My stay was amazing as always. That's why keep coming back. Unfortunately, when I was living a minor mistake done at the time to assign my car to the room became a hassle. The car parking agent at the door kept on arguing with with me that my car was not there and it did not match my room number. I tried to help giving him details of what was in the car. To what he replied it was not enough. I had to be tough an reply, after several kindly tentative, that I wanted my car. I had paid for them to park it. It was not my fault the incompetence. Fernando the checking manager at the time was coming out and supported me, nice of him.
It is sad to mention that somebody just before me asked for the car keys without any room number and he just gave.
Please be attentive to people serving your audience. He did mention the fact that it was not his intention to be harsh. But, he was. Anyway, i need to say this is quite the opposite behaviour i found before. For now i will take it as one off. Just wish it does not happen anymore. He could easily ask the checking manager the information he needed , without creating a mess.

Nice and clean hotel in a very good neighborhood. Spacious rooms, good breakfast. Alphaville is a nice, clean and safe town. My only challenge was getting timely response to questions before arrival. Check-in ends at midnight but my flight arrives in the morning. I just could not get them hold my room so that I can check-in the morning. Other than that it is a great hotel, friendly staff. Overall, I would recommend.

It would be nice to have a couch in the room but overall the stay was nice. The breakfast was exceptional one of the best I ever had for free at a hotel. My parents didn’t have an adaptor to charge their phones since we are from Canada and the hotel gave them one which was very generous. The only issue was during check in they tried to charge us extra because we were bringing our dog and we told them it was not stated on Expedia where we booked that there would be extra charges. They tried to argue until my wife spoke to the manager and he agreed not to charge us extra. So better communication between the hotel and Expedia would be nice. But a nice stay.

Very nice hotel in a lovely part of town. The room rated 5 stars except the shower head that liudly dripped and the aging carpet.

The first time to stay at Alphaville. The hotel situated at the very convenient commercial area, which has a lot of eating options, including cafe. The supermarket is walking distance. The staffs were nice and very efficient. The only thing missing was coffee maker and hot pot in the room. Otherwise, very comfortable.

For the price it is certainly worth staying . Not only is it competitive in cost but is a well and clean hotel. I would highly recommended and stay hear again. The shower presure is great but not necessay - you can reduce water consumption in have by simply placing regalators o. The shower and faucet...The only thing is that one of our rooms had a musty stay... other than this great.
