Foi uma ótima experiência como sempre, porém, me incomodou pessoas no café da manhã transitando e se servindo sem máscara e nenhum funcionário abordou. Eu o fiz, mas não adiantou, então isto me deixou incomodado, pois já fiquei várias vezes e nunca passei por este tipo de situação. Se é uma regra, o hotel precisa garantir o cumprimento e respeito. O café da manhã também deixou a desejar desta vez, faltou iogurte e as opções de alimentação estavam mais fracas que o habitual. De modo geral, é um excelente hotel, mas alguns pontos de atenção precisam ser cuidados para que a experiência seja sempre boa, como sempre é e sempre recomendei o mesmo.

Go Inn Campinas offers all the basic amenities for a comfortable stay including complimentary complete breakfast, Air Conditioning, room safe, and mini-fridge in each room. The accommodations are a step-above basic, but very comfortable and xtremely clean.
Conveniently located on the line between Centro and Cambuí, Go Inn is walking close to the weekend street fairs and the Campinas nightlife.

Like ibis but a little bit better

Whoever is used to the ibis hotels will fell at home in this one but it's a bit better with a king size bed what we dont find on ibis. Good location, quite, close to restaurants drugstores, with access to bus station if you wanna explore city by yourself.

Comuniquei sobre as manchas antigas de molho no lençol (notei apenas quando acordei pela manhã) e a atendente prontamente me devolveu a seguinte pergunta: \"o check out de vocês é hoje, né?\". Ainda pedi para trocarem o lençol porque eu ia descansar mais um pouco entre o café e o checkout, mas não trocaram. Considero isso falta de respeito com o hóspede. Cortinas manchadas, manchas de mofo nos rejuntes do banheiro e toalhas mega ásperas. Chuveiro barulhento igual a barulho de cigarra.
Tirando esses dissabores, o atendimento é excelente - nota 10 pro Wagner que fez nosso check-in e indicou um excelente lugar que entrega comida até 2h da manhã - bem localizado, cama confortável, excelente buffet de café da manhã e bom wifi.

Localização excelente em bairro nobre, hotel novo. Quarto de tamanho bom, ducha do banho forte e quente. Gostei da disposição da pia que fica fora do banheiro. Também achei fantástico a presença de um filtro de água na recepção, só precisa ter uma garrafa de água para abastecer, todos os hotéis deveriam ser assim. Senti a falta de copos no quarto. Na recepção tem uma geladeira com opção de bebidas e comidas( sanduíches e pratos rápidos que podem ser aquecidos em microondas), também achei ótimo, mas não utilizei. Voltaria a me hospedar se precisar.

Os quartos reservados não estavam disponíveis esperamos por 2 horas, disponibilizaram outro tipo de quarto que nao nos atendia e quando finalmente entramos estava sujo. Funcionarios nao preparados para resolver problemas depois de muita briga colocaram em outro quarto que tambem nao nos atendia. Banheito cheirando mal. Pouco funcionarios. Café da manhã sem higiene por falta de funcionários. Estacionamento demorado por falta de funcionarios. Fujam desse hotel!

Quarto está dentro do custo benefício, é razoavel. Porém nao gostamos do atendimento do restaurante no cafe da manhã, pedimos se seria possivel fazer ovo frito, pois nao posso comer a clara do ovo, e a funcionaria foi bem grossa e nao fez. Atendeu as necessidades

Estadia ok , quarto um pouco pequeno , estacionamento no subsolo porém se para na recepção para check in tem que dar a volta na quadra pois é contramão para acesso ao estacionamento, pia para fora do banheiro é um ponto positivo ,iluminação do quarto (luz de leitura ) muito forte , janela do nosso quarto estava com problemas em uma das trancas e não fechava 100% , detalhes , não prejudicou a estadia !

Anteriormente, o hotel utilizava a denominação Go Inn. Não houve alteração do modelo. O quarto tem bom espaço, mas o banheiro é pequeno. É preciso melhorar a qualidade das toalhas. O café da manhã vale a pena. Variedade de pães e bolos. Tinha até éclair (bomba) de chocolate.
