1 - The rooms are really small, with no place for luggage.
2 - You have to pass twice in the toll if you’re coming from the airport or from Bandeirantes highway. If you stay in hotels east of VCP you avoid that.

Nossa estadia neste hotel infelizmente foi cheia de problemas do início ao fim. O primeiro quarto que nos deram ficava bem em frente a um gerador muito barulhento, o que tornava impossível descansar. Pedimos para trocar, e o hotel atendeu. No entanto, o segundo quarto tinha o ralo do chuveiro entupido. Como não queria trocar de quarto novamente, me deixaram tomar banho em um terceiro quarto – que tinha um cheiro terrível de mofo e acabou desencadeando uma crise alérgica.
Para piorar, na manhã seguinte descobrimos que o pneu do carro da minha irmã havia sido esvaziado de propósito. Pedimos para ver as imagens das câmeras de segurança, mas o hotel nunca nos permitiu acesso ou deu qualquer resposta útil.
Um dos principais motivos pelos quais escolhi esse hotel foi o transporte para o aeroporto. O que não informam é que o transporte só funciona em horários muito limitados. Fora desses horários, é necessário pagar. Como o pneu estava murcho e o Uber não atende essa área, fui obrigada a pagar o táxi do hotel.
Outro grande incômodo é a localização. O hotel fica bem em frente a uma praça de pedágio. Se você vem do aeroporto, precisa pagar esse pedágio duas vezes – e é um dos mais caros de Campinas. Para piorar, só aceita pagamento em dinheiro, e o hotel não tem caixa eletrônico.

The hotel is located just about 15 minutes from Viracopos Intl Airport; the facilities are well kept, clean, the room impeccable, and the breakfast very complete. They offer shuttle upon request, which is highly convenient !

O hotel deixou um pouco a desejar por alguns detalhes. Por ser 220V eles só tem um transformador para o hotel todo fui pedir na recepção não sabiam aonde estava. O secador do meu quarto não funcionava fui pedir um secador já que levei o meu e não consegui usar por ser 110V eles emprestaram para outros hóspedes e não sabiam aonde estava, arrumei uma terceira alternativa emprestando de uma amiga e o quarto não tinha tomada 20 amperes. Na área de alimentação não tem microondas, eles até esquentaram as comidas para nós, porém tínhamos que ficar ouvido que era exceção. O banheiro do nosso quarto não parecia estar muito limpo, já que tinha cheiro o vaso. Única coisa que foi excelente foi o atendimento dos funcionários, principalmente do João na recepção. Isso não temos o que falar.

O hotel não acredito que seja 4 estrelas. Está mais para um Ibis melhorado. O hotel fica entre 2 praças de pedágio, ou seja. Se tiver que ir para o centro de Indaiatuba por exemplo, já paga pedágio ida e volta que totaliza 40 reais. E acredito que devido a dificuldade de ir para a cidade, os preços da conveniência do hotel são estratosféricos...o que deveria ser ao contrário, já que o hotel sabe dos valores de pedágio

Apesar de não ter usado o estacionamento, o hotel tem uma área boa e ampla. Quarto com conforto e cama boa. O hotel fica localizado em uma rodovia e isso dificulta o acesso por pouca oferta de veículo por aplicativo e o pedágio duplo é caro e não compnesa. Não tem lugar próximo pra alimentação e os preços do restaurante são bem altos. No final o hotel é uma pegadinha e não tem custo benefício que compense.

Localização problematica quando se cega pelo VIRACOPOS, foram cobrados dois PEDÁGIOS de 14,90 cada, além da corrida normal do Uber

Reservei por ser um RIO BOURBON, conheço a marca e só reservei pela quantidade, mas esse hotel é um íbis … com nome de Rio Hotel , fica próximo ao aeroporto mas o Uber cobra 140 pois precisa pagar um pedagio para chegar no hotel. O quarto é de Íbis super apertado, banheiro de íbis todo mofado e só tinha 1 toalha de banho, reclamei na recepção e falaram que eu teria que ir buscar . Cheguei de um voo de 11 horas , cansada , só queria tomar um banho e cama …não ia descer buscar toalha. Depois de um tempo uma moça veio trazer duas toalhas e ainda me falou que não tem serviço de quarto . Mas é dever do hotel se reservou para duas pessoas deixar duas toalhas de banho . O café da manhã era bom . O Uber para voltar para o aeroporto aparecia um custo de 38 reais o black mas cancelavam por causa do pedagio . Acabamos pagando 90 reais para um rapaz que apareceu ali oferecendo o serviço , mas isso depois de 30 minutos tentando . Não volto nunca mais neste hotel .

Mesmo tendo avisado com antecencia sobre ser intolerante a lactose e glutem, no cafe da manha nao tinha qualquer opcao de alimentacao para a hospede. Ressalta a gentileza da nutricionista que prontificou-se a fazer alimentacao adequada, bem como a esmerada educacao da recepcao representada pelo Rafael e pelas mocas da copa. O responsave pelo bar nao demonstrou qualquer pro atividade ou boa vontade em obter cerveja sem glutem, logo nao possui perfil para o cargo. O jantar deixa muito a desejar, espeto de carne e frango aparentando ter validade duvidosa diante do gosto que apresentavam. Precos muito altos pelo pouco que oferece. Nao ha oitro lugar para comer nas proximidades. Obrigatorio pagar o pedagio na entrada e saida da cidade. Higiene dos quartos muito satisfatoria. Nao recomendo a hospedagem analisando como conjunto. Destaco 3 funcionarios com mérito: Rafael, a nutricionista e a moça que me atendeu durante o cafe. Educados e pro ativos.

Nao tem servico de quarto, cheguei cansada, e para jantar pedi no bar do hotel. Demorou 50 minutos para chegar uma sopa, que veio super salgada. Limpeza do local é mediana. Talheres mal lavados, algumas sujidades no chao do quarto. Aparencia geral mal conservada, espelho mofado, paredes riscadas, tinta gasta.
