The hotel, the staff and the breakfast are amazing. The place has easy access and free parking. The only thing that needs a major upgrade is the bathrooms. The toilet was broken, the shower was full of mold and the outdated tile looks dirty. But overall the hotel is the best one around the area.

Overall ok but it needs renovation

Value for money I guess the hotel is ok. It is starting to be old . Bed was old and the bathroom also needs renovation. Air conditioning made to much noise, it also needs maintenance.

It was clean and the service is very good. Value for money is ok .

The hotel service was good and the room clean and comfortable. Room service food was average. Location is poor, located next to a major highway with a large supermarket next door with no restaurants or shopping nearby.

Basic Hotel

Other Quality Hotels in Brazil, like the one in Curitiba are very good but this one in Jundiai is more like a basic hotel. The rooms are furnished with very basic furniture and the bathroom fixtures had poor maintenance, including very old looking towels. Basically it looks like a run down or 2 star room.

It was ok

I changed rooms twice, on the first night the room was by the highway and I couldn't sleep because of the noise, on the second night there was little noise, but was by the Carrefour lighted sign, so I had to close the window to avoid the very bright light in, and I don't like that because I like being awakened by the sun, and on the third night it was ok. My key kept demagnetizing, so I had to go back to redo it every single time. But other than that, it was ok. The Carrefour next to it was good to get general things like water and snacks, but for anything else you have to walk a bit more. Overall, I'd still say it's fine.

I stayed at QJ for business. overall it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel was conveniently positioned for business travellers also right next to a large carrefour, rooms were very clean, the restaurant food (open buffet) was good, fresh and new menu every day. will stay there again on my next trip.

This is predominantly a business hotel so is very quiet at the weekends - as it is winter here at the moment the pool is rarely used, but is kept clean and clear on a regular basis, should you wish to brave the cold water! The gym is basic, but functions, and there is a sauna attached (be aware you need to turn it on half an hour before you want to use it). Breakfast is more or less the same every day, but with plenty of variety of fresh fruit, cereals, cheese / ham etc, fresh bread / rolls / cakes, and a limited hot selection. Always two or three options of fresh juice and the coffee is piping and readily available. The breakfast is of the same standard whether you get up early, or towards the end of their service, as it is topped up regularly. The hotel offers a dinner buffet on weeknights, and a la carte the rest of the time. The buffet, as with breakfast, always has a wide selection (soup / different types of rice / selection of hot pastas / varying vegetable side dishes) as well as a variety of cold salad-type starters, and plenty of sweet options for dessert, including lots of fresh fruit. The a la carte menu is good and I have tried several different dishes from it - if you don't fancy the suggested garnish, the kitchen will happily amend for an alternative (the steaks are all fantastic). Drinks are of a reasonable price for a hotel of this standard, and the provisions in the mini-bar are also not expensive.

Not horrible, but not above average.

Booked this hotel because there really wasn't any other decent looking place I could find online. Hotel staff were fantastic, spoke very good english and were very friendly and helpful overall. The room however wasn't great. It was fairly quiet since it overlooked the pool and not the highway, however, all of the floors were tile, which echos noises from outside in the hallway. The air conditioning unit was a standard house-style wall unit. The mattress felt like it was out of a couch/pull-out bed. If I can't find anything else in the city, I'll stay here again, but next trip I'll try to work with my local contacts to find something else.

O quarto é muito confortável, o banheiro gigante, a ducha sai bastante água. O café da manhã é super caprichado, o pessoal do front desk, do atendimento em geral é super atencioso e gentil. Meu único ponto negativo é em relação ao barulho que se ouve do quarto ao lado pelo fato de ter uma porta que liga os dois quartos e vaza bastante som. A estadia foi ótima, realmente mto acima das expectativas, cheguei quase duas horas antes do chekin e por cortesia foi liberado o quarta logo que chegamos. No dia seguinte não consegui tomar café da manhã devido uma reunião ter atrasado, mas msm assim foi nos concedido um lanche após encerramento do café da manhã para que pudéssemos levar ao quarto. Mto

Nossa estadia tinha objetivo em pedalar na região da Serra do Japi, portanto fomos somente pernoitar, o que tornou nossa viagem tranquila e proximo do local. O ponto alto do hotel, são o estacionamento amplo e com algumas vagas cobertas, apartamento espaçoso, tv com tela média, mas \"visivel\", atendimento super atencioso do staff dp restaurante, localização prilegiada, próximo a rodovia e ao lado do Carrefour! Facilidade para chegar no centro. Somente o café poderia abrir 30 minutos antes... de resto tudo perfeito.

Chuveiro não esquenta, luz do banheiro piscando sem parar, e os dispensers de shampoo e condicionador estavam vazios. Liguei na recepção para informar, mas disseram que só poderiam resolver no dia seguinte — sendo que minha hospedagem era de apenas uma diária. Resultado: banho gelado à noite e pela manhã.

A comida também deixou a desejar. Pedimos um bife ancho mal passado, veio bem passado. Mais tarde pedimos pizza: massa grossa e seca, comemos só o recheio.

Sinceramente, não volto mais. Péssima experiência do início ao fim.

Hotel bem localizado, café da manha impecável, recepção simpática... porém as camas e os travesseiros não são nada confortáveis, a nossa cama, no ato da reserva dizia que era uma cama grande, mas na verdade eram duas camas bem próximas, sendo que era uma mais alta que a outra, coisa mínima, mas que interferia, pois uma das pessoas ficava no vão... Boxe do banheiro estava com uma das roldanas soltas, nada que prejudicasse o funcionamento do banheiro.

Equipe com poucas pessoas. Demora no check in. Restaurante sujo. Fizemos o pedido do jantar e os funcionários foram em bora pelos fundos e nos deixaram esperando (outros hóspedes que já estavam com os pratos também ficaram desassistidos). Depois de horas fomos até a recepção e disseram que iam cancelar o pedido... não houve nenhum pedido de desculpas. Precisamos sair tarde a noite em busca de uma opção para comer. Total falta de empatia e profissionalismo.

Achei um absurdo a cobrança de 10% (obrigatórios), a titulo de taxa de serviço, a todos os produtos consumidos, incluindo os que fui retirar na recepção.

Gostei de tudo, das instalações, dos protocolos de segurança, tem álcool em todos os andares na área dos elevadores, café da manhã satisfatório em sistema de buffet com uso de máscara e luvas para servir. Área da piscina não é muito grande, mas atendeu mto bem.

Atendimento cortês porém instalações muito antigas

O ponto forte é o atendimento da recepçao, muito educado e cortês. Entretanto, o hotel demonstra sinais de uso, banheiro muito velho, pisos manchados, limpeza precária (cabelos no toalheito, pia, etc), roupa de banho e de cama em estado péssimo de uso. Nao condiz com o padrao Quality, muito aquém.
