Hotel located next to the santa geneva center, a 1-minute walk to the side gate. New and well maintained hotel, breakfast ok. The only downside is the beds, which are very hard and uncomfortable.

Poré, ficamos hospedados por 3 noites e tivemos um incoveniente: No primeiro dia fomos despertados pelo telefone em um volume altissimo perguntando se queriamos reposição do frigobar. No terceiro dia acordamos com MUITA CONVERSA ALTA no corredor. Depois de algum tempo, abri a porta e vi que eram 2 funcionarias que faziam a reposição de frigobar dos quartos. Acredito que seja falta de orientação. Foi bem ruim, tendo em vista que chegavamos pela manã na hospedagem com intenção de descansar e dormir.

1 - O quarto é muito bom, aconchegante, tudo muito limpo e organizado, ar condicionado funciona bem, tv com muitos canais. Gostei muito do espaço. Os funcionários foram educados comigo na entrada e na saída.
2 - Tive um problema que poderia ter sido muito crítico. Não sei se é orientação padrão do hotel, ou se isso é uma atitude exclusiva de um colaborador da limpeza. No meu segundo dia de estadia, uma colaboradora perguntou se poderia limpar o quarto e combinei de fazê-lo ás 15h do dia em questão. Acontece que, quem limpou o quarto jogou fora caixas que eu ainda iria utilizar. Uma caixa de um dos meus perfumes, uma caixa onde levei equipamentos eletrônicos caros para apresentação na feira em que eu era expositor e uma sacola. Eu imaginei que a limpeza levasse em consideração somente o que estava dentro da lixeira e não itens que ficam na mesa ou na cama (ou até no chão) sem certeza se devem ou não serem jogados fora. Minha colega de trabalho, hospedada em outro quarto, teve a comida jogada fora, mesmo sem estar na lixeira. Portanto, a respeito dessa situação eu considero que o hotel deve rever suas políticas e dessa forma deixo também minha nota mais baixa do que poderia ser.

O café da manhã tem um ótimo custo benefício, oferecendo muitas opções e tudo muito fresco e quentinho. A equipe foi muito solicita e a localização, para quem trabalho próximo a Rod. Dom Pedro, é muito boa e o ponto alto do hotel.
Único ponto de melhoria seria sobre o estacionamento:
Achei o valor cobrado na diária do estacionamento um pouco alto, principalmente considerando que era apenas para o pernoite, ou seja, eu estacionava após às 19h e saia com o carro antes das 07h.

Hotel com ótimo café da manhã com bastante variedade, inclusive leite zero lactose, o que é raro de se encontrar em muitos hotéis. O quarto estava bem limpo, com roupas de cama bem limpas e travesseiros confortáveis. No banheiro, encontrei toalhas bem novas e shampoo e sabonete líquido em frascos bem grandes com aroma agradável. O quarto tem sinal de internet bom, mas a TV estava com sinal péssimo da Claro durante a minha estadia em vários dias e mal dava para assistir qualquer coisa. Gostei do fato de o elevador do hotel chegar até a garagem, pois facilita bastante o transporte das malas. A localização do hotel também é muito boa, pois tem fácil acesso até rodovias que levam até vários pontos de Campinas.

Experiência ruim, meu quarto que era superior, com hidromassagem, a hidro vazava e molhava todo o banheiro, o chuveiro não havia como abrir p esquentar sem se molhar com água gelada, o blackout não era 100%. Os elevadores são lentos e não suportam a número de hóspedes, sendo q para sair do hotel pela manhã aguradávamos de 15 até 30 minutos para descer. Não tem kit de higiene na acomodação. A cereja do bolo, teve uma festa no bar com música ao vivo que foi até as 23:30, o quarto não tem isolamento acústico para garantir uma boa noite de sono p quem está viajando a trabalho.

Já fiquei várias vezes nesse hotel. Ele é fora do centro de Campinas, mas muito cômodo de você vai fazer algo na região da Dom Pedro.
As pessoas são muito simpáticas, o quarto é bem confortável. Minha única ressalva é a questão de se chegar tarde e o restaurante fechar às 22:30. Se estiver de carro, tranquilo pois é bem perto de Barão Geraldo e do Shopping Parque Dom Pedro.
