Don’t stay at this accommodation if you have children.
When we arrived we were waiting for someone at the check in for 30 minutes. Got our room early which was great however it was room 1 which was just off reception and I just knew it would be an issue. The noise was shocking from people coming out of the rooftop bar, which to be honest I wouldn’t have minded but I was with a 3 year old child. The lady on reception was also counting coins at 12:30 at night and she probably didn’t think anything of it, but I heard every single coin she counted. We had hardly any sleep the whole 3 nights we stayed which is disappointing when you go away to relax
I don’t think it was particularly cleaned very well, we found a dirty sock, a make up brush and a single fusilli pasta piece in the bed.
General wear in the bathroom looks like it needs a very good scrub.
A message to the property, do not put young children or families in room 1.

The location is good, but the place need some improvements: I booked for three people, there weren’t enough towels for three (I need to request to have more) and no pillows for the sofa bed.
The cleaning must be improved: found some hair in the bathroom and ashes in the kitchen drawer. Plus no sponge for washing.
The place can be much more pleasant if some little things can be fixed: coat hanging place downstairs and a shoe racker.

Great location with lots of food options within a 10 min walk. 10 min walk to Cathedral and once we knew where we were going 10-15 min walk to Malaga Centro station. We had apartment 11 which was on 2 nd floor ( roof top bar on 4 th) so noise did not stop us sleeping. By the way roof top bar is a lovely place to stop and have a drink. Myself and a friend stayed so we had plenty of room ( one in bedroom, one on bed settee) but personally think would be cramped for 4 adults. Kitchen area perfectly adequate for us to keep drinks cold and make breakfast ( had plates/ cutlery/ glasses). Would happily stay in the future . Everything very clean.

Everything good in relation to the property itself and its location. The one negative for me was that there was no safe for valuables either in the room or at reception. I was not comfortable with having to carry passport and cards with me. For that reason I am reluctant to stay again.

Amazing location. Literally right in the plaza of the Cathedral of Granada. In walking distance of everything and short ride from the Alhambra. The room itself was pretty small for a family of 3. Advertised as an Apart Hotel but it’s more of just a boutique hotel.

Entrance to hotel was tricky to find and in an alley that smelt strongly of urine and felt a little unsafe at first. Having said that, the location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to visit with nothing more than a 15 min walk away.

Good location, unclean.

Hotel in a good location and the apartment was nice. However the dishes, pans etc. were quite dirty and there was literally one sponge and tea towel to clean with. Not a major issue for us as we didn’t really eat there but felt like it hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guest.

Great Location, a bit difficult to find at night down an alleyway….and there should be information on the site stating that it is not accessible by car or taxi, at least a 5-10minute walk with luggage from drop off points and 10-15 walk from Alacabaza Hotel if you arrive late and need to register there…but easy walking otherwise with lots of shopping, restaurants, museums and sites.

Fab location & value for money

The location is excellent albeit the road/alley isn’t the nicest. The apartment was brilliant. Very comfortable bed & the shower was excellent. We could’ve done with a kettle as we’re British (!) but the pan worked just fine. Enjoyed the rooftop bar too! Great value for money compared to everywhere else I found.

Would not recommend. Apartments have roof top bar and was closed to guests but had very loud private party until well after midnight so not good if you like to sleep . Reception only manned 10.30am -10.30pm and fire alarm sounded at 2.30am. All stood outside for an hour in December and no response to emergency number calls . Fire service advised would only attend if flames visible! Other guest went back in and pressed buttons on control panel to silence alarm . 3 men went and checked building and we decided as nobody coming to help to go back to apartment! Hotel advised a member of staff attended and talked to guests but this is untrue . BE AWARE after 10.30pm there is no staff . Receptionist next day had not been informed and said she would refund us for one nights stay but manager only refunded us €40 and accused us of lying . Stay at your own risk

The issue that we had was the noise from the street. Although it was advertised as sound proofed and we had the windows closed the noise from people shouting outside into the early hours made it very difficult to sleep.

Best place I’ve stayed in Malaga

Very easy, friendly and efficient reception. Spacious, clean, bright and comfortable apartment. Great to have a very tasty free mojito on the lovely roof terrace bar. Would highly recommended a stay here as it is very close to everything you would want to see and do in Malaga, but tucked away from all the bustle.

Had an amazing stay here. The location was perfect we walked everywhere from this location and the streets around it are beautiful. The staff were very helpful and accommodating and the view from the rooftop bar was fantastic. We were in a ground level apartment- the apartment itself was perfect , spacious enough for 3 and equipped with everything we need however we did not use the terrace as it was directly on the alleyway outside the apartment which was frequently occupied by homeless people at night and it could be very loud outside. Overall a convenient location and perfect for a short stay

The apartments lacked kitchen dishes. My apt only had one wine glass, 2 small salad plates instead of at least 4 and so forth. It also lacked a tea kettle which is standard across tourist apartments. No dishwasher too! There was also no clothes washer inside the apartment - Expedia advertised this apartment with washer and drier. The ONE washer and drier available is for community use. That is the same washer where they wash the cleaning mops and kitchen towels - gross! They should consider washing cleaning mops and kitchen towels separately. They should also consider adding an additional washer so guests don’t queue up to do laundry. The price per night paid justifies these basic accommodations.

The girls at the reception are very nice and friendly! Reception is open until late at night which is a plus. The cleaning staff is also great and takes out your apt trash every day, refurbishes toilet paper and can change towels upon request too. The towels are really old!

The Dolce Gusto Nespresso machine is awesome. I purchased some pods at Corte Inglés and watched a video on YouTube to learn how to operate it.

Good location and walking distance to places of interest.

Beautiful, fully renovated apartment in the center. Very clean, very comfortable, excellent location. Staff was very friendly. Just FYI, the is no car access to the building. The streets are very narrow. You will have to walk with your suitcase for 2 blocks to get to the street.

Very good with some issues.

Desk closed during holiday. Duplex apt with too few electrical outlets to charge devices near bed, no temperature control valve on shower meant tricky effort on manual valve to avoid either ice cold or scalding hot water. Laundry facilities was big plus but lint trap garbage a problem and no workspace. Good location with some noise issue since it was first floor apartment.

Great location and spacious apartment. Clean and neat. Pity the space wasn't used better to make it a little more practical. The bedroom is large but there's only a double bed. Apartment 1 is next to reception so you hear all of the check-ins. Luckily this is only

Don't take the family!

The accommodation has a lot of humidity and black mold. All our clothes smelled of mold after only 2 nights. The location is nice and staff was friendly and quick to reply, but i would not choose this location for a longer stau due to the mold - especially while travelling with small kids.
