Excellent location right in the center of Málaga, very convenient for walking everywhere. The apartment was spacious and the bed was comfortable. There is a living room with a sofa bed, a small table with chairs, and a kitchen that is well equipped with a washing machine, fridge and freezer, and a dishwasher. One thing to note is that the TV is only in the living room, not in the bedroom.

The bathroom is quite small but functional. We did notice some unpleasant smells coming from the drainage in the bathroom at times. Housekeeping came every second day, and the bed sheets were changed every four days.

Overall it was an okay stay, mainly because the location is so central. One downside is that there is no control over the temperature in the room.

We were delighted with this hotel - fantastic location, very easy to walk the entire old town and newer areas, and quick to the airport too. The staff were lovely, even giving my child a little gift when we spoke about her birthday, and I am so glad we stayed here. Good size room with spotless facilities and we enjoyed the pool session that we booked - thought it was good value for a private spa. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Malaga

Good price as low season in January. Only had one night as our plans had to unexpectedly change so we couldn’t add on a night elsewhere. However, prefer this place and will definitely come back! The reduced front desk hours wasn’t a problem for us.
We liked although we didn’t use it, the catering facilities and really appreciated the snacks, drinks and water.
Elisabeth was great recommending la Tranca and Mahaje over the road from la T. Brilliant recommendations. We also appreciated leaving the luggage. Excellent stay and to be recommended for everything :) Gracias.

What an absolute gem of a find! The hotel is on a side street away from most noise. I had a ground floor room, the only noise was from the front door and guests who weren't very respectful of other guests. Check in was easy - the lady on reception was extremely helpful!
The room was more than you need, for 80euro it was a complete bargain. Absolutely spotless, very clean bathroom, very comfy bed and even had a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Espresso machine and complementary WiFi. I can't fault my stay - thank you!

Tucked away in a quiet, safe area yet handy for everything.

It was conveniently located & the apartment was exceptional. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Loved the fact we got the spa pool & sauna to ourselves for an hour. Robes, water, tea & snacks were provided in the pool area. Loved the towels in the bathroom, extra large size. Very understanding when we had to cancel massage due to flight leaving earlier & booked taxi to airport for us. Loved the door code system for the room instead of key card. Highly recommend & will definitely book again when in Malaga. Thank you for making our stay amazing!

Such a great location, walkable to everything, including the train station and all the local sights. Shops and small supermarkets right in the doorstep, however it also managed to feel tucked enough away to not be noisy in the evenings. Beautifully presented and clean apartment. Nice size for 2 people. Bedroom was small but the living area more than made up for it. Kitchen was very nicely stocked with thoughtful breakfast things and the far addition of a nespresso machine. We didn’t want for anything. Check in process was very slick (once I realised the WhatsApp message I’d been sent in advance wasn’t spam). Would highly recommend and hope to be back one day.

Do not stay in room 301!! At our arrival the code given didn’t work for our room door I had to text and they opened manually. The room is extremely hot and you have to text them at all times for them to turn the a/c on . They do respond quickly but it’s very inconvenient especially for the price paid. Hotel room was fairly good. .but unfortunately the lift was out of order ,had to walk up 3 floor. , electric cut out constantly. Getting innat 11.30pm and no lights working .
Had to trip fuse box several times .

Our bins werent emptied and had to ask for towels. .

Stayed in a nice studio room, small kitchen with enough to cook a meal and a washing machine (really helps if you're travelling light), sofa bed in living space if extra bed is needed, nice double bed in the other room. Bathroom was clean and fit for purpose. Nice balcony with partial shaded area lounge chairs and a dining space.

Staff on reception were friendly and speak good English (far better than I speak Spanish at least), which is very handy. They can help organise taxis as well if needed.

The aparthotel is very close to Plaza de la Constitución and Calle Marqués de Larios in the Centro Histórico district of Malaga. Everything in Centro is walkable from the location and there are plenty of places to eat and drink nearby.

Very nice apartment in historic center of Malaga. Nicely furnished and quiet, fantastic location. All restaurants and coffee shops practically around the corner. Good communication and front desk is very responsive.
A few negatives: some mild sewer odors in bathroom as there is no ventilation. Very small bathroom and shower. No closets or storage.

The apartment was an excellent base for a stay in Malaga. A short walk to shops, bars and restaurants in the Old town. And a little further to the port, beach and train station. The apartment had all amenities required including complimentary toiletries. The spa on the ground floor was bliss. Private hire for 1 hour at a reasonable price made the stay terrific. The only downside of the stay was that the walls were very thin and so lots of noise from other apartments or movement in the hallway/stairs.

Fabulous location, 5 mins from main shopping street & 2 mins to lots of bars, shops & restaurants. Easy to find. Lovely relaxing spa, but surcharge maybe pricey for 1 hour when only sauna & light jet pool.
Very smelly drain in apt shower so close your bathroom door. Beds are hard but comfy, pillows really bad, 1 rock hard 1 too soft. And key pad was tricky, needed at least 4 tries before entry to apartment.
All in all, still highly recommended as very tasteful design & for convenience.

Reception closes at 3 PM. Requires a nine digit punch in code to enter your room. No heat in room. Pillows sucked. Franciscan monks sleep on softer mattresses. No USB connections in room. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Worth it to reserve the spa for one hour but they give you no towels! Places nearby to buy food if you wish to prepare it in the kitchen. Had to ask that the stove be turned on. Not especially quiet, either in the hotel or noise from outside.

They contacted me too late. Then the door combination was faulty it took almost an hour to get in room. The a/c did not work properly. The was a SEWER smell in the room for a few days. This was the most inconvenient and stressful vacation stay

The property was close to the city square of Malaga. They were very accommodating to allow us to drop our bags and get the door code and arrive back to the apartment, after touring the city. However, this place had a heavy air freshener/ fragrance in the common areas that was very overpowering and gave me a headache! The second night of our three day stay, Our air conditioning didn’t work. After multiple requests to reset the air conditioner, it still didn’t work. They were accommodating and let us into a different apartment at about 10 PM, so we could good night sleep. We did like the location of this apartment.

\"I booked a hotel through Expedia and called the property to request a quiet room. The staff member confirmed over the phone that this would be arranged. However, when I arrived and entered the room, it was extremely noisy. I could hear people shouting outside, and there was loud music coming from a nearby building.

I contacted the same staff member, and she informed me that there was nothing she could do, and my room could not be changed. I then visited the front desk to ask for a solution, either a room change or a refund. She was quite rude and told me to contact Expedia for a refund.

When I contacted Expedia, the Hotel denied the request and continued to refuse the refund.

If you’re planning to visit Malaga, I don’t recommend this hotel, as I had a very bad experience. I also don’t need any apology emails or messages from the hotel because I believe they are not being truthful.

Great place in an excellent location. Some downsides though include: weak air conditioning, faulty keypad for the room and when messaging to say I was locked out it taking ~40mins to respond (in the daytime). Lastly it would’ve been good to have a lamp in the living room because the ceiling lights were pretty harsh.

The staff communication was polite and respectful that i forgot how much tired i was after My flight to Malaga got delayed twice, also as first impression the building is secure and clean, the apartment is big and has all the facilities inclusive of washer/ dryer clothes machine, bathroom has all shampoo/soaps/towels, hair dryer and kitchen equipped with all essentials such as big fridge , microwave, coffee/tea/water and snacks , wi fi is very good

Very nice compact accommodation which met my needs. It does advertise having a pool and spa which is naughty as you can’t use it unless you pay extra, which they don’t tell you before booking. If it’s advertised I’d expect access to be included in the cost - clearly you’d pay more for treatments but if you state you have a spa and have pictures access has been paid for in the price and you should let people use it.

We totally loved the location of this hotel. It was a mere 2 min walk to the center plaza, food options were plenty and yet stayed very quiet and safe. A few things to keep in mind, if you get into Malaga after 3:30, you would need to check in to their sister hotel because the front desk person leaves at 3:30. It was a 15min walk from the sister hotel to Spa Del Palacete. Imagine doing this with suitcases you need to log around. It was a bit of a hassle! also there were no luggage rack in the rooms and no drying rack for clothes (if you washed).
