Last minute due to previous hotel over booking for our last 2 days but thankfully aqua aquarium was a available and within 1 hour of booking we had arrived and they gave us a wonderful welcome and had our room ready. All areas were lovely and well kept, food and drink lovely and although could be on more often the cool effect of too pool was the windows behind bar will add photo. Overall fab little apartments with great staff. Will return.

Apartment is spacious, so is the terrace. Pools were just fine. No food included in my booking, however there is a restaurant by the bottom pool. It was good value for money considering the price paid. WiFi was fine, available in the room and around the pools. The view is good, apartments are located on little hill. It's a bit far from the beach, however you get more peace. Icmeler is far quieter than Marmaris.

Öncelikle klimayı ücret karşılığında kullanabiliyorsunuz. Ücret ödemek istemiyorsanız tavanda bir vantilatör var onu kullanabilirsiniz. Odalar genel olarak idare eder ama odaya girdiğinizde sehpada duran kuralları mutlaka okuyun derim. Çünkü yanlışlıkla bir eşyaya zarar verdiğinizde örneğin bir bardak düşüp kırıldı ücretini paunt olarak ödemek zorundasınız bu da çok rahatsız ediyor. Free İnterneti çok ama çok kötü. Eğer iyi bir internet istiyorsanız ekstra bir ücret ödemelisiniz. Banyolarda şampuan yok . Havuzdaki kaydırak günde 2 kere saat 11.00 -11.30 ve 15.00-15.30 saatlerinde açık yani yarımşar saat bu da çok kısa. Biz kaydırağı kullanmadık genellikle otel dışındaydık .

Is this an aparthotel or a hotel? You can't eat or drink anything at the pool. You have to eat from the pool bar. But for example, there is a chocolate that is not sold at the bar, and even your children can't eat it at the pool. I love drinking coffee and tea by the pool, but I was constantly warned. There was almost a fight. If you don't shop at the bar all the time, you can't even get a good morning from the employees. They don't greet you. There is one employee who plays darts in particular, he says good morning to those sitting next to you, but not to you. When we first entered the room, the refrigerator wasn't working, thankfully they fixed it quickly. Customer satisfaction is secondary, it's a business that prioritizes making money, I wouldn't go back. I discovered that there are much nicer places in Marmaris.

Kurumsal müşteri hizmetlerini deneyerek 3. girişiminde ulaşabildim. Para iadesi gerçekleşti, sıkıntılı bir süreçti. Sonuç olarak bu oteli tercih etmem ve 3 yılda 50 den fazla rezervasyon yaptığım hotels'i de artık kullanmayacağım.

Klima ücretli klima başına günlük 30TL ödüyorsunuz. Yemek için hiç ideal değil hem fiyat hem lezzet yönünden kötü. Daha uygun fiyatlara çok daha iyi yemekler yürüme mesafesinde mevcut. Dış cephe borsalı güzel. Sessiz, güzel bir ortamı var. Çalışan ilgisi beklemeyin. Icecekler için pazarlık yapabilirsiniz. Bir kaç gün konaklama yapacaksınız ideal. Ama haftalık konaklama yapacaksanız başka seçenekler arayın. Havuzlar küçük bir tanesi 220cm derinliğinde. Biri 160cm. Halk plajı güzel kalabalık yok ( hafta içi konakladım) plaj civarı büfeler var fiyat farkı uygulaması yapmıyorlar. Bu çok güzel.
