Near larios, exceptionally clean and modern apartment. Very close to bars, but not that close that you can hear them. All the amenities you need makes it a perfect place to stay, whether you want to eat in or out.

The location of Debambu Larios in superb, just few steps from \"Calle Larios\". The apartment was spacious and clean. I forgot my wallet in the apartment and Jose Ignacio managed the situation very professional, many thanks.
The only observation I have is to inform in advance the place to pick up the key is different from the building where the apartment is located, myself and two other guests didn't know that.

Maybe its a Muslim thing im not sure if its allowed. Really had a great experience and was a great stay. My only problem is the pillow case was not covering the pillow completely. Thats kind of gross. Hotels should always double rap a bed pillow so you never touch the pillow itself. Other than that, nice place

This place was the worst property we stayed in during our trip all over Spain. They had minimal toiletries, half of 1 roll of toilet paper, 2 towels and only had maid service once every 4 days. The shower is tiny, you can barely turn around. The beds were hard as rocks, like sleeping on box springs. The front door that buzzes you into the building kept breaking and we would have to call the offsite property manager to come let us in and have to wait in the street for him or a technician to come around to fix it. This happened 3 times before they finally left the door completely open and unsecured. I also must mention there was construction right outside the front of the building with loud noise starting around 7:30 am till about 6 pm.We complained about all of these things to said management who couldn’t have cared less.

Really Bad Check in
Check in was an absolute nightmare. The apartments do not have a check in desk on site and there was no information on where it actually is located. Arrived at the address at 2:30 check in time and found a doorbell marked \"press here for check in\" pressed the doorbell and attempted to call the property for 45 minutes with no answer. I was leading a motorcycle tour with clients that were left waiting at a nearby cafe while I found the property. After asking the business next door if they knew where the check in office was located I was told by them that they thought it was several streets away on Calle Cinteria number 3. I walked over there only to find another apartment building door button with no answer. I continued to call and returned to the original location to try the check in marked door bell again with no success. I then had a Spanish friend try the number on her phone and it was answered right away and we were then told the real address for the check in. Upon arrival I spoke to an unbelievably rude and uninterested desk person named Alex who said that they had been busy for the whole time that I had been calling even though I was the only customer there at the time. Alex did not once apologize and proceeded to be difficult, and in my opinion, purposefully slowing down the whole procedure to make it that much more frustrating. I will obviously not be doing business with Debambu ever again!

It was nice and had good location. Unfortunately the person in front desk was really mean. We arrived late, around 10 pm and he wait for us outside the apartment while I have to park the car. I left with him my mom who is 75 years old. It is difficult to find parking close to the hotel so it took me at least 15 minutes to come back. He didn't let my children and mom to inside the apartment, until I came back. I was so upset to find out my family so tired were waiting outside on the street and then he said we were lucky he was waiting for us. So bad customer service

Very well located in the core of the city. Off-site staff were extremely helpful but there was a bit of a mix-up checking in - clear communication and instructions were not provided by Expedia. Also, the intercom at the entrance (which is not staffed) does not work properly, so the woman working in the neighbouring business was kind enough to help us reach the office by phone. Room is excellent, divided into two parts with the A/C in the other half, so the cool air is not falling on you in your bed, brilliant.

Small apartment building with no body there to open the door for you and leave you in street behind the close door for hours and after a long trip and finally a long walk to get the key to go inside, it ruins your 2 days trip to Malaga.
Inside the room was ok for one night stay but I would never go back to that place, again. And, Hotels.com should not work with these kind of owners, anyway.

I can only agree with the many 5-star reviews of these apartments. Mine was half-way up a quiet street, only a very short walk to the bars and eateries, and close to the bus station for airport transfers for those essential trips to the beautiful local towns.
Booking-in and checking-out were quick and efficient, with the receptionist in each case being extremely friendly and providing loads of advice. They also minded my luggage both when the room wasn't ready, and then again after I had left but still had a few hours to enjoy the city.
The room itself was really clean and comfortable with good kitchen facilities and plenty of towels provided (but sadly only a couple of teabags and - oddly - no bowl for cereal).
Overall, a super place in a lovely part of the world.

Tricky check-in but excellent hotel!
First of all, the reception desk where you need to check in is located in a different building a couple of blocks away from the actual hotel! Do your research online to figure out where you need to go to pick up your key. Also, this hotel and the reception desk are located in a pedestrian only area, so no taxi or car can take you exactly to either the reception or hotel. The walk is not far, but plan accordingly. Now, for the actual hotel. It is EXCELLENT. We stayed a couple of times in one week, with a two day reprieve to journey to Granada. The first stay was in room 3A. Excellent A/C with window facing the street. This was at beginning of week, so no noise from street at night. Comfy beds, very clean, nice bathroom. Very good location in touristy area, with many options for food and drinks. We like to walk so everything we needed to do was within a reasonable walking distance (Malagueta beach about 30-40 minutes walking, Alcazar about 20 minutes). We left to Granada or a couple of days and came back. Our room wasn't ready (we were supposed to get 3A again), so they upgraded us to 3B. Really nice suite with one tiny walk out balcony. This room had a kitchen and separate living room area. Very nice. Again, the A/C was very good. Clean and good sized bathroom. This was weekend time so at 5am on Saturday we heard people singing on street. Overall highly recommended. Great location, clean and spacious room. Also, Alejandro at reception was super kind guy!

Very central location just off main shopping street and perfect for museums and sites; about 15 minute walk to beach. Very good facilities if you want to self-cater and 5 minutes from central market. Contemporary decor and furniture including big comfortable bed. Quiet once windows closed with effective and near silent air conditioning. All in all a great place to stay.

The apartment is excellently located, at two steps from Calle Larios. They are new, clean and quiet, even being so close to that street. Antonio from the reception is super friendly, he told us several places to visit and restaurants to eat. The nearest parking is Camas, 18eur/day. You must ask for the 24h pass in the reception.

Nice apartment in the center of the old town
Great location in the old town, walking distance to every important tourist location, many nice restaurants close by. The staff was nice (please note that the apartment is a 3-4 minute walk from where you check in) and helps you with cheaper parking if you park in the garage nearby (5 minute walk, 20E per day). The apartment looks a bit worn but is nice and perfectly fine.

Tem secador de cabelo. A localização é ótima, perto dos principais pontos turísticos de Málaga. Tem cofre no quarto. O quarto é bem aconchegante, com certeza você conseguirá ter boas noites de sono. O banheiro é bom, claro é bem limpo, ducha gostosa. Acho importante dizer que no local não tem recepção, você terá que ir fazer o registro e pegar/entregar as chaves de acesso em outra unidade da rede de hotéis que fica a cerca de 200 metros de distância, mas é bem fácil de chegar.

Wir hatten eine Beschreibung auf spanisch (bin Spanier und hatte getrennt angefragt ) von daher alles gut zu finden. (Anfahrt, Parkhaus usw). Unterkunft war nicht wirklich sauber. Sehr zentral und Málaga ist immer eine Reise wert.
