Most of a night without hot water, yet the hotel doesnt use it's texting system to relate repair progress. They just let people call and visit the poor front desk person. Not a good use of hotel accessories nor personnel. I hope they treated the repair crew well--not many would stay in a cold water hotel.
The threadbare gym towels show less use than poor laundering. Strike 2 for management practices.
Not having hot water for tea, along side the coffee service area didn't bother me, a confirmed coffee drinker. But I lost trace of the hapless tea seekers, some of whom would have settled for just hot water.As it turned out, the joke was on me, the hotel coffee was cold.

But I found a quality hotel restaurant here, a quiet room and a secure place to park. That was enough to simply wish the manager a refresher course in business management.

Loved the staff, the cleanliness the property the room! The food at the restaurant was good not great! The body wash in the bathroom was empty when I was in the shower. The beds are hard but overall, I would definitely stay there again.

Loved everything about this hotel it being our second time staying there. We have had no issues whatsoever except for tons of chlorine in the pool leaving my daughter‘s hair as crunchy as a fry and they’re being no lunch available and no food options except the convenience store within the hotel. That leaves six hours with no food options.

This hotel seems almost brand new, is very clean and spiffy and beautifully decorated in a bright and modern way. The staff is very welcoming and helpful and the food in their restaurant is way above average. If I had reason to be in Trinidad, CO, again, I would stay at this Hilton Garden again in a heartbeat!

We were greeted by very friendly staff & got checked in quickly. They gave us recommendation on where to go to eat since hotel’s restaurant was closed for private party. We ended up staying in room and having meal delivered from outside establishment. Room was spacious, modern and tastefully decorated. Lighting was great. Awesome bathroom!! Amenities top notch! Added bonus was steaming services available. The only “con” I would remark on was the bathroom floor was sticky and had visible spots of something spilled. I would definitely recommend to others and would definitely stay there again if we come that way again.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, as you may need to note, the breakfast was not free. The hotel front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The room was clean, but they only refresh the towels and bedding and every other day of your stay, we were only there for 2 nights, therefore our room was not cleaned. Also we had a problem with the blinds -- one of the draw strings to lower the blind broke. Upon checkout we advised the front desk, they assured us that we were not going to be charged for the blind breaking. Overall, our stay was comfortable.

Kim Douglass at the front desk is such an asset for your hotel! She was so kind and helpful and check in was a breeze! In addition, my husband left his Apple Watch in the room and within a few hours, we got a call from Tiffany that it had been found! Such a wonderful bunch of people at this hotel and having a restaurant in the lobby is priceless! Unfortunately we were only at this hotel for one night but we will definitely be back soon and for longer!

Absolutely terrible help when the fridge wasn’t working! I NEEDED a working fridge for my dogs allergy antigen! Was told maintenance said it was working!!! Unbelievable.. entree took so long in restaurant that I could t eat it- no fridge to keep it in!!! NOT HAPPY!!!!!! Hilton always does way better than this!! Shame!

Second time to stay at this property. Excellent location and well developed grounds to enjoy. I would recommend to all but would caution that there is a nearby homeless population that hangs around by the river adjacent. Generally, seems harmless but good to be aware. Otherwise top notch.

The check-in was smooth and the staff member at the front desk was awesome.
The room was excellent and very clean.
The only negative was the restaurant. The server put in minimal customer service effort during our dining and definitely not as good as the other servers that were taking care of other customers. She didn't bother to check if we needed more water until we were ready to leave despite the fact my glass was empty and she walked by our table multiple times. My wife had to ask her for more water before we got a refill. The restaurant was not busy when when came down for a late dinner.
My wife enjoyed her Italian dinner, but my Colorado Rib-eye dinner was average at best. The rib-eye was bland and was not very tender for a \"fine dining\" restaurant.
The check-out process was smooth and the front desk staff was awesome.

We stayed at this hotel for a graduation in the middle of May. The staff was very kind, and helpful. Only reason I didn’t give it an excellent all around is because our fan did not work in the room bathroom, and there was extremely way too much chlorine in their pool.

This was an Emergency reservation (snow storm in late April), did not plan on staying here and it was late at night when we reserved the room. They did a great job of accommodating us and I was provided a room comparable to what I had planned on at my destination. The young man at the front desk was great and we got to our room as if we planned this stay. I cannot comment much outside of the great service we got at the last minute. Didn’t have time to use the facilities or appreciate the locale. It was easy to get to from the freeway. Thank you.
