Self-service check in was very smooth. Property is very clean and quiet. Near a bus line. Self-serve breakfast was tasty. Airport shuttle service was very convenient. Staff is friendly. I really enjoyed my conversation with the owner on the ride to the airport. I would definitely stay here again!

This was my second visit. Close to airport, clean and quiet. Cold breakfast buffet of cereals, yoghurt, bread and chilled spreads as well as chilled breakfast sandwiches. There may have been a toaster oven for those, not sure. Coffee machine. My only issues are that they list in-room AC, but there is no in-room control, just a vent. AC was not on during my July stay, but it was a cool day and an open window was good enough. The only other issue is that they use door codes for all entrances and rooms. Between the hotel and Expedia, my door code couldn't be found for a while. The desk clerk was kind enough to let me into my room and they found the code before I had to leave for a meeting, so it all worked out.

It was very disappointing as there was no one to contact regarding the shuttle bus that is mentioned in the synopsis about the hotel and the services it offers.There was no one available to speak to apart from a cleaner who was very helpful but couldn't contact anyone either.
Consequently I had to get taxis from the airport and back even though on the day I checked out the shuttle bus was there but no driver to be seen .The front desk never opened.
I only got the access codes for the building and my room because I messaged hotels.com as the information was not sent in an email in a timely manner.l was travelling alone and could easily have been left stood outside the property with no means to get in and it was after 10pm!!

On a final note the WiFi password was not available readily in the apartment myself and another guest were looking if for on arrival. In the morning I met the cleaner who was able to give me the password.

All in all a very disappointed experience that could have resulted in me having to book somewhere else to stay at last minute due to lack of timely information.

I have raised a complaint with the hotel requesting reimbursement for my taxi fares no surprise as yet no reply!

Hotel was good for one night . Very close to airport. Was clean and tidy . However, I have emailed the hotel few times and also called them to book me transfer from airport to hotel which the owner of hotel did book me a taxi . I waited in airport for taxi driver for 1.20 min and did not arrive. I called the owner of hotel twice after midnight to tell him where is the taxi . He said initially 12 minutes to arrive and then after 49 min I called him again and he said taxi is another 24 min away . I was very exhausted and tired and could not wait for his taxi anymore so I told him that I can’t wait anymore and he agreed. I booked another taxi which cost me about 50 euros for 3 mins or max 5 min drive . In the morning, the son of hotel owner a very young gentleman , he was very kind, polite and respectful . He shuttled me to airport. I thank the son of hotel owner a lot

Bit of a walk, but worth it....

Roughly 3km from the airport and a bit of a rough walk down the side of a busy road, must be perfect if you have a car! However, an incredibly quiet room as I never heard anyone else in the hotel. Breakfast was great and typically Swedish. Even dropped off at the airport, great service!

This is a quaint, cute little motel tucked away a few miles from the Gothenburg, Sweden airport.

This was perfect for our group of 3 adults to stay here for one night as we had a VERY early flight the next morning.

There is a nice little kitchen area off the lobby for you to prepare a midnight snack or coffee/tea as you arrive after a long drive or on your way to the airport the next morning. The kitchen has several different breads, cheeses, yogurts, cereals. This was a very nice touch for all our travelers. Staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful.

Rooms are very clean and nice. We had three twin beds and enough room to rearrange luggage. It was quiet and comfortable.

Decent economy hotel

Free parking, check-in via a code emailed to you. Room was tidy and clean. It would have been better if there were curtains over the blinds as we had a room next to the outdoor area and it was extremely bright. There was enough body wash for a shower. Bed comfy enough but we did end up with a small double bed so wasn't the best. Breakfast was self service. Fine for a stopover.

When we arrived at home the airport, I called the hotel and they sent a van to pick us up within 10 minutes. Also gave us a ride to get something to eat. Dropped us off at the airport the next day. Very friendly staff. Roo was clean and comfortable.

Good hotel, very convenient location for late arrivals or early departures - just 4 km (2.5 miles) from the airport.
Always hot coffee/tea/water in the lobby (no coffeemaker in the room).
Decent breakfast, but if you want to get a sandwich - get up early.

The hotel was easy to find because we had SAT NAV!
We arrived just before midnight and because we advised the hotel in advance we were sent a door entry code which also gave us access to our room.
24 hr refreshments in the lobby meant we could have a drink before bed. The room and ensuite were clean and spacious and had everything we needed.
Breakfast next morning was fine you just helped yourself to what ever you needed.
The only negative was the pull out bed for our 12 yr old which was really uncomfortable with a thin mattress.
For one night it was fine and did the job!

Comfortable but out of the way for 'airport hotel'

Not on airport perimeter - too far out for a quick overnight stay. £29.00 for a taxi for 10 minute journey each way. Reception runs prebooked shuttle service within office hours. No restaurant facilities - DIY snack counter with tea/coffee - sandwiches & light breakfast....reception closed after 9pm and before 9am.

Good value for a short airport stay. Room was small but clean and comfortable. The only problem I had was that the shuttle service did not operate early in the morning. According to internet web site, the hotel offered airport shuttle services. In reality it was only offered in limited hours. I ended up having to take a taxi to the airport as it was just a little too far to walk.

Great hotel within close proximity to the airport

We stayed here for one night and as we arrived late- they ordered a taxi for us to the hotel from the airport. They texted us the code for the front door and our room (they call it easy check in) and the beds were so comfortable so we had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was self-serve with coffee, yoghurt etc. and there was also pre-made sandwiches for them who are in a hurry. Next day we got free transfer to the airport. Really nice and price worthy hotel.

It's a great place to stay for a few days. Nice and relaxing. There are food available in the kitchen and there are a few restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Pizzaria and a Thai restaurant. The hotel has a feeling of home. I liked it slot and I will go back next time I'm in the area.

Convenient hotel close to the airport

The check-in process was very clever. We arrived late at night when the reception desk was closed. The hotel management emailed and texted us a code that opened the front door and our room. There was a refrigerator with sandwiches and drinks in the main hall, which were appreciated after a long day of travel.
This hotel is a great alternative to the bigger and more expensive airport hotel.

Clean functional airport lodge type hotel. Help yourself to breakfast items, tea coffee juices etc in the lobby. Staff super friendly,speak excellent English. Very Friendly and Comfortable Hotel!

I stayed at this hotel with my wife and two children (aged 7 and 5) on 24 and 25 July. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel facilities were excellent. Tea, coffee, continental breakfast, and snacks were readily available, and the bedroom and en-suite were more than adequate. Whilst some distance from Gothenburg, it is possible to get a local bus from the main road yards from the hotel into Landvetter (town, not the airport) and then change to the city. Cost is covered if you have a City Card. Good places to eat in Landvetter.

This type of hotel is an acquired taste.

The place is very secure, but there's only staff there for a little while. You're on your own, for the most part.

We got stranded at McDonald's in the rain, and luckily it happened while the staff was there. They picked us up, which was greatly appreciated.

But the bad news: The rooms were rather small. The beds were small, especially for two adults. The shower was small and flooded the bathroom. The hotel is removed from any amenities, so you need a car to go eat and whatnot.

It's a bare-bones place to sleep before you catch your flight, and nothing more than that. I thought the people who worked there were very nice and accommodating, and the room and the premises were nice and clean. They left out snacks, which was nice, because we didn't have a car.

The room was very quiet and clean. Not a luxury hotel at all, just the necessities to sleep and bathe comfortably. There is only an attendant there for a few hours each day, and the hotel is not near anything to walk to. If I was by myself I may have been a little anxious. The hotel clerk drove us to the airport to eat supper, otherwise we wouldn't have been able to go anywhere without calling a taxi. There was a light breakfast available, tea and coffee. I didn't see a vending machine though for other drinks. We were emailed a code to get in the front door and our room since there was no attendant when we arrived. It worked very well.

Pretty much everything perfect when you need to stay near the Göteborg Landvettern Airport a night.
+ The hotel has a personal pick up service
+ Service overall was very personal, friendly and very convenient.
+ The room was quiet and comfortable (but simple)
+ Wifi worked fast and easy
+ Neighborhood is very quiet for a good sleep (but nothing else to do if you fancy a beer in the pub)

Ok hotel

If you have an early flight from Landvetter, this hotel is an ok place to stay. You will still need a cab (if you do not have a car) to get to the airport but you will avoid any kind of traffic jam. There is no restaurant in walking distance but there is some food in the fridge (placed in the lobby). WiFi is good and there is a desk to work. This place is nothing luxurious but it is clean and close to the airport.

As close to self-serve as you can get

This 16-room hotel near the Goteborg airport has two employees. The front desk clerk is also the shuttle driver, and until recently, the room cleaner. Although the all-service manager is very friendly and nice, don't expect personal service here. A room code is E-mailed the day of arrival, and that serves as room key so if he is off driving the shuttle you can access the room.

Excellent value for money. Very good rooms. Appeared to be brand new! excellent for the cost conscious businessman. Bear in mind that key code entrance at the front and key code to room. Arrived late, had previously received the key codes by email earlier that day, Had no problem on entry. breakfast was in the fridge in the lounge for the morning, in fact I had it before I went to bed to ensure a quick get away. 3miles from Airport. was offered and accepted a free lift to the airport from one of the owners.

Mostly automated. Need code to get into the hotel, so you must have a computer or phone. An e-mail is sent with your code. Was promised this code by 3 pm and we didn't receive the e-mail til 5 pm. Once we checked in, we never saw anyone. Would have been nice to have a phone in the lobby to contact someone if a problem occurred. Room was very clean.

Andra gången vi bor på detta hotell inom några år, båda i samband med flygresa från Landvetter. Desvärre har båda gångerna slutat i mer eller mindre panik på morgnarna eftersom taxin från hotellet till flygplatsen inte dykt upp nån av våra två gånger där. Det har resulterat i att man fått ta egen bil från hotellet till Landvetter och behövt stressa i onödan trots att man betalt för både långtidsparkering och för att bli upphämtad i lugn och ro.
Nä, nu har jag och min familj gett hotellet en andra chans och tänker inte komma tillbax om inte det utgår kompensation för allt strul. Att det händer 1 gång är okej, men en andra gång några år senare tyder inte på några bra vibbar.
