Free continental breakfast was advertised but not available. Pool and hot tub were also closed. No one was at the front desk when we arrived to check in and there was a phone number taped to the window but I called several times and no one answered. Finally was able to get them to answer the call phone and come check us in.

We stop here on the way to AZ and also on the way home. The room was clean. It was a little disappointing this stop. They must be in transition. The office was Locked and we had call to get someone to check us in. They didn’t have the restaurant open nor any morning breakfast available. The gentleman wasn’t the most friendliest, and we were only allowed 1 key, he was very adamant about that!

All of the hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Quick check in…no problems whatsoever.
The room was nice and clean, no carpet or strong cleaning chemical smells in our pet friendly room! The hotel is an older one…we usually stay at the more expensive brands, but most of those don’t allow for pets! Well, this hotel was half the price and just as nice! We will be using the older chains in the future! Oh, and the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and affordable!!

This was just a quick stop to rest from a cross country trip - Cody Wyoming to Dallas Texas - 1/2 point. The Hotel is old, the rooms are average, the thing that made it an enjoyable stay was the front desk staff (both checking in/out were very nice) the free breakfast was surprisingly good (the pancakes we really good)….the area the hotel is located is right off interstate 25 next to a pot dispensary (I visited 😊) - and doesn’t appear to be the safest- when I checked the room after getting my room key and noticed the bathroom window was slightly cracked and opened- I quickly closed it, it was definitely something that made me question if this was intentionally done or was an over site by the staff. I will always check the windows on first floors from now on, the open window was a perfect opportunity for someone to ‘visit’ while you were out of the room. Overall it served it’s purpose- nothing to write home about, the saving grace were those pancakes and friendly staff.

The property was not as described as it truly is. The property is not the quality of a Days In but a skid row property. Once inside room it wreaked very strong of smoke and bedding very bad and unsafe. The window ac was the only ventilation the room had. We did call front desk and asked for another room but none were available and told we could either leave to another location or ask manager for a refund the next day.

I will NEVER STAY there again. Luckily we had bedding in my truck and that is where we stayed only using the room to use restroom and shower. Very sad!!

A deep dive cleaning once in a while would be a huge improvement. The room was dirty the floor unkept the bathroom had stains. on the floor and wall the chair at the desk was broken. The desk was worn scratched severely two queen beds. One was nice. The other was terrible not even the same style one was higher than any other off the floor. Air conditioner ran continuously just to keep the room somewhat cool. The room had no table in it that you could sit at to eat if you chose to order food from the restaurant. We did it was good.

The coffee maker only works if the light is on. That would have been useful information.
The bathroom had lots of mildew. The paint was ripped off the door frame at the floor.
The room smelled musty.
The shower wouldn’t come on, facet worked fine, but the thing you pull up for the shower wouldn’t move. So I couldn’t shower.
When I reported this to the guy at the desk he didn’t apologize or offer to send someone to help.

older hotel, no carpeting, we had a pet room, bugs, dirty coffee pot, the restaurant was not up to par, I ordered stir fry and it was brought to the room but was in two containers, one for rice and and one for it looked like stew. Apparently the chef did not know how to make stir fry, plus it was over price.

Cons: Our room was in a separate, perhaps older, building. The other wings of the motel might have nicer rooms. Our room had an inadequate number of electrical outlets. The shower was across the room from the toilet and sink . Rather soft mattress. Poor visual quality on the flat screen TV, and few channels. The drapes didn't entirely cover the sliding glass door.

The hotel is old, which is fine. Old doesn't have to mean dirty though. Our room had dirt and food crumbs all over the floor. The floor felt waxy too, like it hasn't been mopped in a long time. It's also in need of general upkeep. Cracks in the wall, chipped paint, water stains on the ceiling. Outside of some TLC the location is great with a beautiful view of the West horizon.

You get what you pay for so pay a little more and stay in a nicer place . This place reminds me of when we were young and had no money so we stayed anywhere . This is a motel , old , trashy looking , bigs in the bathroom , tv that is fuzzy and barely visible and towels that looked like they took them out of the dumpster ! Unacceptable! On the other hand , we saw many elderly people with dogs so I guess on a budget and traveling with a dog , it might be a good place to stay . ALSO , the staff at check in was very nice and welcoming more so than many higher end chains so I think this property “tries” , it’s just like an old Motel 6 . One gripe with EXPEDIA, do not put deceiving pictures in your site!!!! This place looked nice but NOTHING LIKE IT IS!

bedding and bath towels were clean, there was a smell in room - maybe stale cigarettes, there was trash on floor and dry grass on floor - if the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed could I trust the bathroom floor was clean? I kept shoes on at all times, there were mildew stains in the shower, breakfast was plentiful and good variety - but had no flavor
Our biggest complaint was the Tv in the breakfast area was set to a politically specific channel.
Management should realize they will have guests of all types and not have the tv in a public space politically charged left or right. Find a neutral channel - there are plenty.

This place is fantastic. Our room and the area had a million dollar view of the mountain range around it. The hotel also had the Sunset Lounge attached. It was terrific. The view was stunning and the food was first rate. The two nights we were there they had a saxophone player entertaining us. The room rate was reasonable and we got an early check-in.
