O hotel me surpreendeu. É um prédio antigo, mas tudo é muito bem limpo e organizado. A cama é confortável, assim como os travesseiros. O ar-condicionado funciona muito bem. Agradeço pela estadia, porém acredito que alguns pontos podem ser melhorados para justificar o valor cobrado.

Quarto:
O chuveiro apresentava problemas, a água não esquentava adequadamente e só funcionava deixando quase desligado, além de sair pouca água. A cortina do quarto também deixa passar bastante claridade, e por volta das 5h30 já entra uma luz forte. O ar-condicionado só gelava com a porta do banheiro fechada, o que incomodou um pouco. A TV também tinha a imagem muito ruim, o que prejudica a experiência

De manhã cedo, o barulho de portas batendo e conversas nos corredores atrapalhou bastante o descanso.

Comodidades:
O café da manhã estava bom, porém o pão estava duro. Já o jantar tinha poucas opções disponíveis.

No geral, acredito que pequenos ajustes já fariam grande diferença para oferecer mais conforto ao hóspede, especialmente considerando o valor atual da diária.

Fiquei duas noites no hotel, o colchão era velho, o quarto estava cheirando a mofo e poeira, foi só entrar que a crise alérgica atacou!

O estacionamento era terceirizado e eles cobraram 25 reais por diária (para o carro ficar no tempo, a céu aberto).

Muito barulho nos arredores do quarto, não consegui dormir de noite, parecia que o prédio estava desmoronando, acho que deve ter algum problema hidráulico porque quando alguém usava o banheiro fazia muito barulho, não fiquem em quartos no “E” devido o barulho de carros na rua.

Lamentavelmente voltando de minha viagem a Caldas Novas, parei novamente no Fenix, achando que teria o mesmo conforto como foi na ida. Na primeira vez fiquei no quarto E 2, bem limpo e confortável, na segunda e última vez, espero, fiquei no apartamento 401, com uma cama desconfortável para um casal, ar condicionado quebrado (não tem as ventoinhas), vaso do banheiro solto, sem contar a barulhada de conversas em tons altos no quarto do andar pois tem uma porta trancada para ser também usado como conjugado e se vc está cansado, dirigindo o dia todo, querendo dormir até umas 8 hs da manhã, pode esquecer, pois o hotel atende a várias firmas no em torno, os funcionários das mesmas tem horários para levantar e muito cedo começa o bate porta e o falatório no corredor, te obrigando também a levantar e voltar para a estrada. Vá também preparado para desembolsar R$ 25.00 para estacionar .

Estive na cidade a trabalho , chegando no quarto me deram um quarto PCD onde todo o quarto era adaptado para isso, causando um risco enorme de acidente pra uma pessoa sem deficiência pois não tinha box no banheiro causando assim uma quantidade absurda de água quando ligava o chuveiro . Tivemos um acidente inclusive no quarto que graças a Deus não tão grave , minha amiga levou um tombo no banheiro por estar todo molhado pela falta do box . Quando foi o check in solicitei ap hotel para mudar de quarto alertando sobre o risco mas me responderam que foi o aplicativo Hotels. Com que solicitou esse quarto e que não haveria outro . Então fomos obrigada a ficar lá .

Quarto com tudo cheirando a murrinha, o colchão é do tempo da minha bisavó a porta que separa do outro quarto não tem proteção acústica, escutei todo o jogo que o vizinho assistia e depois o ronco dele a noite inteira. Apesar do bom atendimento na recepção, não dá para voltar. Precisa de uma geral urgente.
