The property is very good for value. The pool is close to the apartments and also they have got a water slide; kids enjoyed a lot in the heated pool and water slide. Apartments have all the basic amenities and the kitchen has got all utensils required for cooking. Unlike 5 star resorts , where you have to walk a lot to get from one area to another; everything is very nearby.The staff have been very helpful as well.Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Grand Aquarium!!! The only downside is that it’s not in the main town area rather a bit interior into the village area but all the places are accessible either with public transport / taxi / we hired 3 wheeler electric bike !

Hotel charges for the air conditioner an extra. Despite of accepting to pay the extra amount, they switched off the air conditioner in our room in the middle of the night and I had to go down to front desk, spend half an hour to fix this issue.

Odaların renoveye ihtiyacı var. Herşey çok eski ve pis. Ama bunlar bir şey değil. Daha önemlisi, böyle bir tatil otelinde, temmuz sıcağında klimanın ücretli olması şok etkisi yarattı. Salgını bahane ederek yüzme havuzu açıkken otelin dandik ve tek özelliği olan su kaydırağını kapatmaları da ayrıca komikti. Tüm bunlar cimri ve küçük düşünen isletmeci mantalitesini gösteriyor. Hizmet sektörünü acilen bırakmasını tavsiye ederim.

The hotel is very good and kids enjoyed swimming in the pool, staff are kind and the evening entertainment is very good, also the view from the rooms was very nice. Only one thing I was upset about: they have an agent who organise local trips, called Jack who is always at the hotel, we booked Jeep safari day trip with him, but my daughter was ill and we could not go, he promised me many times to pay the money back to me, but I never received the money and he stopped replying to my messages, so be careful from him.

Not so \"grand\" at all
First, they activate the A/C only few hours a day for free, and they charge you for the rest of you want it on, and the rooms are so old, and there was no A/C in the salon.
As for the Swimming pool, it was nice, but they only activate the water slide for one hour a day (30min each time) which was not enough at all for kids to enjoy it, my kids were only able to use it three times because of the line they have to wait to use it during our first experience.

Tesis olarak açılış yıllarında eminim güzel ve moderndi ama odalar zaman makinesi gibi. Mobilyaları olsun, renkler, eski 90lılarda modern olan mermerler, perdeler herşey 90lardan kalma. Hiç modernizasyona yatırım yapılmamış. Duvarlar kağıttan ince komşuların her konuştuğu duyuluyor. Sabah işçiler camın önünde sigara içip sohbet ediyorlar sanki odanın içindeler okadar ses geliyor.
Havuz bölümü, havuzların direkt balkonun önünde olması güzel. Ama dediğim gibi acil bugünlere uygun modernizasyona ihtiyacı var.

Bonjour ayant réservé pour une semaine je n'ai pu que rester 6 jours sur les 7 réservés. Le 6ème jour il ya eu un feu dans la nature et qui c'est propagé dans tous la ville ainsi que l'hôtel. Tout les clients ont fuit y compris nous. Aucun membre de hôtel n'a pu nous diriger sur une autre solution d'accueil. C'est pour cela que l'on a du quitté la ville avec regret. Jai du réservé d'urgence un autre hôtel a une autre ville qui les frais on été très importante.

Ailem ile 11 gün konaklama yaptık. Genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Personelin yaklaşımı gerçekten çok iyi. Ufak bir kaza geçirdim ve sağ olsunlar sürekli ilgilendiler. Oda da televizyon olmamasına rağmen çocuklarımız hiç televizyon aramadı. Klimalar günün belli saatlerinde sabahtan ve akşam çalışıyorlar, diğer zamanlar ücretli. Biz pek odada durmadığımız için problem olmadı. Konum olarak ta güzel bir konumda. Eleştirebileceğim sadece mobilyaların eski olması, ama temizliği konusunda bir şey söylenemez. Otelin konumu biraz icmelerin merkezinden uzak ama doğası çok guzel daha bakıyor geceleri çok güzel esiyordu ve mis gibi kokuyordu. Otelin havuzu büyük güzel Aquapark günde bir kez açıldığını gördüm . Odalar yapı olarak eski ve dar klima en sicak saatlerde esktra ücretli bunu daha önce belirtselerdi tutmayabilirdim. Her gün oda temizleniyor yeni havlular koyuluyor bunlar güzel ozellikleri çocuklar için oldukça güzel etkinlikler mevcut
