I cannot believe the difference between the same hotel in two cities in Brazil, Itajai Navegantes, and this one. The room space and accommodations here certainly differ dramatically from what you have in Navegantes, which is why I will only stay here once.

Já conheci vários hotéis, mas este hotel foi o que tive o melhor atendimento. Desde da recepção, das funcionárias responsável pela limpeza e das funcionárias no café da manhã. Todos muito gentis, solícitos e educados. O Hotel é bem organizado, decorado e ótima localização. Praticamente ao lado do Shopping Jundiaí. Manobrista a postos assim que chegamos. Atendimento vip. Escolhi ficar no Mercure pela tradição da marca e pelas 4 estrelas atribuidas. o Valor estava condizente com a expectativa, de uma acomodação superior. No entanto, é no mesmo prédio do Ibis Budget, e o padrão da acomodação é bem parecido. Resumindo, não vale a pena, muito caro pelo que entrega

Acho que nunca fiquei tão confuso assim numa estadia. Começou já na chegada, o estacionamento não está sinalizado adequadamente, demos a volta no quarteirão até achar o local correto, e quando chegamos não sabíamos se estava correto pois o Mercure é grudado com o Ibis Budget, pensamos se não fosse o Maps que estávamos no lugar errado. Valor do estacionamento caríssimo. Ao fazer check-in, a única forma de saber se a estadia é no Ibis ou Mercure é com a atendente perguntando, a fila é a mesma, então se prepare pra esperar. A atendente ficou impaciente ao perguntar sobre lugares para comer no entorno, e nem ao menos informou coisas BÁSICAS como horário do café da manhã, acesso ao wifi e áreas de lazer inclusas. Pelo menos o apartamento em si é bem agradável, TV smart, cama macia, banheiro com itens sustentáveis, e o café da manhã foi o mais variado que experimentamos, um dos melhores. Podia ter sido um review 5 estrelas, mas não agradou logo na chegada. Nota-se que estão preocupados com o volume, não com a qualidade.

Para a categoria de 4 estrelas , deixa muito a desejar . Hotel muito simples e muito abaixo do padrão esperado para um mercure. Decoração cafona e desatualizada. Tv super pequena. Pouquíssimas amenidades . Não ficaria novamente. Não tem padrão 4 estrelas . É limpo e bem localizado, mas só isso . É um mini flat na verdade , pois tem uma mini cozinha. Aparthotel ainda em desenvolvimento. O quarto não possui tantos produtos de amenidades. O café da manhã e o valor dos produtos de frigobar são bastante altos. Possui restaurante mas não fazem entrega no quarto. Fora isso, o hr de atendimento é de 19h até 22h - mas quando desci para comer 21h31 fui informado que já estava fechado para novos clientes.

Quarto bom, já havia hospedado anteriormente. Apenas achamos que nos utensílios de cozinha falta uma frigideira e mais copos. O café da manhã é bom, mas creio que por causa da PANDEMIA e da junção com o Ibis Budget ao lado caiu muito a qualidade com poucas opções e tudo repetido nos 3 dias de hospedagens acho que devem rever isso pois R$ 28,00 num café simples não vale. Ah e nos elevadores o alcoól em Gel sempre tava vazio, entendo que pelo grande fluxo de pessoas acaba mas acho que não custa ficar olhando.
