Location: On point, as the hotel is located close enough to the main town and some beaches (5-10 by ATV/car) while being in a quiet area that ensures resting well at night.
Service: Excellent, Stella owns and runs the place herself with the help of her family. They are all very helpful and above all, really nice people! We had zero trouble.
The place: Rooms are spacious, the beds are confortable and the shower has a good water pressure. Most rooms have their own small private outdoor area with chairs and a table. There is two pools, both well maintained.

She is also helpful with ordering taxis and has a lovely cafe. I have very high standards coming from the USA and felt the hotel exceeded the photos which is rarely the case! Absolutely amazing 5 night stay, beautiful setting with two lovely pools. The owners are genuinely lovely and can not do enough for you. Hotel opposite a bus stop so easy to get to the old town or the beaches within 5 mins. Room was modern and beautiful with a view of the sunset and cleaned daily. Highly recommend!

Stella was brilliant. We booked here after our initial hotel cancelled on us 3 days before arrival. Stella looked after us from the moment we arrived. Something in our bag had leaked during the flight and she washed some items of our clothing and returned them to us within 2 hours ironed. We enjoyed chilling by the pool and everyone was so friendly. We had everything we needed in our room and, the daily bottles of water were a nice touch. We would definitely recommend staying here!

This place is wonderful. We loved every minute. Just some quick points to help others looking at the hotel:
Location: the hotel in quiet, tucked away between Mykonos Town and Platis Gialos. We found it possible to walk to both, though others might prefer to get the bus, taxi or to drive. Walking is possible though, roughly 20minutes into town.
Staff: The staff are very kind and go out of the way to make the stay special. We really felt like they were interested in making sure we were having a lovely, care-free time.
Facilities: we couldn’t get enough of the pool and jacuzzi. Both amazing for taking pictures (and perfect for Instagram).
We would highly recommend this place and from now on wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Mykonos. We can’t wait to go back!

I vacationed with my daughters. I am a Hilton time share owner , they were full. We had wonderful accommodation's, food was delicious and wish they had a larger selection. It was very clean and staff was warm and friendly. It had the feel of a small resort.

The La Stella was better in everyway than we thought it would be. The Hotel is small but immaculate and the staff was unbelievably kind, helpful and friendly. The hotel is a short walk or even shorter bus ride from the many beaches and from Mykonos town. The hostess, Stella is a wonderful helpful and supportive person. Stella greeted us on arrival and we immediately new we were going to like it there. We arrived early and had no problems checking in. After our registration, Stella took the time to provide us with a packet of material regarding Mykonos. She then highlighted the beaches, the activities, recommended restaurants and bus routes etc. It was no surprise that ALL of the staff was friendly and willing to do the little extras for us mirroring the owner. The room we had was a three room very clean and well appointed suite with an outside semi private sitting area. The breakfast (provided in our package) was all fresh products and prepared to order. If we return to Mykonos we would definitely stay at the La Stella again. It was that good!

Can't say enough about how amazing La Stella is. My husband and I arrived after not having luggage for 2 days and were grateful for the relaxing oasis. After another day had gone by with no news about our luggage, the owners took our bag info and went to the airport to see what they could do. An hour later they showed up with our bag! Aside from their generosity, the place is truly a gem. The breakfast is amazing and offers everything you could ever want. The beds and room were so comfortable and clean. The pool and grounds are stunning as well. Transportation to downtown via bus or taxi is easy and was fully explained to us when we arrived. The restaurant across the street is delicious and more affordable than most of Mykonos. Highly recommend!!!

Quiet and clean place away from all the partying
I loved La Stella. It is a quaint family run hotel. The room was spacious for 4 people. The bathroom was really clean, as were the beds. They serve a breakfast buffet every morning with a large variety (greek yogurt, fruits, granola, fruits, vegetables, eggs, sausages, bacon, sauteed mushrooms, bread.. etc) with a range of beverage choices (coffee, tea, juice, water). I would definitely return to this hotel again and recommend to anyone who is visiting Mykonos. I love that La Stella is quiet and away from the majority of the partying destinations. Since Mykonos is a party island, it was nice to be removed from the party scene to get some decent rest.

Eine Gehminute vom Supermarkt entfernt, super leckere Taverne gegenüber vom Hotel, drei Roller-/ Autovermietungen im Umkreis von 200m. 3 nuits à Mykonos, emplacement idéal à mi chemin entre Mykonos (25min à pied de la gare de bus) et les plages (25min à pied également).
A noté qu’un arrêt de bus est juste à coté de l’hôtel, également un super market et 2 restaurants excellents.
L’hôtel est très propre, la chambre était spacieuse et bien équipée.
Nous n’avons pas pu profité de la piscine / jacuzzi que la température était encore trop fraiche à cette période.
Je recommande cette hôtel !

La stella stay est un super hotel : un service impeccable, un séjour parfait, tout le personnel est sympathique et à votre service. La chambre est grande, les espaces de piscines sont calmes (peu fréquentés). Tout est très propre. L’hotel est bien situé, près d’un loueur de scooter et de quad si besoin.
