It’s not a bad hotel, I would recommend to a friend. However, it shouldn’t be a 4-star hotel. It’s good for a quick stay, but the beds were kinda old and uncomfortable.

This should not be considered as a 4 star hotel. It is an old hotel. There is snot always someone there to help and carry the suitcases up the stairs from the street. In our first room the safe was not working. The table lamps by the bed were not working. The electrical outlet in the bathroom was broken. After we asked to change rooms we found similar problems in the new room, with the exception of the electrical outlet in the bathroom. There are no drinking cups in nay of the rooms. There is a small refrigerator but you have to provide your own drinks. There is no ironing board or iron in any of the rooms. You have to ask for there items. For most of our 10 day stay the breakfasts were were more like a continental breakfast than a full buffet breakfast. On our last day they suddenly provided more choices for breakfast. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful when needed.

The location is very good close to everything you need when traveling. The hotel is good but the bedding sheets and towels are very old, some even with holes in it. My room was facing the back of the hotel so it was quiet outside, but there were a lot of noises coming from the hallway and the bathroom. When people use any kind of water in the bathrooms it can be heard on the rooms next to it. You can hear the elevator even if your room is the last one on the hallway . The rooms doors are heavy and makes a lot of noises when people slam them. Breakfast ok but not so many variety.

We used to live in Campinas. This hotel served our purpose well for a return visit to see friends. It is located near restaraunts, grocery stores and Saturday morning Hippy Fair. Malls are also relatively close.

Gostei bastante da estadia, o quarto é super espaçoso, cama enorme e confortável, café da manhã com bastante variedade. O banheiro também bom e espaçoso, só podiam ficar mais de olho na manutenção das torneiras (na da pia, o jato de água saía para todos os lados e vazava um pouco) e prateleiras para por ítens de banho e sabonete, que estavam um pouco velhas e tortas, o que pode dar uma aparência desleixada. Mas foram detalhes que em nada atrapalharam, ficaria novamente.

No Hotel fala que tem Room Service 24h, mas ninguém atende o telefone e quando ligamos na recepção disseram que a gente precisava descer pra fazer o pedido ( que é no outro hotel da rede - que fica ao lado). No café da manhã senti falta do bacon com os ovos mexidos, mas tinha salsicha e linguiça. O Chuveiro com os buracos entupidos e a água caia muito torta dificultando o banho pois era dentro da banheira e pra lavar a cabeça era difícil pq estava caindo água toda pra trás fora da banheira.

Já nos hospedamos duas vezes nesse hotel. Gostamos: Café da manhã com muitas opções; a limpeza do hotel como um todo; o atendimento na recepção e no bar do hotel (O garçon muito atencioso); A opção de comprar as bebidas na recepção; não usamos a piscina e a academia, por falta de tempo; ponto de táxi na porta do hotel; e a localização, perto da praça que tem feira de artezanato aos domingos. O ponto negativo para mim, foi a minha dificuldade de entrar na banheira de hidro para tomar banho. Vou atentar para esse detalhe e escolher um quarto que tenha box normal, da próxima vez.

O hotel apesar de parecer requintado estão com instalções muito velhas , banheiro com bidê de 30 anos atras, a parte do cafe da manha com cadeiras precisando uregente de reforma, mesas pensas. café da manhã é razoável, apesar que o bolo visivelmente érs possivel perceber que não era fresco , já deveria ter um dias , estava ressecado como se fosse velho.

A televisão é pequena e a qualidade da imagem deixa a desejar — não sei se por conta da TV em si ou do sinal da antena.
O banheiro também requer atenção: o teto é antigo, com sinais de mofo e acúmulo de sujeira. A vedação acústica do quarto é fraca, o que permite ouvir barulhos vindos de outros quartos e da rua.
Além disso, no momento do check-out, havia apenas um funcionário na recepção. Embora ele fosse simpático e atencioso, não dava conta da demanda, o que gerou uma longa fila e bastante espera. O mesmo ocorreu com a garagem, que funciona apenas com serviço de manobrista — também operado por uma única pessoa, o que causava demora tanto na entrega quanto na retirada dos veículos.
