O hotel é pequeno e não tem muitas opções de lazer, a piscina que dizem que é aquecida, na verdade é climatizada e as piscinas que dizem que são climatizadas são geladas. Não é uma boa opção para dias frios. Ponto positivo para o futebol de sabão, as quadras são pequenas e não comportam a quantidade de pessoas. As camas e travesseiros poderiam ser mais confortáveis.

Brinquedoteca em condições muito ruins. Ainda que a construção de outra esteja em andamento, o hospede, quando decide e investe em uma opção, busca encontrar ambientes ideais, limpos e com estrutura adequada para aquele momento. Ainda mais em um mês com temperaturas mais baixas, em que não é possivel utilizar as piscinas externas.
Além disso, o hotel estava com pouca ocupação, acredito que por isso alguns serviços não estavam completos como deveriam (como alimentação).

A estadia foi incrível, recreação animada e atividades deixaram as crianças entretidas durante todo o dia. Atenção para alimentação: no inicio tava mais devagar, com arroz duro e feijoada sem sal, mas o jantar do sábado e almoço do domingo subiram o nível e apontam que a cozinha é muito capaz.

Cyan minha experiência

O hotel tem uma localização muito boa, próximo a São Paulo. A estrutura é bem conservada e atende às necessidades dos hóspedes.

As piscinas são um grande destaque, muito boas e bem cuidadas. Para quem viaja com crianças, os monitores fazem um excelente trabalho, sendo atenciosos e divertidos.

Por outro lado, o serviço em geral poderia ser melhor. Em minha opinião, há falta de funcionários, e os que estão disponíveis parecem pouco informados sobre as atividades e horários do hotel, o que pode gerar certa desorganização.

Para quem pretende visitar os parques Hopi Hari e Wet’n Wild, a localização do hotel é perfeita, tornando-se uma opção muito prática de hospedagem.

A comida e o serviço do restaurante também podem melhorar um pouco, tanto em variedade quanto em atendimento. Ainda assim, é uma boa opção para quem busca conforto e lazer na região.

Uma pena que utilizamos a piscina (super boa) mas não tem local para deixar as roupas secando depois. Utilizamos um armário com aqueles cabides de hotéis que um batia no s outros, poderiam colocar varais de chão já que não possuem sacadas ou varandas. Serviço de quarto não repunham papel higiênico e água (que era em lata) e que descobrimos no último dia. Fora isso a recreação c as crianças foram incríveis!!!

Gostei bastante, mas não surpreendeu.

Senti falta de atividades pra fazer, fora as piscinas do hotel.

Comparado a outros hotéis resorts, que tem um aplicativo especifico mencionando as atividades que acontecem, assim como a divulgação dos próprios funcionários.

O staff é atencioso, mais nada que surpreenda.

O quarto é confortável, mas senti falta de uma janela maior.

As comida é boa.

Fiquei decepcionada com a cobrança do estacionamento.

Achei desnecessário, sendo que se trata de um hotel resort. Deveria ser incluído.

Bom, mas sem opção de lazer e nuito conforto.

O hotel possui um parque aquático legal, piscina legal mas só isso. A brinquedoteca é minuscula com brinquedos quebrados, o parquinho em plena ocupação estava interdidatado. Demos muita sorte pelo tenpo aberto, pois ficamos 4 dias apenas na piscina. O quarto é confortável, mas faltam armários e a roupa de cama tem cheiro forte. A equipe é muito atenciosa, na recepção, restaurante e na recreacao fomos muito bem atendidos. O valor do estacionamento é muito alto para o carro ficar no sol, e o valor da rolha de vinho é absurdo.

Hotel muito gostoso, ideal para família com crianças, tem bastante atividades com recreadores. Também tem atividades para adultos, música ao vivo em alguns horários na piscina, música ou algum tipo de apresentação à noite. Comidas muito bem preparadas, tanto doces quanto salgados excelentes. Funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Quarto muito funcional e confortável. Só não dou 5 estrelas por dois motivos: (i) levei 50 minutos para conseguir fazer check-in no hotel, isso que estava com criança de 2 meses de idade, fila enorme e processo de check-in extremamente lento. Check-out não foi muito diferente, extremamente lerdo e cansativo, parece que o staff não é bem dimensionado para a quantidade de hospedes que recebem (ii) cobrança do estacionamento sem o menor sentido ainda mais considerando o valor das diárias do hotel. Gostaria de elogiar a Tia Benzinho da recreação, muito educada e articulada, teve uma situação de um pai questionar algumas regras e ela foi super educada, saiu da situação de conflito com muita inteligência emocional, realmente fiquei impressionado com a forma dela de trabalhar, tem vocação para a profissão.

Bom em primero lugar nos colocaram em um quarto que ja tinha uma pessoa no quarto foi um contragimento para nos e para a pessoa que estava no quarto...passou uma falta de seguranca completa visto que estavamos em familia. O Hotel nao deu nenhuma atencao ao caso...acho super normal o ocorrido so se atentaram ao que tinha acontecido depois de ter mais um problema na TV do quarto que nao funcionou e ficou 2 pessoas da manutencao 40 min sem resolver e impedindo de que a gente fizezse oq é o proposito descansar. Um descaso total...eu cinceramente nao tenho a menor vontade de voltar ao um hotel que oferece como servico esse tipo de tratamento.

Excelente opção para a família próximo a São Paulo

A hospedagem como um todo foi muito boa. As equipes de recreação e de eventos eram ótimas.
Apesar do incidente com os fogos de artifício, gostamos muito da festa Réveillon, incluindo o jantar e o show na área da piscina.
Excelente opção para estadia de famílias com crianças em região próxima a São Paulo.
Como sugestão, poderiam incrementar as atividades esportivas com instalação de quadras de tênis.
As quadras de beach tênis eram boas, porém sugiro a instalação de grades nas suas laterais e fundos para evitar que as bolinhas sejam perdidas ou tenham que ser recuperadas nos jardins e área da piscina.

Ótima opção próxima a São Paulo, com fácil acesso. O hotel tem boas acomodações, confortável e ambiente agradável. Piscinas excelentes, aquecidas, com “bar molhado”, havendo até uma mini-praia com areia. Há uma piscina ao lado para crianças, com toboáguas e brinquedos divertidos.
Também possuem quadras de beach tenis, com raquetes e bolinhas para empréstimo.
A equipe de recreação infantil é ótima e muito animada. Em feriados há teatros bem elaborador, show de mágica, …
O restaurante é bom. Não é excepcional, mas bem honesto e comida variada. Bebidas não alcoólicas incluídas.
Pontos não tão bons: i) o preço em feriados é bem elevado se comparado a outras opções semelhantes; ii) cobram estacionamento. Como o preço já é muito elevado, faz sentido cobrar estacionamento??? Achei desnecessário…

No geral, ótimo hotel com pensão completa para família, principalmente com filhos. Porém caro.

Ótimo hotel para família.

A nossa hospedagem foi excelente, gostamos muito do hotel.
A minha filha de 10 anos gostou muito da equipe de animação e da piscina aquecida.
A alimentação era variada e muito boa.
Como sugestão, poderiam colocar mais uma pessoa para ajudar no atendimento do bar menor a beira da piscina, tinha somente uma pessoa, deixando o tempo de espera muito longo.
Outro ponto de melhoria, seria a instalação de telas nas laterais e fundos das quadras de beach tennis, pois as bolinhas saiam da quadra com frequência e algumas vezes se perdiam na área da piscina.

Sabor da alimentação poderiam ser bem melhor

Já participamos de dois aniversários no hotel e podemos afirmar que melhoraram demais nos entretenimentos. Pessoal da recreação maravilhosos é super mega motivados. Ficamos muito satisfeitos e felizes com a evolução.
Temos uma questão somente como sugestão para melhorias. Enxergamos os esforços na alimentação em oferecer uma diversidade vasta, porém o sabor não está ao alcance do todo. Passamos um final de semana super agradável. Hotel incrivel! Cama confortável, chuveiro excelente e estrutura maravilhosa. Quem tem bebês e crianças podem ir com todo conforto. Hotel disponibiliza alimentação específica para os pequenos (com opções de massas, legumes, graos e frutas) e opções igualmente maravilhosas para adultos. No periodo da tarde um cafe no bar do hotel super gostoso! Hotel conta com 2 estruturas de copas babys (segundo andar e perto da piscina), contendo todos os itens de higiene, leite, frutas, entre outros. Outro diferencial é a piscina aquecida, o que nos da muita comodidade para quem tem criança e muitos monitores/recreadores. Simplesmente amamos!!! O unico ponto, seria o valor alto de estacionamento cobrado a parte R$ 38,00 a diária.

Foi incrível, começando pela recepção, os funcionários super simpáticos, a recreação nota 1000, o café da manhã, o almoço o jantar, não tem nada que seja ruim tudo é maravilhoso, o Ramão que nós atendeu no salão e o Lima no bar da piscina nós fizeram sentir em casa, obrigada pelos dias maravilhosos que passamos aí.
