Great property, fantastic location, so easy to get to everything.
The room was beautiful, the rain shower was amazing, and I couldn't fault anything.
Breakfast was also great, again, I couldn't fault it.
We did have one issue, upon leaving the room on the first day, the door wouldn't lock, we pulled it to, but could re-open without the need of the key.
My partner went down to reception to report it, one of the ladies on the desk came straight back up with her to check it out. She instantly went back downstairs, moments later rang to say that maintenance was coming to sort it, and one minute later, he was already there.
Checked the issue, went to get parts and tools, and within 15 minutes, he had changed the lock mechanism and tested it, got me to check it, to make sure I was happy, tidied everything up and left.
I think you have to judge places on how any issues are dealt with, on this basis Room mate Collection Valeria, Malaga excell. Only sorry that i didn't get everyone's name to mention them individually and thank them personally.
We were already on the app again, looking to re-book for later in the year, can't recommend enough. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay fantastic.

Super spacious room & everything we needed for our stay. Rooftop bar & pool which was excellent for us traveling in October bonus the weather was great. Lovely hotel and extremely friendly staff. Perfect location close to the harbour area with lots of shop and restaurants. Convenient underground parking (if you can get a spot). The room was well laid out and had all the amenities one would expect. But the best thing, honestly, was the staff, they were conversational and very willing to make suggestions of things to do around the area. I would easily stay at this hotel again.

Good location walkable to the harbour front as well as very close to Alcazaba, the Roman theatre and Gibralfaro Castle. Lots of restaurants and cafes very close by. They have a good breakfast which is served until noon. While they do not have parking specific to the hotel, there is public parking right under the hotel. They get a reduced rate and you pay for the parking through the hotel. The rooftop terrace and pool is nice. I don’t think it is a heated pool and it’s quite small but was refreshing. They have some nice sunbeds and loungers as well but there are not too many and they fill up. This hotel overall has a boutique feel as it was trendy with the decor. I would recommend.

Had initially thought we had booked a double room we had 2 single beds, thankfully manager sorted this and we got moved to a double room the following day. Weather was wet when we were in Malaga unfortunately the hotel is not equipped for wet weather as the bar is located on the roof top no other bar at the property, not a great deal to choose from on the food menu at the rooftop bar. Would recommend the hotel and eould book it again.

Such a brilliant hotel. We receieved a qarm welcome and took an offer to upgrade our room. We had a 4th floor tokm with a small balcony and wonderful views. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Despite being next to a main road, the windows kept any noise out and we were so well located for the best shopping, bars and restaurants. The roof top pool and bar is a must. We were sunbathing and drinking cocktails in our swim suits on Friday 24th January. We will definitely use this hotel and chain again. It's the tirst time we've used them. Highly recommended.

Loved this hotel so much we are booking up immediately to celebrate a special birthday next year back here in Malaga. Hotel is modern, nice atmosphere, great sleep in a comfortable bed, loved the power of the shower. Location is perfect and just what we wanted. So much to see and do nearby. We were nervous to only be on the first floor but the sound proofing was amazing. Couldn’t hear a thing and still felt private enough. The highlight has to be the rooftop bar for sunset or to have a nightcap. That was a bonus as we didn’t know about that.

Great location for walking around the centre and close to buses, with the main bus area opposite the hotel. Rooms and beds comfortable. Bar on roof is a great place to have a drink before or after a meal out. The pool was quite murky. It's only a plunge pool for cooling off if you're baking on the roof but it didn't look appealing. But you're so close to beaches (walkable or catch a bus up and down the coast from outside the hotel), why bother. Enjoyed our stay very much

Our room was fab; an amazing shower, tasteful decor, comfy bed, plenty of hanging space and a decent sized fridge/minibar. We paid for a city view; I think it was worth this because we looked out into trees and the route to the harbour, which was nice

Breakfast was good, lots of choice.

Security was good. The lifts requires your key card to get to your room, which we liked.

We are interested to see what other RoomMate hotels are like for future trips.

Lovely and almost perfect

Our stay and room were both lovely. The only difficulty with this hotel is that its entrance is not on a street, so you cannot drive up to the front door. That makes finding a Bolt or Uber to take you someplace is also a challenge. We eventually figured out the trick to doing this seamlessly but it seems like something the front desk should have known and been able to explain.

A new mate of ours!

Valeria is ideally situated two minutes from Calle Larios and Ave Andalucía buses, 8 min from the Alameda train station and 10 minutes from the Malagueta beach. Very friendly staff and great housekeeping, with a roof terrace consisting of a small pool some Cabanas/sun loungers and a bar with views of the harbour. We enjoyed the terrace a lot! Well made cocktails and they bring them to the (hotel guest reserved) sundeck for you. We didn’t have breakfast one day, and whilst the breakfast is varied, nice and what you expect from this level of Hotel, we did choose to eat out on most other occasions as we liked to explore the city and its offerings Food. The SOHO area is full of good eateries and a beer brewery, which was bustling on the Friday night. The rooms are very clean and the shower have fantastic water pressure, as well as nice quality products. We would definitely stay again, it’s so near to everything and lovely to see the cruise ships in front of you! Gracias!
