuksuz aileler vb. için daha sessiz bir tatil ortamı yaratmış olabilirsiniz. Çünkü kimse tatilinde 7de bebek sesiyle uyanmak istemez. Dikkate alacağınızı umuyor, geriye kalan her detay için tüm ekibinize teşekkür ediyoruz. Konumunuz , doğayla uyumlu mimari yapı ise muhteşem
