The hotel is very clean and modern, staff are friendly and the facilities are good. Breakfast was included in my stay and this was great too.

Overall I would definitely recommend and when in town I will look to stay here again

Pros: Pool is amazing and view was great from the rooftop. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Toiletries were good and the kitchen was well-equipped. We enjoyed the breakfast and food was always fresh. Egg options cooked fresh to order. The pão de queijo was the best we had in a hotel in Brazil so far. There is a self-service convenience store which was useful also for a quick coffee or supplies for the room if needed. We used the gym several times and it was well-equipped for a full workout and the equipment was in good condition.

Cons:
We enjoyed the outdoor pool however there were broken loungers a few days (we forgot to report so perhaps they may have fixed these) and the water was too warm on a couple of days when the air temperature was over 30c. Sadly the music playing during the day was often very heavy and hard electronic and often the speakers would stop during songs. None of these were dealbreakers for us and we would stay again.

This was a great hotel. The 12th floor pool and gym area was very nice. The staff were extra helpful with us since we did not speak Portuguese. I would stay there again for sure. Lots of adorable shops and restaurants within walking distance too.

The stay was truly outstanding! If I was to have any complaint, it would be that the pool is too small for a hotel of this size. It is a truly gorgeous pool, but extremely small. Many people would come to the pool and left because there was not enough room.

Please check you question about parking. It only gives you one option (street parking). I used the hotel parking which was great. The attendants treated my vehicle with care and they were very quick to deliver my car when I checked out to depart.

Every hotel employee that spoke with me or helped me was very courteous, professional, and helpful. Excellent service!

This was one of the worst stays we had in a recent 15-days trip to Brazil. It's unclear how this hotel has reached a 4 star rating. The rooms are very small (room pictures in the website are deceiving). We arrive around 8PM tired from a long trip w/ a small child and large suitcases. We were promptly informed by the staff member at the front desk (Leticia) that the hotel only had one luggage cart that was currently being used by another guest and we would need to get all of our 6 suitcases to the room by ourselves, without any staff help, as she was the only staff member working at the hotel at that time. We tried to ask her to let us borrow the cart, since the other guest using it had only a few small luggage pieces and the cart was sitting by the main door, with said luggage for along time, but were told that the cart was on a \"first-come-first served\" basis regardless of the guests actual need. Leticia also demanded payment for our 2 nights stay before we could even get to our room, something we have never been asked to do in other 4 start hotels before. The next day, at breakfast there was a gentleman having breakfast in his PJ's, something considered highly inappropriate in Brazilian culture, and probably other cultures around the world. The list goes on and on. We did complain to a manager, but all he could do was to offer us a small discount on the room rates should we decide to extend our stay. We cut our stay short, found a better hotel in Campinas and won't be back

Coming frequently to Campinas I have stayed in all hotels in Cambui and really enjoyed the comfort of this flat. Being bigger even for a solo trip makes it more comfortable .
Nice modern hotel, great breakfast and location was great. I will stay there again.

Nice hotel in center of Campinas

This hotel is located in an upscale neighborhood in Campinas. We understand that it is about 2-3 years old and everything looks new. The room was very modern with a separate bedroom, kitchenette, 2 TVs, 2 HVAC units with remote control, etc.. There is an on-site restaurant that will make food to order. The restaurant was clean with friendly service, but charges a premium price and also added on about a 20% charge to the final bill, which I assume was for tips but they didn’t say. On the top level there is a nice gym, rooftop pool, and a sauna. Very comfortable bed too. Overall, a very nice hotel!

This hotel was lovely. The decor was extremely cute, with a spacious kitchen and living room area. The balcony was a nice touch to see the surrounding area, which was very fun. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. The only downside was that the mattress was slightly too firm for my liking -- but that's just a personal preference. Wish I had additional time to stay!

Probably the best place to stay in Campinas!

Fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms feature a kitchen, sofa and a desk to work, there is also a great view of the city. The location at Cambui is fantastic - safe and close to many food joints. On the top floor, there is a good gym plus an infinity pool. If you have to stay in Campinas, this is definitely a great hotel to stay in. Not to mention, the staff is also very hospitable.

A acomodação em si precisa de mais atenção na manutenção e na limpeza. Havia um cheiro desagradável vindo do ralo do banheiro, e as janelas estavam muito empoeiradas, o que passa a impressão de falta de cuidado com os detalhes. De forma geral, é perceptível que o hotel necessita de uma manutenção mais frequente.

Outro ponto que chamou atenção foi a quantidade reduzida de funcionários. Em alguns momentos o serviço de quarto demorava bastante para atender os pedidos. Quando eu retornava para verificar o que havia acontecido, às vezes informavam que não havia outra pessoa disponível para ficar no lugar, o que gerava algumas confusões e atrasos no atendimento.

Por outro lado, o café da manhã foi um ponto positivo da estadia. Os alimentos estavam frescos e bem preparados, o que tornou essa parte da experiência agradável.

No geral, o hotel tem potencial, mas é notável a falta de manutenção na estrutura e de uma equipe mais completa para atender os hóspedes com mais eficiência. Com alguns ajustes nesses pontos, a experiência poderia ser bem melhor.

O quarto era muito cômodo e limpo. A equipe era gentil e o café da manhã variado é delicioso num ambiente muito bonito.
Por vezes a recepção demorava bastante para atender ao telefone.
O secador de cabelos dos quartos só funcionam na potência mínima que é extremamente fraca e quando pedi um secador mais forte me enviaram um que não funcionava e que para minha surpresa era o único extra do hotel.

Hotel bom, mas há ressalvas.

O hotel é muito bom, mas o processo do check in é extremamente demorado. Estive em 2 diferentes momentos e o processo não muda.

Por outro lado, os quartos e as instalações são incríveis! Realmente me sinto bem confortável.

A localização também é ótima, com fácil acesso para restaurantes e outros entretenimentos da região.

Bom hotel para família e para negócios

Um hotel bem localizado no bairro central de Cambuí em Campinas e com boa estrutura. O quarto atende bem o casal mas para um terceiro hóspede fica um pouco apertado. A comida é boa e o hotel possui estacionamento além de piscina, academia pequena e sauna no rooftop. Alguns pequenos detalhes de manutenção foram percebidos como cofre e ar condicionado que pararam de funcionar
