Staff were great - dealing with new system which slowed them down a bit but they advised people and handled it all very well

Breakfast was good however limited spaces to sit so got quite cramped at points - perhaps some outside seating in the warmer months may help.

Parking is great and inexpensive compared to other hotels - easily reached from lifts with luggage etc

Rooms - simple clean and modern no wardrobe or drawers but a simple hanging rail and shelves so suits a short stay but prolonged visits might be a bit trickier - no safe in room either

The setbacks are that the bathroom has a funny smell and the HVAC has no remote control & strangely, on the thermostat, It says to put the temperature @ 25°C. Normally, fur the A/C to kick in, you put the temp lower. You put the temp lower, no air comes out.

Small but comfortable bedrooms and everything you would need was provided. Rooms were cleaned every day to a very high standard. The only thing lacking was air conditioning as rooms were very hot even in February.

The room was clean and fairly spacious. There was an area to hang your clothes with a full length mirror. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The shower had great pressure but could be temperamental with finding the right temperature. Only real downside was that the room could get a little drafty in the evenings and there wasn’t any heating in the room but extra blankets are available at the front desk. There are also no amenities provided e.g. toothpaste so remember to bring these.

Possibly the noisiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room (237) is on second floor above a bar. Window is shut and I can hear conversations from down below. This goes on right through the night even when the bar is closed. It’s ridiculously loud, it’s as if the window is open which it isn’t, so you can then imagine the noise from traffic (engine, beeping, sirens) as well as the drunken people. Put that together with the noise from the room above- geeze, banging and bumps and talking, and when they walk around their room, the noise in my room is so loud. I also feel bad for the people below me as the noise on my floor when I walk across it must be so loud for them.
I always travel with earplugs, and this is the only hotel that I’ve still be woken up repeatedly (whilst wearing them).
I am in a party of four people, with four separate rooms (211, 237, 239 & 241), and we all agree that’s it’s by far the noisiest hotel we’ve been to. Did I mention the slamming doors from hallway?

The management should stay a few nights in these rooms to experience what a nights stay is really like here - it is not relaxing.

It seems that reviews going back years mention the poor soundproofing and the hotel’s responses suggest they’ll look into this to improve the experience for guests, but in reality, I’m not sure anything has been done or will be done.

Our stay was lovely, we arrived very late at like 1am, not sure where to park and the reception staff was great. Parking is really close, room was clean and well equipped, really modern.
They kept our luggage for a few hours after checkout with a specific tag, not the usual amass the suitcases all together, nice touch. You can walk everywhere to town center, but there's a bar too if you want to eat there.

El hotel tiene muy buena situación, la habitación tiene lo justo pero para una estancia corta, fenomenal. Limpio, personal atento y solo el problema de un ascensor roto y largas esperas para cogerlo. Todo bien!
