Lovely, comfy flat. Service was seamless and the location perfect for us. Our hosts were very accommodating in letting us stay a bit later than we had arranged, after our flight was cancelled. Expedia was no use in helping us with this situation, but that's another story. Muchas Gracias!

Spatious place with two balconies and a nice view of the top of the Cathedrale.
The elevator was really appreciated with our lugages.
There's also lockers available if you want to enjoy the city further more after the checkout.

Communication with the property rental agency is honestly not good. We had no wifi for our entire stay and they couldn't fix it or communicate with us how they were fixing it. They stop responding after 6:30 with a 'emergency number' and you have to internationally make that call... so we spent so much money speaking to someone that for 10 minutes couldn't even confirm our reservation number there so it cost us a LOT just to make that call to have nothing solved. I am a student so I required wifi for my classes and I ended up spending a lot of money on extra data to accommodate that. Not a great experience to be honest and a lot of extra money spent with no help or support on their end with a requirement of their property... if everything went well, it would have been a good stay for a couple for short time. But experiences like this leave a cheap and terrible taste in your mouth about the property managers.

There were 2 of us and we had a really comfortable and enjoyable stay here and were in a top floor duplex apartment. Overall it was perfect for our needs and we were very impressed and happy with our choice. Small signs of wear and tear are apparent but it didn’t bother us and is to be expected and the cleaning was to a very good standard and well maintained. There are great amenities, towels provided and several other small things that everyone needs.

Beds are clean and comfy and there is a spacious bathroom with good shower. We were lucky to have the apartment with 2 large balconies so could take in a few more sights.

We loved the location which was perfect for our needs. Other reviews complain about noise and yes there is some because its a central location but again it didn’t bother us or keep us up at night and we actually enjoy listening to the background buzz of the city and night life. So would encourage others to embrace this as its part and parcel of being in such close proximity to everything.

Many positives about staying here and we loved the contemporary decor and mezzanine living space. We looked forward to coming back to rest after long days out in the sun. I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

The only thing we struggled with was trying to locate the property on arrival. We were tired and hot and walked past several times before finding a small sign on a doorway down a side street. Signage could be better and more obvious for visitors who are unfamiliar.

Great location, walkable to all the sights and in the heart of the city. Service was great and attentive. Apartment was clean and stocked with all possible utensils etc but the bathroom roof needs some fixing.

Downside was our apartment was on the first floor and close to the main entrance, so we heard all the guests going in and out. And our bedroom window faces the entrance, so every time someone leaves/arrives, the sensor lights turn on and are very bright (even through our blinds). We don’t mind the lights and sounds throughout the day but it affected us at night when we trying to sleep and kept getting woken up by other guests and the lights shining in our faces. Especially as it’s Spain and so people are still arriving back home past midnight. Might be different in another apartment/higher floor!

The unit was well eqjipped with daily necessity, including cooking facility. Although we haven't done any cookibg, we find the place a good place to be. The only problem is noise from the square, sometimes last till 3-4 am.

The company messaged me the wrong address via whatsapp so we had traveled to the wrong address with heavy luggage and wasted time and money. I phoned them to confirm if this a right address but the lady was unhelpful and I was on the phone with her for an hour providing me with incorrect information. I eventually googled the place and found the right address and had to spent more money on a taxi to the location.

The apartment was extremely dusty, and during night time there was a lot of screams and other noises from the bars outside the apartment. I would not recommend.

Will stay here if I visit Malaga again.

Great location - in the centre of Malaga historic region/old town. Just 5 minutes walk to Al Casaba and Malaga cathedral. Only 1 minute to the main street of the old town. Uncountable restaurants around.

Very clean.
All cookery and laundry machine are equipped.

We stayed in the duplex apartment which was great. The location was central to the sites, very convenient and spacious. The duplex layout made it feel bigger and it was convenient having a kitchenette. The apartment was very clean. Only two things were not ideal- 1) the wifi only seemed to work on the bottom level of the apartment, not on the second level where the bed and bathroom were 2) the couch wasn’t comfortable as the cushions kept slipping perhaps as it was a sofa bed. I would still stay here again though as it was otherwise a great location and place

Property is in a good location. It was different experience because we did not see anyone. We were given access code to the apartment. The Wi-Fi did not work. Our daughter had to do online homework and take a test online using her Chromebook. She had to go all the time to the nearby Starbucks to get Wi-Fi. Apartment authority told they will come and fix it, but no one came.
The living room widow curtain is thin and cannot block outside light. There are multiple lights outside and light comes through the screen. Since the sofa bed is in the living room, we could not sleep well.

The apartment was clean and very nice. It was close to everything. The main reason for booking this place is it said free on site parking. There was no on site parking. You had to pay $2.00 hour or park on the street which was a 15 to 20 minute walk.

We did not arrive until midnight but it was easy to find based on the instructions. The apartment is great in size and an amazing location. Very clean and a few nice touches like coffee pods on arrival. I would always check availability here when returning to Malaga.

Starting with the broken front door which allowed anyone to enter the building from the street, our experience was bad. The apartment itself was dusty enough to get both myself and my girlfriend coughing every morning, the glass shower door was falling off the hinges and was simply dangerous, and there's no privacy in the lounge as the curtain is absolutely transparent. Half the lights upstairs were broken and there are no amenities provided whatsoever, not even a tea towel to dry the dishes.

This is not a hotel, it's a Spartan, neglected apartment which would never survive on the \"BnB\" site, providing what it does. When I raised my concerns to the hotel company, I received no response. The only relief I was provided was via Hotels.com itself.

The bed is comfy and the location is good, but other than that, this place was a huge disappointment.

The location was great. We were upgraded from the original booking and the apartment was just amazing. Very new with kitchen. Unit had a second floor bedroom and a outside terrace. For a place so big it was to bad the shower was so tiny. It did have an elevator and no parking.(the garage is about .5 mile away We checked in @ 1 location and apartment was at second location so don't unload all your luggage until you know where the place is at.

Malaga stop over - come again!

Just overnight from Canada to a wedding - this hotel was in a great location, and thanks to google maps, easy to find again and again in the maze of Malaga. So many delicious looking cafes & restaurants, close to train station, spacious, clean and cool. Staff were amazing also.

1. To get the key you have to walk quite a lot to their other office. Of course, I read the check-in conditions, but they never said about distance there.

The apartment is extremely comfortable and very spacious.It feels like home we booked one night,then we went to another hotel and we came back to this one.It’s well renovated the bathroom and the kitchen are amazing not extremely big but perfect.You can wash you clothes (The only thing that was missing was soap to wash clothes that’s it.) super miner.The staff is super friendly and will always accommodate you.I was there with my husband and my baby of two years years old she was able to run in our apartment .We highly recommended. Well situated as well.

Basically a new and a nice hotel but with some major issues…
The whole check-in system is a bit too complicated and at least in our case, we needed the following steps:
1) Book the room
2) Wait for a separate email from the hotel with check-in instructions
3) Download a separate app (assuming you have a strong enough mobile network)
4) Scan your passport with the app
5) Scan your face with the app
6) Give your email (which they should have from the on-line booking)
7) Insert a separate code to the app (from the email sent by the hotel)
8) And at this point, when the app doesn’t work, email the hotel back and forth for a few times
9) And when that doesn’t work either, call the hotel
And voila! You’re in! …just to realize you really do need the app if you ever want to exit or enter the hotel while your stay. And here’s how the app works:
Each time you use the app, you need to enter your passcode from the email you received (so first get your mobile phone our, then open the email app, then find the right message, then copy the code, then go to the hotel app, then paste the code, then agree to the terms etc. (three different “agree” buttons each time you want to open the door…) and now you can go to the “open the door” function (one for the main door and one for the room door.
About the room: We had two different rooms during our stay both with minimal views. The first one also with extremely slippery stairs leading to the loft and a non-functioning laundry machine.

Beautiful place but beware the reception system

Be aware that your room in the old town centre will be a 1 kilometre hike, through the pedestrian zone, from the reception desk. There was no check-in service at the advertised centre-town location. Therefore suitable only for able-bodied people with light baggage arriving during daylight hours. The rooms themselves are beautiful, ideal location.

Great Apartment but extremely nosy

The place is super cute, the interior and the traditional windows were my favorite. Also the check- in process was flawless and the room has everything you could ask for. But here comes a big BUT, despite the convenient location to all the sightseeing spots the location is extremely noisy. Being right in the center sounds great in theory but really wasn't that great after all. We had people talk in front of our window till 3am in the morning and at around 5am locals started pushing metal wagons over the cobblestone to transport things back and forth and it was impossible to sleep past that. At 7am the locals were back out. We also had work done on the house during the day starting from 9am in the morning so lets just say we didn't sleep at all. So it depends on what you want, sleep or be conveniently close to all the sights.

Great location only downside is that it’s in the pedestrian zone so be prepared to wheel your own bags from where the taxi drops you. We gad a late arrival into Malaga after 11pm so arranged a taxi through Soho Boutique to pick up the keys at one of their hotels then go to the apartment. These arrangements worked perfectly and the staff we met were friendly and helpful.

Rigtig fin og charmende ferielejlighed. Havde stort set alt hvad man havde brug for. Perfekt beliggenhed i den historiske bydel. Dog var akustikken ret hård, uheldigt at der også var glasborde. Så er man lydsensitiv, kan man godt komme på overarbejde. Men vil klart anbefale stedet.

Volveré a repetir estancia.

El alojamiento me sorprendío, ya que visiblemente es precioso, cómodo, limpio y muy bien situado cerca del centro de Málaga.
Lo único a mejorar es que las ventanas no aislan bien y se escucha todo el ruido de la plaza, por lo que si tienes un descanso ligero te despiertas en la noche, y también que sería un bonito detalle contar con cápsulas de café y té. Volveré a repetir cuándo vaya a Málaga.

Mal olor en el baño, mala distribución interna, el sistema de acceso no es confiable, los balcones o no son útiles o están bloqueados, varios elementos en mal estado.
El precio es muy alto para lo que encontramos.
