The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property was maintained and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and the food was good overall. The main downside was the noisy traffic due to the nearby highway. We were situated in the wing closest to the highway. The noise may not be an issue in the wing further from the highway.

The hotel is overall dirty, the lobby floor and the room were sticky and filthy, one of the beds had a weird stain that looked like blood which we ended using the only blanket available to cover the mattress. The complimentary water cups had a bad smell and weird taste. We were located on the bottom floor and we could hear the TV and conversations from the room upstairs. We definitely do not recommend this hotel. Specially if you’re a foreigner, this hotel looks like a low budget motel like Super 8.

Not a suitable hotel for business travelers

The staff was polite and friendly but the hotel leaves a lot to be desired in terms of comfort. The room was humid and the bathroom had mold on the ceiling and tiles, there were no drawers or a comfortable chair. the only things that seemed to be satisfactory were the internet and the TV set. The rate was too high considering the offering

Good for Business Trip

Overall this was a good business hotel. We have customers in the Jundiai area and have stayed here twice. Both times, our reservations were not correct when we arrived. The staff worked to correct the problem, but be warned and double check your confirmation before arriving. Just because your confirmation email is correct does not mean that they will have it right when you arrive. As for the hotel itself, the restaurant and food were very good. We enjoyed the buffet at both breakfast and dinner. The exercise room is small but adequate for a small workout after a day full of meetings. The room was clean pretty good. One minor maintenance issue was fixed the second day of my stay. The hotel says it has high speed internet, but service and speed was mediocre and spotty at best. We learned from our business contacts that this is a city wide problem in Jundiai, not just the hotel. The property is right off an expressway and has easy access to the local industrial park, so it is a good choice in the area. We will likely stay here again in spite of some problems. At least one person at the desk does speak English during the times we have been there.

Quarto limpo e aconchegante, cama super confortável, banheiro com chuveiro quentinho, só me incomodou um pouquinho o barulho de exaustor do banheiro, mas nada que atrapalhasse a experiência da hospedagem. Não aproveitamos a piscina pois estava frio e choveu, então a água estava gelada. Atendimento de excelência, comida ótima! excelente custo benfício de hospedagem. Tivemos um probleminha com a chave da porta e rapidamente fomos atendidos coma maior educação e simpatia dos funcionários! Voltaríamos com certeza!

Custo benefício ruim.

Hotel simples, próximo a uma rodovia, fora do centro, dificultando deslocamentos para refeições, e sem elevador. Precisando de um local apenas para jantar e dormir, durante uma viagem mais longa, escolhemos por ter restaurante, mas dificilmente voltaremos. Existem opções melhores com preço semelhante, próximos ao Shopping, com melhor qualidade e localização. No jantar havia um buffet com preço de 58,00 por pessoa, sem bebidas, para uma comida bastante simples. Arroz, feijão, macarrão em parafuso, salada de alface, batata doce, bife em tiras e file de frango com queijo e gelatina (apenas um tipo de sobremesa), sendo cobrado o mesmo valor para crianças maiores de 7 anos, que muitas vezes não chegam a comer um prato inteiro.

Os funcionários muito atenciosos principalmente os do café da manhã. Só não gostei que no domingo não pudemos usar a área da piscina por havia uma festa particular. E só fomos avisados no Check in. Penso que minha diária incluía todas as instalações do hotel inclusive a piscina, portanto deveriam ter me oferecido um desconto. Entretanto, foi obrigada a assinar um papel concordando que não poderia usar a piscina. Achei isso um desrespeito com os hóspedes. No mais o hotel é bom, simples, um pouco caro para o que oferece, ainda mais com restrições a áreas de acesso que deveriam estar incluídas.

O conforto deixou a desejar

A estadia, no geral, foi boa. No entanto, há alguns pontos que deixaram a desejar e causaram desconforto.
O ar condicionado do quarto 244 não gela. Mesmo colocando no máximo, mal resfria o quarto. Há muitos hotéis (não sei se é o caso aqui) que limitam a potência e funcionamento do aparelho com o intuito de reduzir o consumo de energia. Porém, isso é algo muito sem noção de se fazer, tendo em vista que, o aparelho é item de conforto e, limitando seu funcionamento, o conforto é prejudicado. Sendo assim, foi o mesmo que não ter o aparelho no quarto uma vez que o mesmo não cumpriu sua função.

No quarto em que fomos hospedados, há uma porta de acesso ao quarto ao lado, e isso faz com que todo o barulho do outro quarto incomode bastante, causando desconforto. Outro fato foi que, no domingo pela manhã, bem sedo, havia muito barulho no corredor de acesso aos quartos, e para nossa surpresa, o barulho era causado pelas funcionárias que efetuavam a limpeza, bem como, haviam hospedes bem barulhentos nos quartos ao lado e de frente.

O quarto é bom e confortável, banheiro com bom tamanho, chuveiro bom, os produtos de higiene oferecidos são razoáveis, e a limpeza não deixou a desejar. De fato o que deixou a desejar ao que tange conforto foram só os pontos negativos mencionados anteriormente.

O café da manhã é muito bom, bem servido e com bastante variedade e fica disponível por um bom período.

Não utilizamos o restaurante, serviço de quarto e piscina.

A estrutura do hotel é boa.

O hotel é bem localizado, de facil acesso, o quarto é espaçoso, porém a tv estava em uma posição ruim (baixa), dificultado a Visualizaçao, um pouco barulhento, dava para ouvir a conversa dos outros quartos, muita porta batendo, o chaveiro nao regulava a temperatura corretamente, ficava esquentando e esfriando, e no café da manhã uma contusão total, todos os hóspedes reclamando, pois a máquina de café se encontra no começo da fila, onde o processo está muito demorado para fazer cada xícara, causando uma fila desnecessária na estrada, poucas mesas para a qtidade de hóspedes.
