Overall good

Overall a good experience, but the conditions of the hotel could be better. The door bolts were loose and the wood a little degradeted. The bathroom has some broken hooks and the hair dryer didin’t work

It's almost impossible to find any good features in the hotel. Terrible maintenance of hotel rooms (inoperative safe, broken dryer), extremely run-down facilities (fitness room, elevator) and the most horrible thing is the unprofessionalism' of the front desk clerks, I was amazed by their discourtesy and lack of professionalism. It seems they don't know what they are supposed to do, they make lots of mistakes, don't handle problems properly, and very inhospitable. I think the only one reason visitors stay in this hotel is that there's no other hotel nearby. I seriously recommend that you never stay in this hotel, there are many good hotels in the downtown area of the city and it's not far.

Bad Internet and small breakfast area - great bed!

This property has a terrible internet, if you need to work in the room, it's going to be a bad experience. Breakfast are is very small, hard to find a place to sit.

Hotel is fine though nothing great...Poor internet

Hotel is perfectly fine if you get a budget rate....Food was fine though not great and one problem was internet wasn't great. Many Brazilian hotels struggle with internet (I test through quality of a skype phone call which was almost impossible)....however the next hotel I was at had AMAZING internet so I had to ding the hotel for the poor internet.

Alphaville with small mall, need taxi everyday

Stay for 4 days during a meeting at Brazil Synchrotron facility nearby, about 9km by car. Need call taxi everyday, about 30Real one way. About 55Real to bus terminal at Campinas which take about 2-hour (31Real) to Sao Paulo airport.
Hotel with a tiny swimming pool. Breakfast was good.
Not everybody could understand English, and a Japanese Sushi restaurant at Alphaville mall (about 2-minute walk) is worth a try.

Hotel is overall above average for Brazilian standards but the bed is hard like a concrete block and the breakfast is below average.
The neighborhood is really far away from anything in Campinas. Within the gated community there are a dozen shops within walking distance, but all very basic and most were closed every time I was done working and needed something.
The restaurant is also below average.
Overall I wouldn't choose to stay here but in comparison to the Sleep Inn Galleria (horrible) this was a vast improvement.

Fiquei 5 dias hospedada, o quarto é bem amplo e espaçoso, o colchão é razoável. O banheiro é bom, espaçoso também. Apareceram 2 baratas no meu quarto, falei com a recepção e eles prontamente me trocaram de quarto. Mas no quarto de umas amigas apareceu além de barata, um escorpião no banheiro. Precisam detetizar e melhorar muito a limpeza do hotel como um todo. O café da manhã é regular, poucas opções de variedades, todo dia a mesma coisa.

Hotel bom mas se preventiva do ar condicionado

O hotel é ótimo, mas infelizmente o ar condicionado não funciona quando cheguei já tinha água no chão.
Voltei do rodeio tentei ligar novamente e nada, mesmo desligando ficou fazendo barulho a noite inteira. Não reclamei na recepção devido ao horário, estava cansado e não iria conseguir atender ninguém para ver isso. Na parede já dá para ver umidade.

Minha experiencia foi ruim, apto e corredores sujos, muita sujeira sob as camas, lençóis pareceram não ter sido trocados, não havia toalhas de rosto disponível, além de que após as duas noites nas quais fiz uso das acomodações percebi erupções na pele indicando ser picadas de inseto, em fim, ruim, espero que reciclem seus procedimentos.

Fiz o check-in por volta das 22h. Tinha uma fila com umas 3 pessoas na minha frente. Demorou uns 20 minutos, sendo que tinham 3 pessoas para atender. As pessoas que queriam comprar água, salgadinho, simplesmente furavam a fila do check-in. Eu estava cansada e só queria tomar um banho e dormir. Quando cheguei no quarto, percebi que me deram um quarto adaptado para cadeirante. Não havia box no banheiro, tomei banho e o banheiro inteiro ficou molhado. Fiquei com medo de acordar a noite para usar o banheiro e escorregar. Não tinha toalha de rosto. A parede estava descascando por causa da umidade. O ar condicionado era antigo, não esfriava e só fazia barulho. O frigobar também só servia para fazer barulho no quarto porque fica vazio. Enfim, avalie se há outras opções. Eu não recomendo e não volto

Tive uma estadia agradável neste hotel. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso a pontos turísticos, restaurantes e transporte público. Os quartos são confortáveis, limpos e bem equipados, oferecendo um bom nível de privacidade e silêncio para descansar.

O atendimento da equipe foi cordial e eficiente, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e solicitações. O café da manhã foi satisfatório, com variedade e boa qualidade dos alimentos.

A estrutura geral do hotel é bem conservada, com áreas comuns organizadas e ambiente acolhedor. O Wi-Fi funcionou adequadamente durante toda a estadia, assim como os demais serviços disponíveis.

No geral, recomendo este hotel para quem busca uma opção prática, bem localizada e com bom custo-benefício.

Pense um pouco antes de se hospedar neste hotel

Atendimento recepção sempre com difuculdades. Demanda maior que a disponibilidade de pessoal. Realizei o processo de check in on-line previamente demandado pelo hotel por e-mail, o que não teve utilidade alguma no momento da chegada no mesmo.
Roupa de cama de baixa qualidade, no caso a coberta. Após a primeira diária, não houve reposição de papel higiênico no banheiro o que causou um transtorno desagradável, uma vez que eu estava hospedado sozinho. Para acessar área do restaurante, os hóspedes eram
obrigados a tomar chuva. Não havia acesso interno para a área de refeição por conta de reforma na recepção.

Sujidade e desconforto.

Tinha sujidade e bastante cabelo no banheiro inclusive no local para tomar banho. O colchão da cama de casal e os travesseiros de qualidade muito ruim. De todos os Ibis que hospedamos esse foi o pior.

Pontos positivos, tem frigobar e o tamanho do quarto é confortável.

Dificil identificar alguma coisa razoável.
Minha estadia foi desagradável, a situação está muito esquisita, acaba sobrando para os funcionários.
O ano pssado falaram que a administração era nova 23, esse ano 24/25 a desculpa é reforma.
Nesse hotel minha familia nao irá mais. Creio que a grande maioria, talvez todos, que estava hospedada não volta.

Ar condicionado funcionando mas com barulho ensurdecedor tanto o do nosso quarto como o dos quartos vizinhos , tremia a parede e as janelas , não dormimos essa noite !
