Hotel was HORRIBLE. I reserved this hotel for 15 days. I checked out after few minute and this horrible hotel did not return my money. Dont EVER stay here.

Marvelous hotel with spacious rooms, and a great breakfast. Located in a central area.

Bruna
Excellent staff but the room is old and not enough space!
Ricardo
Good hotel but not what you expect from a 4-star
It’s not a bad hotel, I would recommend to a friend. However, it shouldn’t be a 4-star hotel. It’s good for a quick stay, but the beds were kinda old and uncomfortable.
Evaldo
cleaning staff slams the rooms doors around my room early morning everyday during my stay. I could listen to their conversations clearly.
Marcelo
Reasonable stay, nothing spetacular
Old hotel, good location, but decadent
Nancy
This should not be considered as a 4 star hotel. It is an old hotel. There is snot always someone there to help and carry the suitcases up the stairs from the street. In our first room the safe was not working. The table lamps by the bed were not working. The electrical outlet in the bathroom was broken. After we asked to change rooms we found similar problems in the new room, with the exception of the electrical outlet in the bathroom. There are no drinking cups in nay of the rooms. There is a small refrigerator but you have to provide your own drinks. There is no ironing board or iron in any of the rooms. You have to ask for there items. For most of our 10 day stay the breakfasts were were more like a continental breakfast than a full buffet breakfast. On our last day they suddenly provided more choices for breakfast. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful when needed.

The location is very good close to everything you need when traveling. The hotel is good but the bedding sheets and towels are very old, some even with holes in it. My room was facing the back of the hotel so it was quiet outside, but there were a lot of noises coming from the hallway and the bathroom. When people use any kind of water in the bathrooms it can be heard on the rooms next to it. You can hear the elevator even if your room is the last one on the hallway . The rooms doors are heavy and makes a lot of noises when people slam them. Breakfast ok but not so many variety.
Marcelo
Fair cost x benefit, good location
It is an old property. Location is good, but do not expect to be fancy or looking fresh. You get what you pay for, fair.

Hotel has a great location, but need an update. Also, I forgot my luggage in the room, I called, and they said the never saw my luggage. Very upset!

Ótimo
Tudo incrível. Hotel limpo. Organizado. Bem localizado.

LINEU TAKAHASHI

Maria Assunta
O hotel, no geral, é bom. Localização excelente, ótimo café da manhã. Chuveiro bom.
Claudio Cesar
A equipe atenciosa.
Sandro

Manobristas atenciosos e educados.

Maria Fernanda
