Good location

The room was good size and clean. The pool and sauna were excellent. It was in a great location. The only problem was that the air conditioner was noisy which made it slightly difficult to sleep. Overall it was well worth the money we paid to stay there.

The hotel was clean. The service was good. The beef was good. We walked to a restaurant. Nits: the plumbing in the bathroom had a small leak. The elevator was small. GPS did not point to actual location. Overall, the stay was pleasant. Would stay again.

- Pedi um lanche à noite , o garçom foi ótimo e educado, mas a carne estava dura , não deu nem para comer direito , não valeu o valor de 58 reais que paguei , reclamei , mas não deu em nada e tive que pagar 

 - Banheiro do quarto com mal cheiro , isto ficou pelos03 dias de hospedagem. Apesar que as camareiras foram gentis e educadas, deixaram um produto para eu colocar no ralo, no vaso e na pia. Disseram que os apartamentos com final 01 e 02 tem este problema sempre

- A TV pega poucos canais e imagem ruim , pedi para o rapaz da recepção verificar , para eu pelo menos assistir os canais abertos ,e, foi-me dito que chamaria a manutenção, mas não vieram e não pude assistir meus jogos

O hotel é bem antigo, instalações antigas. Achei que o ar condicionado do nosso quarto não estava dando vazão, e também havia uma poça de água próximo ao quarto de manhã, vindo do próprio ar condicionado. COm uma mancha de infiltração na parede. Mas no geral o hotel é confortável, bem localizado e tem um ótimo café da manhã, boa variedade. Internet funciona bem.Tem piscina na cobertura e uma pequena academia.

Quarto amplo, com banheiro privativo, limpo e higienizado diariamente, com todos os equipamentos funcionando corretamente, porém, poderiam melhorar a TV, em particular no quarto, atualizando-as. Equipe de funcionários OK, mas, poderiam melhorar, através de treinamento comportamental e perfil profissional. Academia pequena, mas, ótima para fazer uma atividade. Piscina deixou a desejar, pelo excesso de creme e sujeita. Penso que a manutenção deveria ser mais breve e que disponibilizasse chuveiro para entrar fora da sauna, a qual não fui, bem como aquisição de, pelo menos, mais 2 guarda-sóis, pois havia apenas 1 e em más condições. Saguão limpo e asseado, bar arrumado, lustres bonitos, mas, me passava uma sensação de não harmonia. Restaurante bom, com ampla variedade de café da manhã, mas, particularmente, achei os prato para almoço um pouco caros, porém, se justificam pelos ingredientes. Deixar claro, nos anúncios, que o estacionamento é COBRADO A PARTE, ou seja, não há estacionamento, mas, uma parceria, pelo fato do hotel ao lado ser da mesma rede.
No geral, voltando a Campinas, é um hotel que vou avaliar se houveram melhoras e se justifica para hospedagem.

Dessa vez reservamos por causa da academia e foi uma decepção chamar aquilo de academia deve ser do tempo que fundou o hotel não serviu pra nada na saída o atendente que estava na hora foi péssimo. Um senhor baixo fortinho de cabelo amarrado muito ríspido cobrou 4 estacionamento e só utilizamos 3

A localização do hotel é muito boa. O café-da-manhã e o room service foram excelentes. Faltou apenas a opção de água quente para o chá. Decepção e Desrespeito no Dan Inn

Minha experiência no Hotel Dan Inn Campinas foi extremamente negativa. Logo no check-in, exigiram cópias dos documentos de todos os hóspedes, o que contraria a Constituição Brasileira e expõe dados sensíveis a riscos de fraude em caso de perda ou vazamento. O hotel é velho, com quartos pouco limpos, móveis antigos e estrutura mal conservada.

As informações da reserva eram desencontradas, nada condizia com o que foi contratado. O café da manhã foi caótico: espaço insuficiente, comida mal disposta, gritaria e total desorganização – uma experiência desagradável.

O pior foi o cheiro forte de fritura que tomava conta do corredor e do quarto. Provavelmente vinha da cozinha ou da área de exaustão próxima, causando alergias e tornando impossível ter uma boa noite de sono. Não recomendo e jamais voltaria.

Ótima localização, hotel bom, com a decoração mais antiga. Banheiro e chuveiro bons. Café da manhã com muita variedades, porém a reposição dos itens e a limpeza das mesas estavam demoradas. Cada hora faltava algo, ou prato, ou xícara, ou queijo ou pão de queijo etc.
Um elevador (de dois) estava quebrado durante a minha hospedagem.
