O hotel está bem novo e oferece um ótimo custo x benefício. As refeições são boas, quartos amplos, piscina aquecida, piscina climatizada e piscina para crianças. A recreação é bem legal e completa. Os tios estão sempre convidando as crianças para brincar e fazer as atividades.
O único ponto de atenção seria para a arrumação dos quartos. Dos 7 dias que fiquei, em 3 dias tive que solicitar arrumação pois já passava das 15h e o quarto ainda estava sem arrumar. E para hospedes com hospedagens superiores a 4 dias, seria válido caprichar um pouco mais na limpeza principalmente do banheiro - pois era claro que só arrumavam as toalhas e o vaso não era devidamente limpo.

Apenas alguns pontos de melhoria: piscinas externas poderiam ter algum tipo de climatização, mesmo num dia quente a água era muito gelada, inviabilizando o uso. Tem muito a melhorar

Hotel é novo, quarto bom e espaçoso, banheiro bom, mas o chuveiro, quando o vizinho dá a descarga, esquenta a água, precisa tomar cuidado se tiver criança no banho.
Recepção, o checkin é extremamente demorado e ineficiente, não sei se a equipe é nova, mas se tiver fila, vai ter que esperar.
Recreação não entendo nas avaliações anteriores dizerem que é o melhor, em 4 dias que ficamos lá, somente a tia Laranja veio chamar as crianças para brincar, uma das únicas com sorriso no rosto. Se chove não tem o que fazer, espaço interno é pequeno, brinquedoteca é a pior que já vi, em todos os hotéis desse nível que já fomos.
Piscina externa é extremamente gelada, só no parque aquático é \"climatizada\" mas continua sendo fria.
Importante não deixar nada de valor no carro, pq os carro que ficam no estacionamento, a chave fica dentro de uma caixinha (sistema arcaico, bom para carro que não tem chaves de contato).
Achei um hotel extremamente perigoso para crianças, pois para ir a piscina, parquinho, mini golfe e mesmo o campinho, precisa atravessar a rua, onde os carros passam voando, inclusive os carros do próprio hotel, um descuido, já era.
Comida é boa, mas acaba ficando enjoativo por não variarem muito os pratos, não tem jantar temático. Cuidado com os peixes, em todos os dias que comi, tinha muitos espinhos. Pedir tapioca ou omelete no café da manhã é quase que impossível quando se vai bem cedo, pois o rapaz aparece só mais tarde e quando aparece, desaparece

Cobrança de estacionamento desnecessária.

Nossa estadia foi excelente, a unica coisa que decepcionou foi ter que pagar estacionamento. Nós viajamos com frequência para Resort e foi a primeira vez que nos deparamos com essa situação. E olha, era um chão batido onde o carro pegava chuva e sol. De verdade, não faz sentido cobrar estadia+ estacionamento. Isso foi decepcionante no Resort. No demais, nada que desabone.

Hotel novo, otima hospedagem, toalhas roupa de cama em perfeito estado. Comida muito boa, porem para muitos dias acaba ficando um pouquinho repetido. Piscina aquecida sensacional. Vista da serra do Japy é incrível. Tem copa Baby, brinquedoteca, bastante atividade para crianças. Funcionarios muito atenciosos. Amamos com certeza vamos voltar.

O resort é novo, portanto, há muitos pontos positivos e negativos.

Pontos a melhorar: tratativa com o cliente, precisam focar em proporcionar uma experiência melhor para os hóspedes. A piscina próximo ao club house parece abandonada, suja e sem espreguiçadeiras, essas que faltam na piscina principal, mesmo sem estar 100% de lotação. Acho caro pela taxa Pet, pois não oferecem muita coisa pelo valor e ainda estavam em falta com os biscoitos de welcome.

Como é novo, os apartamentos e toilletes são bem conservados e espaçosos. Todo acesso ao Pet é ótimo, gostamos muito e a presença do Japy (cachorro da região) é muito legal!

Ok, deu pra relaxar

Minha definição seria OK, foi bacana, o hotel não tem padrão, ficamos dois dias sem hóspedes além da gente e dois dias com hotel lotado com um evento do dono.
Quando estava lotado foi o caos, não tinha mesa no café, os funcionários estavam exaustos, mais de um relatou cansaço.
A comida é boa, hotel confortável, as coisas extras são caras.
Você paga R$8,00 por uma garrafa de água, considerando o valor da diária acredito que poderia ter bebedouros.
Mas, enfim, foi uma boa experiência, foi gostoso ir, não voltaria e se alguém perguntar, acho que vale procurar mais por outros.

No geral gostamos do hotel mas acho que precisam focar em detalhes … falta de toalhas no sábado , saladas e sobremesas muito repetitivas … minha sugestão são sobremesas individuais em pequenas porções …..
Na feijoada de sábado um pagode ou roda de samba seria legal …..
Alguns funcionários foram muito prestativos para tornar nossa estada especial como a Eliana do restaurante , dona Lúcia do Golf , FLAVIO da clínica de Beach Tenis .
O hotel está mais focado em crianças pequenas , seriam interessantes umas atividades para adultos como pintura, arte ,etc … pianistas no lindo piano de cauda que não foi utilizado ! O hotel tem potencial , é novinho com bom gosto mas precisa refinar um pouco !
