Não recomendo. Caríssimo pelo que oferece.

Inicialmente, me empurraram um quarto de categoria inferior. Liguei para relatar, telefone não funciona. Desci e me ofereceram outro quarto… igual, também fora da categoria que havia pago. Hotel velho, ao lado de fábricas de tijolos, banheiro velho… enfim… terrível. Não recomendo. Caríssimo pelo que oferece.

A equipe da recepção atenciosa, simpática! Eles tem guarda malas gratuito. Serviço de quarto rápido, pedi o almoço, mesmo o restaurante lotado, veio rápido!
Mas a cama não é macia, os travesseiros também não! O cofre estava quebrado e a janela não possuía trava.
O hotel é bom, só precisa melhorar nesses pontos! Voltaria a me hospedar lá

O hotel é muito amplo e conta com diversas opções de lazer e entretenimento que atende crianças e adultos...
Os quartos são bem amplos e confortáveis...
Os atendentes são todos bem prestativos e atenciosos....
O único ponto que deixou um pouco a desejar foi o café da manhã que encerra às 09:30 e apresentou demora em repor as opções (não postei as fotos porque diversas opções estavam em falta e as fotos não ficaram legais)....

Comida deliciosa e a variedade no café da manhã é incrível. Estrutura do Hotel muito boa para passar um final de semana com amigos e familia, inclusive com criança. O atendimento é sensacional, todos muito atenciosos e simpaticos. O unico problema (e que realmente me faz pensar se volto ou não) é a parte da limpeza, especialmente dos carpetes dos corredores, que estavam encardidos e dava pra ver que não são higienizados há meses ou até anos. Precisam ser trocados urgente.

Estadia muito agradável.. Hotel muito bom, limpo e organizado. Bom atendimento. Bastante opções de lazer. Bom para família com crianças. Pontos a Melhorar: 1) Checkout poderia ser as 14:00 tendo em vista o check in as 16:00 (absurdo isso). 2) Climatizar a piscina aberta pois fica vazia e a aquecida fica lotada, assim ficaria mais confortável ambos os espaços.

Cheguei pouco antes das 22hs. Antes de me sentar no restaurante para jantar, consultei o responsável sobre o atendimento, o qual me foi assegurado. Enquanto me servi no buffet frio, pedi a bebida. Na primeira garfada, me foi informado que a comida seria retirada. Reclamei com o responsável pela cozinha e a resposta foi “que seria retirado”. Não concordei e me levantei e fiquei sem jantar. Para a identificação do responsável pela informação inicial, houve um jogo de empurra. Identificado aguardei sua vinda e meu cuidado foi confirmado. Ofereceram servir, mas por razões óbvias, não aceitei nova alimentação. Com relação à limpeza, as toalhas de banho exalavam um odor horrível. Sem condição de uso.

Não cumpriu com a forma de pagamento estabelecida

O hotel em si é muito bom, atendimento exemplar em todo o espaço. Só não achei correto quando cheguei pra fazer o check in, e pagaria na propriedade,  mas tivemos a surpresa de o valor integral ja ter sido cobrado no dia anterior no cartão de crédito,  sendo que a reserva deixou bem claro que pagariamos na propriedade. E ainda por cima, o hotel deixou claro que foi o Hoteis.com que cobrou a reserva e não eles, ou seja, não podiam fazer nada. Achei muito estranho, principalmente porque não consegui nenhum contato humano pelo telefone disponível, pelo chat, o robo não leva a lugar nenhum e não consegui resolver nada, achei um descaso.
O hotel como sempre muito bom, mas se atrapalharam no domingo no almoço. Não avisaram que seria a la carte os pedidos, e ficamos 1h até vir a comida. Mas foi tudo resolvido.

Ótimo! Teve recreação para as crianças. Ambiente agradável, funcionários educados. A estrutura dos quartos dá para perceber que é antiga, mas é limpo e confortável.
Custo benefício da hostedagem é Ótimo. Para quem não pretende sair do hotel, fica mais barato fazer a opção de All Inclusive com buffet de almoco e jantar.
A cerveja, suco, água,.achei o valor alto, acima da media.
Pratos a la carte tb achei alto o valor.

O hotel é um pouco antigo e precisa de reformas porém se levar em conta o custo x beneficio atendeu a minha necessidade que era apenas passar uma noite. A cama poderia ser mais confortável e o valor do jantar achei um pouco alto (80 reais por pessoa) assim como as bebidas e afins.

Hotel muito bem localizado, porém a portaria está colocada num ponto muito perigoso. Testemunhei duas situação graves com outros automóveis e eu mesmo quase tive um acidente ao tentar acessar o Hotel. Em dois dos 3 dias que permaneci no Hotel, apenas um elevador estava em funcionamento. Na noite que fiz o check-in, solicitei uma refeição específica no quarto e a entrega foi equivocada (outro prato chegou depois de quase 40 minutos de espera). Algumas vezes que cheguei no Hotel, ao final de meu compromisso profissional, o estacionamento estava lotado. Observei que algumas vagas \"livres\" tinham um cone; então, era necessário descer do carro para retirá-lo e poder ocupar a vaga. Até o momento não entendi se os cones estavam reservando as vagas para outros hóspedes ou se era proibido estacionar naquelas vagas. O quarto é bom, porém os poucos canais que estavam disponíveis na TV tinham imagem ruim. Café da manhã excelente e funcionários atenciosos e solícitos. Área de lazer muito boa e limpa.

A estrutura oferecida é muito boa. Voltaria com certeza, mas na única noite que ficamos (que era uma noite de descanso para seguir viagem) tinha uma obra barulhenta (que não foi avisada no anúncio, somente aviso no elevador visto pós check-in) e algum tipo de convenção de pessoas extremamente mal educadas que fizeram festa até tarde e muito barulho durante a madrugada. Como disse, falta de sorte. Acho que o hotel não deveria permitir esse tipo de comportamento dos hóspedes.

Piscina fria e jacuzzi gelada.

Dos 5 dias que fiquei lá, com minha filha, 25 a 29/07) a piscina aquecida ficou fria durante 3 dias. E a jacuzzi só esquentou no último dia! Foi ruim porque, no inverno, com criança, as piscinas precisavam estar aquecidas! Era desconfortavel entrar na água. A piscina morna estava fria. E a jacuzzi (que deveria estar quente) estava gelada!

Hotel Magnífico

O hotel é agradável. O estacionamento é amplo e não foi cobrado. Há um supermercado próximo, do outro lado da rua. Os quartos possuem boa estrutura, amplos na medida, com cabides, cofre, mesa de estudo, frigobar, TV a cabo, álcool em gel, água quente, cama confortável e grande. A comida pode ser servida no quarto e são pratos bem preparados e servidos, a salada é fenomenal e bemmmm servida. Possuem as quadras e bastante atividade/brinquedos para as crianças. A piscina é grande, a térmica não aquece muito, pois é alimentada por placas solares e o ambiente que ela fica há muita incidência do vento e para criança eu não aconselho. Há uma boa academia e bom salão de jogos. Atendentes cordiais e sempre dispostos.
