Eu escolhi esse hotel pela proximidade do aeroporto e pelas avaliações aqui, mas ao chegar no quarto fiquei bem decepcionada. O cheiro forte de produtos de limpeza, o hotel e antigo, no quarto vc via as paredes remendadas, manchas nas paredes. A tv ficava piscando não funcionava direito. O café da manhã foi suficiente mas nada de maravilhoso. Com ctz não volto nesse hotel.

The staff was helpful. Especially Arthur but the Expedia site says they have an exercise room and there isn’t. The internet is lousy and the hotel doesn’t have the outlet to work for the universal plug in.
It would be nice that they would offer a Uber service which they don’t and a bit more variety on the breakfast menu. Always the same !

Good Economical Hotel in Capinhas
This hotel is quite, clean and very efficient. Has friendly staff ready to help. I needed an adaptor for my computer, they lend me one at no cost.
The hotel is modern and quite, rooms are good size, with mini-bar, there's also a restaurant with reasonable prices and breakfast is included.

Logo na entrada, o carrinho para levar as malas estava quebrado e o atendente ficou apenas observando e não nos ajudou. Sou uma mulher idosa e estava com outra idosa também. A porta do quarto emperrando. Varios insetos pequenos no banheiro. Hotel com aspecto de abandonado. A piscina toda suja, com lodo na borda e cheia de folhas e sujeira. Impossível utilizar. As cadeiras todas descascando, sujas. Equipe péssima. Atendimento ruim, sem educação, como se estivéssemos fazendo algo errado quando pedíamos informação ou alguma solicitação. A única coisa que salvou foi o café da manhã e as comidas do restaurante que estavam excelentes. Não recomendo o local .

O hotel atende bem uma viagem em que se pretende ficar pelo hotel. Fui muito bem atendida quando solicitei toalhas que faltavam no quarto. O restaurante/bar do hotel tem opções para quem quer comer ou somente petiscar algo. O estacionamento é gratuito. Ponto negativo é que ao redor não tem opções de farmácia, restaurante academias. Hospedagem de uma semana a trabalho. Ao chegar, o controle da TV não funcionava e a porta do banheiro não fechava o trinco e nem a chave. Em um dos dias, o chuveiro não esquentou pela manhã. No café da manhã, em 2 dias, a maquina de café estava desligada, e a explicação para isso foi a falta de \"PRODUTO\". Para fechar com chave de \"ouro\", de quinta para sexta um hospede vizinho resolveu trocar o \"H\" de hotel para \"M\", e ai nem preciso contar os detalhes da situação vexatória 01:00 da manhã para quem precisava acordar na sexta de manhã, trabalhar e depois dirigir. Não tive uma boa experiência, e pelas avaliações positivas anotadas anteriormente, fui esperando mais, inclusive recomendando o hotel para mais 8 colegas que tiveram percepções semelhantes a minha.

Quando chegamos, mesmo após o horário de início do check-in, o quarto ainda não estava liberado e tivemos que aguardar. No quarto a janela não estava vedada por completo, bateu a noite inteira, a cortina era curta e não o suficiente para vedar a luz, não havia nem uma bandeja com copos vazios no quarto. No café da manhã a maioria das coisas estavam frias e não havia identificação suficiente para as coisas.

O hotel é razoavelmente bom, mas enfrentei perrengues de comunicação com os funcionários e com a prestação de serviços como um todo:
1) Não consegui acessar o wi-fi do hotel em momento algum;
2) Só alguns poucos canais da TV do quarto funcionavam e tive problemas com o controle remoto também;
3) Fui informado durante o check-in que o horário do café-da-manhã era das 5h às 10h, mas os funcionários só abrem o restaurante para tal refeição às 6h (isso se não atrasam), e ainda pecam na colocação dos utensílios e recipientes para os hóspedes usarem, assim como pecam na colocação de placas de identificação em alguns itens a fim de não confundir os hóspedes;
4) A limpeza do restaurante, denominado Le Jardin, deixa a desejar e os funcionários se ausentam do local na hora do cliente pagar, fazendo com que eu tenha que procurá-los para tal fim, tendo isto ocorrido durante os jantares dos 2 dias de estadia;
5) A geladeira do quarto não refrigerou, mas sim congelou uma bebida que eu trouxe, fazendo o recipiente (garrafa de vidro) quebrar com a geladeira fechada e sujar o seu interior, assim como o piso logo abaixo desta quando eu a abri;
6) Para resolver o problema descrito no item 5, liguei para o serviço de quarto, expliquei a situação e mandaram camareira para o quarto errado;
7) Ao check-out, constou a informação que eu devia um dos jantares, sendo que eu já havia pago ambos, então tive que mostrar o comprovante de pagamento para a recepcionista.

Quarto acessível para cadeirante, boa circulação, com cadeira higiênica disponível... porém, faltou orientação na adaptação do banheiro: o banco de paixão do chuveiro e a barra nas costas, fica incomodo e disfuncional. Além de quem não e cadeirante, não consegue dobrar o banco e retirar do caminho. Esses detalhes precisam de orientação especializada e um pedreiro.

A estada no Vila Rica foi razoável, ambiente limpo porém no limite do ok. Atendimento muito bem feito. Tivemos alguns contratempos, primeiro com a reserva, na qual ao chegar disseram que o hotel estava cheio, porém resolveram o problema e nos deram um apartamento melhor ao reservado, em segundo, o estacionamento teve que ser dividido com o pessoal de uma festa de casamento que estava acontecendo, uma zona total, meu carro ficou travado e não conseguia sair, tivemos que passar no canteiro com risco de acidente. O café da manha foi um ponto positivo, com boa variedade e itens fresco. A cama também atendia bem, tivemos uma boa noite de sono, sem ruídos externos.
