O custo benefício é excelente. Local com preço muito bom e um lugar a altura. Só não foi perfeito por conta da tampa da privada quebrada e encontramos uma latinha de cerveja, vazia embaixo da cama. Isso demonstra que o quarto não foi limpo embaixo das camas.

Fomos bem recebidos no hotel, que está em reforma e parece que previamente era um motel. O quarto (parede da janela tinha infiltração) era amplo para 4 pessoas, mas o banheiro minúsculo e apertado, com o vaso sanitário em frente à saída do box. A louça da pia do banheiro nao estava bem higienizada , com muito lodo próximo ao ralo; a louça do vaso sanitário também não havia sido idealmente limpa pois exalava forte odor de urina. Na madrugada um carro estacionou bem ao lado da janela do quarto, e a janela trepidou bastante, inclusive quando a porta do carro foi fechada e acabei acordando. Achei razoável para uma pernoite, não conseguiria me hospedar por vários dias.

Não dei 5 estrelas porque erraram meu quarto, reservei um quarto com 2 camas uma de solteiro e uma de casal, chegando lá tinha apenas 1 cama de casal, fui na recepção e eles resolveram, porem fiquei em um quarto com 2 camas de solteiro, diferente do que a gente havia pedido.
Fora isso a estadia foi muito boa e agradável, o quarto era confortável, o café da manhã era ótimo, só acho q deveriam acrescentar frigobar nos quartos.

Como ponto positivo, o café da manhã todos os dias foram excelentes, com reposição rápida e opções variadas. A TV por ser Smart, tinha muitas opções de canais, porém, por utilizar a internet tinha muitas falhas.
Como pontos negativos: Pedimos um travesseiro extra, falaram que iam nos atender mais de uma vez e nunca atenderam a nossa solicitação. A localização é ruim, se não tiver carro próprio. A região não tem nada próximo, como supermercados, farmácia ou restaurantes. A falta de um frigobar no quarto é amenizada com um purificador de água disponível no 1° andar, porém, ainda faz muita falta. Como pontos negativos: Pedimos um travesseiro extra, falaram que iam nos atender mais de uma vez e nunca atenderam a nossa solicitação. A localização é ruim, se não tiver carro próprio. A região não tem nada próximo, como supermercados, farmácia ou restaurantes. A falta de um frigobar no quarto é amenizada com um purificador de água disponível no 1° andar, porém, ainda faz muita falta. Para quem vai para Jaguariuna eu indico muito. O hotel é excelente mas não tem muitas vagas de estacionamento; faltou sabão líquido para lavar as mãos e um tapete no banheiro (ou vedarem as portas pois vaza água do BOX para o banheiro). Fiquei feliz por achar bolo sem lactose, da próxima quero comer de novo o coissant de frango que estava divino.
