Friendly staff.
This hotel was built in the 1950s (no renovations completed) - DO NOT expect anything lavish.
The rooms are very old and outdated, including the bathrooms. No mirror in my bathroom, either.
Soap dispenser in the bathroom did not work.
Noise was an issue in my room - You can hear the other rooms on either side when the water is running (showering, flushing toilet).
Heating in the room did not work.
I stayed for 2 nights and unfortunately I would not stay again.

Amazing.

Amazing hotel, yeah its old but it's clean and it includes a decent and healthy breakfast. Coffee is trash but who cares, service is polite and friendly, room is spacious and bathroom is ok. If you're not very pretentious this is what you need wjen visiting Goteborg, it's very conveniently located. It even has a sauna and a gym, though the gym is a bit outdated and trashy lol. You can even have tasty thai dinner at the hotel's restaurant, it's excellent and cheap.

The lobby is nicely decorated and clean the room however was poor. It was on the first floor was dated with stains on the floor and light switches. The room smelt of smoke as it had a covered balcony which was used as a smoking room with cigarette burns on the chairs. As it was on the first floor people would be outside the room window on the street smoking which added to the smell. They did offer us another room but decided to leave and book somewhere else. It was a bit out of the way and a 20 minute walk to the city centre and it was a steep hill on the way back.

This property is totally different to what displayed on the website and the room where so dirty and there was blood stains in the toilet. Zero security in the hotel and too many people over drunk people around in the hotel lobby. This should be zero star hotel. Highly disappointed.

The hotel itself need a refresh. The odors in the hallways is terrible. Our room had blood splattered on the curtains like someone got murdered in the room. The beds are ok but way too soft. But for one night its fine. Breakfast was a really good one a lot of choices. If you are picky this is not your place to stay. If its for a pit stop perfect.

The location is good, reception staff were friendly. Hotel parking was good at the cost of 150 SEK/night. Breakfast was just OK, the first day (Friday) breads were not fresh and very hard to eat, the 2nd day (Saturday) breakfast was way better. We stayed at room no 107 (family room) which is outside of the WiFi range. This is very much unacceptable. The inner curtains were missing in one of the windows. Had to cover the window by a quilt cover to make the room dark. The sofa bed was just a crap, but we managed to sleep by putting extra quilt on it. Informed all these issues to the reception desk and hopefully they will fix all these soon. If you just need place to sleep and not expecting anything fancy, then this can be your destination considering the price you are paying.

The carpets and furniture were old and worn. There were stains on the wood and fabric and bathroom was not very clean (hair). On top of that the heat in the room did not work so it was very cold. I brought this to the attention of the front desk who offered no solution or other room. Whe. I checked out this morning the lady told me it had been reported before. And they stuck me in a room withouth hear knowing it don’t work?

We arrived, late at night and were given a room with no lights, bedding for one person and there was a beaten up mini fridge, with 3 legs, it didn't work anyway - it turns out that none of the fridges worked. We were transferred to another room but had to take the bedding from the 1st. room with us. We have stayed here before and it was a pleasant stay then. Now the new owners seem to be running it down. There is plaster off the wall in the corridors, the carpets are getting threadbare, the sauna \"doesn't work\", one lift broke down the last time we were there and still isn't working, the waste pipes seem to constricted. one side of the double bed is against a wall which makes it difficult to get up during the night. The cleanliness is only superficial and the whole place needs a deep clean. We won't be back!

God frukost och trevlig personal men slitet rent generellt och på vissa rum luktar det avlopp från badrummet. Svårt att få tag i receptionspersonalen som jag tror gör många andra arbetsuppgifter samtidigt och finns inte alltid vid disken.
Men man får vad man betalar för och det är värt pengarna!
Har bott här flera gånger och återkommer med all säkerhet.

Rummet hade hår i dusch brunnen och även i sängenkläderna kunde vi hitta hår. Det var gammal standard och sägen var placerad under inluft donet. Så det blev väldigt kallt på natten. Frukosten var torr och man får inte välja själv vad man vill ha till frukost utan dem kommer ut med en tallrik till en.

Det var en total katastrof, rummet var smutsigt, kallt , ingen ljudisolering mellan rummen
och det luktade avlopp på toaletten. Fanns inget spa, bastu eller ångbastu som er sida informerar om. Frukosten under all kritik, sönder kokt ägg, inget bacon eller apelsinjuice. Vinet och ölen som restaurangen serverade smakade vinäger och gick inte att dricka. Personalen helt oförstående. Åkte hem efter en natt även att vi hade betalat för två nätter.

Frukosten var undermålig, med torrt bröd, frystorkat kaffe och dåligt utbud i vad som försökte vara kontinental frukost.
