I travel a lot and read reviews to chose a hotel . I wish someone had written the truth about this hotel, it’s definitely not a 4 stars maybe a 2 stars . Nice pool but that’s about it . Understaffed nobody to help w luggage no restaurant open for dinner in an area not walkable w no restaurants . No room service and very basic rooms with no comfort . Nothing matches the description but the pool and it’s a hotel strategically located for a one night before an international flight . Terrible choice .

We were very disappointed during our short stay in this hotel. We only stayed there for a few hours to rest prior our flight from Viracopos airport, however the stay ended up being not restful at all since there was a loud party happening at the hotel. Guests could hear the loud music even with the windows completely closed!! We talked to the reception asking if they could at least try to turn down the volume, but the staff simply stated that \"it is as it is\" as it's a \"company party\". For that high price, we'd highly suggest everyone to book at other reliable hotel chains. Also, the room amenities was very limited and the bathroom floors looked dirty and unclean. Plus, if needed, transportation is extremely expensive. Just to go to the airport by taxi, it will cost you about 100 reais and not many uber drivers will accept the drive due to the extra toll fees. So be extremely aware! Overall, definitely not worth the stay!!

Salvo pelas camareiras, que nos atenderam muito bem. O Café da manhã da segunda feira estava horrível, muito diferente do fds. Fui questionar e nos disseram que os Café da manhã do fsd era diferente da segunda, porém o valor que pagamos era o mesmo. Muita mosca e cheiro de esgoto. Na piscina haviam diversas abelhas mortas e fezes de pássaros, pedimos que tirassem. Porém ninguém foi retirar e no dia seguinte ainda estava lá. No dia 22 colocaram um aviso no hotel, avisando que não serviriam almoço nem bebida do 12h até as 14h30 pois os funcionários iriam confraternizar. E nós não poderíamos consumir comida e bebida sem ser do hotel. Adiamos nosso check out. Escolhemos esse hotel para ser nosso local de descanso e ficamos muito triste.

Atendimento da equipe do hotel foi fantástica. Todos muito solícitos. Quarto com tamanho excelente, cama, roupas de cama e banho muito bons. Café da manhã com bastante variedade de sucos, pães, queijos, bolos etc. Hospedamos com 2 pets e pudemos utilizar a maior parte das dependências, o que é um diferencial pra quem viaja com seu animal de estimação. Restaurante possui área externa onde é possível fazer as refeições acompanhado de seu pet. Espero retornar em breve!

O Hotel está passando por algumas melhorias porém não foi pensado em amenizar as consequências aos hóspedes. Exemplo. Café da manhã em local improvisado. Sistema de inclusão de despesas fora do ar com necessidade de pagar por cada consumo. SPA sem agendamento. Climatização da piscina não estava funcionando no dia 20/9. Comparando com experiência do passado em vez de melhoria , encontramos pioria. Enfim, espero ter ajudado com minha msg.

Fiquei nesse hotel uma única noite em função de cancelamento do meu vôo em Viracopos. O hotel não é 4 estrelas! Quando muito é um 3 estrelas mediano! É limpo e tem uma cama e chuveiros ok, mas o café da manhã é fraco e tudo tem um ar de abandono. Atendentes sem treinamento algum, com uma energia fúnebre, sem padronização. Parece aqueles hotéis que se especializaram em eventos corporativos e não sabem atender hóspedes normais. Evite!

Ficamos em uma suite que necessitava de reparos na parede atras da cama que apresentava muitos sinais de vazamento , pedi um quarto onde não houvesse a possibilidade de haver cheiro de mofo pois meu esposo stem rinite, apesar de verificar que houve um grande vazamento o quarto não tinha cheiro de mofo entao permanecemos no mesmo! Os funcionários sao muito simpáticos e solicitos! Um cafe da manhã muito bom! Tudo fresquinho!
