Apartments Suites Oficentro DELUXE are located in a single building located in semi pedestrian street in the center of Málaga, just 5 minutes from Calle Larios and a few meters from the main bus, train and taxi stops. The beach and the main tourist attractions of Malaga (Cathedral, Alcazaba, museums, market .
. .
) are just 10 minutes away. All apartments have air conditioning and heating, WIFI access, seating area with flat-screen TV and sofa bed (The use of the sofa bed/extra bed without adding an extra person carries a supplement and it must be requested in advance), private bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, washing machine/dryer, coffee maker/kettle and all the necessary utensils.
They are equipped with luxury qualities and have all comfort in terms of equipment and soundproofing, as well as a modern decoration. Apartments Suites Oficentro DELUXE also offer a reception/customer service and clean service in the same building.
RECEPTION IN THE SAME BUILDING: Monday to Friday 10:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 20:00 Saturday 10:00 to 14:30 The office is not open on Sundays or public holidays. Access to the apartment afterhours and on public holidays could be done with a free automatic code access, and must always be requested and coordinated in advance (after sending identification documents).

Excellent and easy to find central location near attractions, shopping and transportation. Vegan restaurant Mimo just around the corner. Large, clean unit with excellent amenities. You can hear people outside but not between units. Kitchen and laundry a huge bonus. Wifi was good but a bit laggy at times. Was told they don’t provide a drain plus for kitchen sink which made washing dishes difficult but not impossible. Overall an excellent stay and we will be back.

An added bonus was to have a washer dryer because after traveling 10 days prior to Malaga we needed to do some laundry. Also a very nice receptionist who was very helpful with questions.

The only downside was the air conditioner, which had a timer and only worked when the key card was left in the power slot. Since they only provide one card, it was inconvenient if you wanted to keep the room cool while taking the card with you. It would be helpful if they offered an extra card or a better solution for this system.

The apartment had excellent temperature control, the shower was hot and powerful. For a tall person it was also fixed at a good height. We loved the modern feel and layout as well as the cleanliness. Some of the crockery was chipped and could do with replacement but that is a minor point.
If you are looking for a super-quiet location this is not for you as night time celebrations can be heard in to the early hours - it didn't spoil our stay but it’s worth taking into consideration.
Only discovered a gym in the basement on our last day and it couldn’t be accessed without prior agreement. If you enjoy fitness then be sure to ask for access when you check in.

A modern and pleasant apartment hotel in the centre of Malaga. On a street with several cafes and restaurants (ones used by local people), and within easy walking distance of the old town. The Management and staff are very attentive and helpful. Only (slight) downside was that it's sometimes a little noisy outside until about midnight. But, overall, a very good experience. Recommended.

Luxury accommodations with 2 star amenities
The apartment itself is nice and up-to-date. However, if you are looking for a place to be comfortable and/or productive for a week, pass on this place. For a luxury-style accommodation, everything is about as cheap as it can be, from the linens and pillows to the cookware and utensils. The mattress was hard, the couch had no throw pillows so, if you lean with your back against the arm to work on your computer, it sticks into your back. And, speaking of computers, the wifi is atrocious. It was 10mbps at best (measured for speed) and that is only if you are sitting in the hall by the front door, outside the bathroom. Take your laptop into the dining room and the signal is consistent but slower still. Sit on the couch and the signal drops off every 30 seconds. No signal in the bedroom. I asked if there was an issue with the router and was told that it was working fine and that 10 Mbps is high speed. I stayed here because it has a gym - 1 elliptical, 1 bike and a cable-style weight station. The elliptical is like a child's toy, so lightweight and flimsy that it will rock your iPad right off the media shelf. The employees are friendly and helpful but they can't do much about the amenities. I would not stay here again.

We booked the penthouse. Although perfectly clean and modern it didn’t have the facilities that I would have expected from 4* accommodation. Nevertheless it was five minutes to Calle Larios and Constitutional Square where we normally stay which made it easily accessible to the train, buses, restaurants and shops👍👍

The apartment is in an excellent area in SOHO. Which is convenient for rail and buses - walking distance to old town and harbour and beach.
The apts are modern and well equipped.
Check in is late at 5pm as the office downstairs does not re open until then. ( you can drop bags off if arrive before 12)
We had asked for a room on a higher floor but were given one on 1st floor ( which is really like ground floor as only 3 ft from street level) so had some noise from street and restaurant opposite. But the area is quiet at night ( when restaurant closes which was late on Fri and Sat) There are only 2 of these rooms!

Exceptional apartments, centrally located, excellent value for money for the quality of the accommodation. Close to Malaga's main line railway station (10 minutes from the airport), therefore a car is not necessary. Will definitely stay here on my next visit to Malaga.

Before departure, I was contacted by Apartamentos Suites Oficentro Deluxe, by way of confirmation of our booking. I replied to say that we would be using public transport from Malaga Airport, and they kindly replied with directions to get to the apartments and a suggestion that he train stop is closer to the apartment than using the bus. very helpful.
On arrival, we was greeted by a very pleasant receptionist who supplied our keycard. After a nights sleep, I awoke to a short customer satisfaction survey on my phone about my initial satisfaction. I completed this stating that I was a little disappointed that the television was all in Spanish (what do the English expect), and they again replied suggesting that I speak to reception and they could change the television settings to satellite giving english speaking audio. I did this and whilst we were out for the day, the receptionist changed the settings for us. Great service. I am being really picky now, Suggestion - with the ceilings being so high it was a little difficult drawing the curtains fully at night. this could be solved with wooden rods hanging down from the top of the curtain, but yes I am now being ultra critical.
To finalise, The apartment was spotless on our arrival and very comfortable with plenty of storage. It was well located for the town, the beach and restaurants etc. I would suggest that this was one of the best rooms I have stayed in and would definitely stay there again if we was to revisit Malaga.

I completed this stating that I was a little disappointed that the television was all in Spanish (what do the English expect), and they again replied suggesting that I speak to reception and they could change the television settings to satellite giving english speaking audio. I did this and whilst we were out for the day, the receptionist changed the settings for us. Great service. I am being really picky now, Suggestion - with the ceilings being so high it was a little difficult drawing the curtains fully at night. this could be solved with wooden rods hanging down from the top of the curtain, but yes I am now being ultra critical.
To finalise, The apartment was spotless on our arrival and very comfortable with plenty of storage. It was well located for the town, the beach and restaurants etc. I would suggest that this was one of the best rooms I have stayed in and would definitely stay there again if we was to revisit Malaga.

The location is excellent, close to everything. Good value for the money. The apartment had everything you need. We only have one very minor negative comment; the refrigerator had a very strong smell of garlic. However the place in general was very clean and we were very happy and would definitely come back. Transportation to and from airport and train station was convenient and inexpensive with the taxi stand around the corner.

Amazing! Apartments have top of the line finishes, outstanding design and awesome location! If I wanted to add something I couldn't have thought of anything. We had a 1 bedroom unit on the 4th floor wich was facing the water so we had breathtaking water views! This property is brand new and has sound proof windows, so it blocks all of the outside noise (wich might be a big problem in older hotels). Staff is extremely helpful, everything is stress free and super quick! We arrived at 9pm, and Tomas was waiting for us at the door with keys (though check-in time ends earlier, staff made arrangements for us). We used taxi service from Apartments and it was always on time and stress free.

This is a well-maintained property located within 10 mins walk (450m) from the Centro Alameda train station. I stayed in a spacious 1-bedroom suite - everything was in near-perfect condition. Marisol at the front desk had been extremely helpful during our stay. I highly recommend this service apartment.

We stayed in one of the studio rooms for 3 nights and found it comfortable and convenient. There were a few minor things we thought could be improved. For instance the number of blankets and towels were very sparse. However we would stay there again.

The location of the suite was perfect for my visit. Close to the harbour and the main area downtown. I could walk everywhere I wanted to and felt very safe and comfortable any time of the day and evening. The stafff were extremely helpful and friendly. I do not speak Spanish but their English was very good so communication was easy. WIFI was a bit slow but did work. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. No English T.V. stations though. Would stay there again for sure.

The apartments are in an excellent location, a short walk from restaurants, museums, attractions and shops. The area is safe and relatively quiet, although there is a major road 20 metres away. The apartment was modern and comfortable, and had everything needed as a place to stay. However, the kitchen was a bit under-equipped if you wanted to really be self-sufficient for cooking. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the desk is available for a reasonable amount of time. There is no parking at the site, and the apartments are in a pedestrian area so not accessible by car. There is commercial parking (if available) about 5 mins walk away. Overall, a good place to stay and enjoy Malaga.

No 24-hour reception. Waited outside 2 hours for staff. Several problems with elevators and water issues in the apartment. It was raining into the apt. and the elevator had more than 5 times during my stay been out of function because of electricity or other problems. The AC was not working; windows and roof were leaking. In a new building from 2016 I do expect decent rooms and quality for the price. Bad pillows, 1 blanket on the bed and very hard beds. No internal phones. Only Spanish TV programs. The Building is VERY badly sound proofed. Garbage collectors comes 3-4 times during the night. Impossible to sleep. You can hear everything going on in the building. Normal things as cooker, bread –or butcher knife were not represented. You must ask for a cooker and pay deposit for it. I made several complaints to the staff but the staff only came with nonsense excuses and were not helpful at all. I was moved to another and smaller apartment because of water damage in the first and in the new apartment I also had water damage including very bad smell of sewer. I simply did NOT feel comfortable or safe anymore. I did not even get any compensation for my troubles and the smaller room. Most of the time there are no staff in the office building to help if something happens. No information was outside the front of whom to reach if you can’t get into the building or your room. For sure not a place I ever would go back to.

This apt. Is in a very good location overlooking the harbour. Walking or running lots of places for that activity. Tons of great restaurants and shopping 2 blocks away. We did miss not having a balcony. The bed is extremely hard and there is no dishwasher or oven,no knives for cutting and no coffee maker in the kitchen. The building just opened this year. The fit up is extremely well done.

Just 3 or 4 blocks from the beach and the main shopping street Molina Larios. Tons of cafes and restaurants along the way. Stayed in a new studio suite which opened in Aug 2016. Double bed, full kitchen with cooking and dining utensils. Clothes washer/dryer. Quiet room with black out drapes. Efficient HVAC. Satellite TV with several English channels. Good wifi. Separate bath and toilet. Parking in this city is a nightmare. If you find parking it'll cost about 16 to 20 euros a day. Sundays and holidays are free. Grocery stores nearby.

Visited Malaga on friends advice and booked a penthouse here. Price was very reasonable. Hotel arranged taxi to meet us at airport so transfer was hassle free. The apartments are beautiful and brand new. Decor is to an unbelievable high standard. Staff couldn't be more helpful.
Only down side is if you visiting with children there are a couple of sex shops nearby. That said location is on pedestrian Mall minutes away from the port and 5 mins walk from the town centre. We will definitely be back.

Newly renovated facility. Owner would have been better off by not spending so much money on upgrading the property. Some money should be used to teach the staff some customer service. Rude and unprofessional. We had cockroach and mosquitoes in our room. Check in process / experience was horrible. front desk is not manned as per stated hours. 4 night stay for a family of four. Had to buy our own soap and toilet paper. room was not cleaned or bedsheets changed. Horrible area which is surrounded by sex shops.

Værelset var stort og lækkert. Det eneste lille minus er, at der ikke var mange køkkenredskaber - der var dog det mest basale som tallerkener, glas, bestik, elkedel, mikrobølgeovn, køleskab og fryser. Helt sikkert er hotel jeg vil anbefale til andre - og selv besøge igen

Communication about the check in and parking was rough. Hotel is in a great spot but the service is below medium. Hotel staff most of the time not on site and rooms are not like the pictures. No condiments provided after arrival. No use for a washing machine without soap. When asked they send you to the store. Cleaning only happens once a week and isn’t done well. All surfaces were still dirty.
