The staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. I identified a small issue with our room and they were prompt in their response and very courteous. They made us feel welcomed on arrival and were very friendly and helpful during our three night stay. The hotel is nicely located near the sea and near great restaurants and shopping.

Great place to stay with very attentive staff

Great stay (family of 4). Very nice hotel, nice location, but most importantly nice staff that helped with a lot of things:
- recommended and booked all the restaurants for us. (recommendations were actually very good)
- sorted out reservation with the beach. (Yes, for those new to Italy - this is a thing :) and if you do not sort it out in advance you might not be able to get a good location)

Honestly, they were really really good.
I wish our room was a bit more spacious and interesting for the money we have paid, but I can live with that given how we were looked after.

P.S. Next time I'd book a suite for family the of 4 but unfortunately all of them were booked for the current trip.

Let down

No basics in room like tea kettle, luggage stand, and weak wifi.
Have to pay for umbrella and lettinos at beach, and charge for towels. Not 4 star quality!

Gorgeous hotel, great staff

Gorgeous beach, excellent location. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They even sent someone to the store for bandaids when I cut my foot on the beach

Beatifuk room (303) with a balcony with a sea view, great bed and luxury linens. And an excellent bathroom. Breakfast selections were extensive.

My only criticism has nothing to do with the hotel--it's the beach. I'm spoiled by Emerald Beach in St. Thomas--the beach here, while beautiful, has sharp sand and pebbles that are NOT easy on the feet. For that reason only, we won't return.

Charming, relaxing small-town inn.

This hotel is wonderfully located just steps from the beach and main piazza in the tiny town of Finale Ligure. We really enjoyed our short stay in this relaxing beach-side community, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Great location for beach but not what we expected

First off, the staff where great. The hotel itself is in a great location close to the beach and center of town and a short drive to Finalborgo which is a must visit if you're in the area.

Our complaint is that we paid extra for a room with a sea view. The website shows photos of rooms with a nice view and a balcony. Instead we got a room on the 1st floor with no balcony. The view if the sea was minimal as it was obscured by trees. Give the extra cost paid and that this is a relatively expensive hotel, we felt that rooms on this floor should have been cheaper and there should be a clear distinction between rooms on the 1st floor and the rooms above which I can only assume a nicer.

Appalling service

Arrived to eventually be told that they hadn't received our booking in time & had since let the room! After holding on for this reason at the end of a phone for 15 minutes I foujnd our confirmation on an untidy desk, that had clearly been received in plenty of time. More likely another booking was received soon after for more nights. Building & area is very picturesque, however unable to recommend given the service we received & the reasons given for not being able to honour our booking.

Great beach Hotel!

We stayed three nights and it great. Nice clean rooms, fantastic breakfast and friendly staff. The town and nearby surroundings are just outside the front door. Beach access is real close too.

Hotel nel pieno centro di Finale Ligure. Tutto ottimo dall'accoglienza al check-in con posto auto per scarico bagagli, alla stanza e colazione .
Non abbiamo usufruito del parcheggio perché purtroppo è possibile utilizzarlo solo fino al check-out. Comunque a pochi minuti dall'hotel c'è un parcheggio coperto a 14 euro al giorno.

ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙﾙｰﾑに予約を入れた。１泊€２１０と周りのホテルに比べて高めだったが、このホテルに決めたのは、Expediaのサイトに掲載されていた当該の部屋の写真が、洗面台も２つあるなど、非常に広々としモダンに見えたためだった。しかし夜遅くに到着すると、ベッドだけで一杯の、スーツケースすら広げられない非常に狭い部屋に案内された。フロントの男性は「海側の部屋にアップグレードしてあげた」と言っていたが、我々が到着したのは夜で、翌朝も早く出発するため、景色の良さは意味がなく、これ程狭くなるのはむしろダウングレードだと感じた。急ぎ外で食事を済ませた後、改めて部屋の変更を訴えると、スタッフが夜勤の男性に代わっていて、「他に部屋はない」と言われた。本当にないのか再度確認すると、実は１室残っていたことが判明し、真夜中に移動した。当初案内された部屋よりは広かったが、洗面台も１つしかなく、掲載された写真の部屋とはほど遠かった。翌朝、昨晩最初にいたスタッフがいたので改めて写真と余りにも違うことを抗議すると、「文句はエクスペディアに言ってくれ。自分たちも２年前から写真が違うと抗議しているが、彼らが変更しないからだ。掲載されているのはもっといい部屋で、あなたたちは一番安いダブルルームを予約したんだから仕方ない。本当はもっと暗くひどい部屋だが、自分が海側にしてあげたんだ」と言われた。ホテル側の言い分が正しいのかは不明だが、謝るどころか客を小ばかにしたような言い方は不快だった。部屋も古いし、朝食もおいしくなく、とてもお勧めできない。／I booked a double room for €210 for one night. It was rather expensive compared to oher hotels in the area, but we chose here because the room pictures on Expedia's website looked very spacious and modern.

Gutes Hotel in Strandnähe

Wir hätten gerne die Küste ausgekundschaftet. Leider nicht möglich weil die Auto-Garage weit weg war. Es war sehr umständlich das Auto mit Hotelpersonal herzuholen.

Brand neu, sehr sympathisches Personal =)

Sehr zentrale Lage, gleich neben der Piazza. Hotel ist brand neu renoviert. Zimmer und Bad sind auch brand neu. Unser Zimmer nach hinten war sehr günstig, dafür etwas eng. Das 2. Parking ist weit weg und der Shuttle Service zum parking funktioniert sehr gut, mal die Reception, mal der Fahrer. Das Personal an der Reception, Fahrer und Frühstück Service waren alle sehr sympathisch und aufgestellt. Das war wirklich sehr schön. Love Finale..

Ett trevligt hotell nära till allt. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Det serverades en enkel frukost inte mycket att välja på. Ville man ha en omelett eller annan äggrätt fick man betala extra. Parkeringen låg fem minuters bilresa därifrån men personalen skjutsade och hjälpte till. Den kostade 18€ per dygn. Parkeringen utanför på gatan var dyrare.

Hotel Minimal-Chic a due passi dal mare

L'hotel si differenzia dalle altre strutture liguri proprio per la sua modernita' e per lo stile essenziale ma molto curato.
Il confort nella camera e' assicurato, molto comodo il letto.
Il bagno molto pulito e' corredato di tutto quanto puo' servire: ciabattine di spugna, pettine, cuffia, non manca nulla per poter assaporare un piacevole soggiorno.

Klasse Hotel unmittelbar am Meer

Das Hotel war für meine Zwecke eine ausgezeichnete Wahl, Zimmer mit Meerblick gross, modern und sehr sauber. Alle Angestellten waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch, könnte etwas üppiger sein, dafür gibts klasse Cappuccino. Wenn es etwas negatives zu sagen gibt, dann höchstens dass die Musik der Bar zwischen Hotel und Meer die Ruhe etwas gestört hat (was aber nicht dem Hotel angelastet werden kann...)

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind gross und modern. Einzig das Frühstück hat nicht viel Auswahl zu bieten. Das Hotel ist den Preis wert, alleine schon die tolle Lage.

Vuonna 2012 vietimme reilun viikon loman juuri korjatussa hotellissa. Olimme erittäin tyytyväisiä ja siksi palasimme samaan hotelliin 2014. Olimme tehneet hotelliin varauksen , johon piti kuulua parveke. Olimme tehneet varauksen kahdeksaksi (8) vuorokaudeksi ja hotels.comin vahvistetussa varauksessa oli ko asia kirjattuna. Hotellissa meille kuitenkin osoitettiin parvekkeeton huone. Hotelli oli täynnä ja reklamoinnista huolimatta emme saaneet huonetta parvekkeella. Meille tarjottiin 4 yötä huone ilman parveketta ja reilusta lisämaksusta 4 yötä sviitti (suite) . Hotelli sysäsi vastuun hotels.comille.

Ottimo servizio, ottima struttura!!

Ottimo hotel, personale cortese, discreto e professionale. Tutto perfetto, dalla pulizia all'arredo, all'insonorizzazione.
La recente ristrutturazione ha persmesso di avere una struttura di primaria qualità. Oserei dire che ora è il contesto, che si deve aggiornare....(mi riferisco al paese di Finale). Tutttavia lo straconsiglierei in caso di viaggi di lavoro importanti anche a Savona, ( non è cosi distante). O per un soggiorno di relax sulla riviera, in zona ci sono anche posticini in cui mangiare bene per tutte le tasche e i gusti( non ho provato il ristorante interno).
Ottimo feedback insomma.

Fint hotell men forventet mye mer

Hotellet er nyoppusset og fint. Ligger ved strandpromenaden. Vi forventet et hotell med mange fasiliteter, det var det ikke. Bestilte et rom med sjøutsikt. Trodde vi skulle få med balkong som det står i romdetaljene, det var det ikke. Fikk et veldig lite rom uten noe som helst gulvplass og badet var som et lite kott. Minste rommet jeg noen gang har sett til en sinnsyk pris. Vi klaget på rommet og etter mye om og men fikk vi et tremannsrom i stedet som var en del større. Badet var også bedre. Selv om hotellet forsåvidt var fint var vi veldig skuffet da romdetaljene som står beskrevet ikke stemmer i det hele tatt.

Alt i alt et fint hotell, men ikke forvent noe ekstra selv om prisen skulle tilsi det. Ligger nærme stranda og har god frokost. Vi kommer nok uansett ikke tilbake da hele byen var veldig skuffende.

Anbefaler absolutt ikke hotellet hvis ikke prisen er mye rimeligere enn hva vi betalte ( 181 € per natt).

Mycket bra boende vid \"strada lungo lago\"

Bra 4 stjärnigt hotel. Helt nytenoverat, balkong mot havssidan, väl fungerande luftkonditionering. Med balkongdörren stängs hörs inte traffik och annat ljud från gatan eller strandpromenaden. Gsrage ca 5 minuter bort till en kostnad av 18 Euro per natt. Jag kan varmt rekommendera hotellet om ni är beredda att betala för 4 stjärnig standard.
