Even the ‘Superior’ room has maintenance issues. Bathroom sink was partially clogged, shower box doesn’t hold the shower water - the bathroom gets very wet. Besides, I can’t believe they are not offering face towels to save costs…

Good location, staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a budget hotel, room is really small, only minimal amenities (soap bar and shampoo/shower gel), only one bath towel per guest and no hand towels, but staff gave me an extra one when I asked. Bed was comfortable. Surfaces in the room (floor and table) were dirty and sticky. Air conditioner worked super well, which was great as we're having a heat wave. There was a mini fridge in the room that worked super well to keep water very cold. We didn't have breakfast but it looked good, with fruits, cakes, breads, cold cuts and some hot items. I would recommend this hotel for a younger generation.

Nos foi dado o quarto errado. Categoria inferior e para um casal. Estávamos em 3 e tínhamos reservado um quarto superior family room. Nos deram um duplo com uma cama de casal apenas. O gerente conseguiu nos mudar para um com uma cama de casal e outra de solteiro mas não era também o que tinhamos reservado pois o hotel estava cheio. Efetuei a reserva ha bastante tempo. Não havia toalhas no novo quarto que nos detam e nem travesseiros suficientes. Fila imensa na recepção. Não estavam preparados para a demanda o Carnaval. Pessoal da recepção e colaboradores do hotel são extremamente atenciosos. Esse é o ponto alto do hotel. A limpeza do quarto é muito boa também.

Quarto 106 cheiro de esgoto. Cama super desconfortável, os 3 hospedados saíram com dor no pescoço e lombar. Além disso, a nova lei do checkin e checkout não está sendo considerado, pois a portaria determina 24h menos 03h horas a partir da entrada do hospede. Assim, o checkout era 12h por regra e ainda foi mencionado que a extensão do horário para 13h00 era uma \"cortesia\" do hotel, caso contrário se paga por late checkout. Sendo que o horário para checkin definido é 14h.
Outro ponto, faz cobrança de taxa de cachorro e não tinha nem tapete e pote de agua para eles. PRecisa melhorar e muito a hospitalidade e infraestrutura.

Achei bem interessante esse hotel, só me impliquei um pouco com o elevador ser de touch pq mtas vezes não pega o dedo e a questão do estacionamento ter que ser pago a diária. Ficamos 15 dias e em nenhum momento a gestão do hotel ou até mesmo um colaborador direcionado para isso, perguntou se tinha algo à melhorar no hotel ou algo que poderia melhorar nossa experiência.
Como não nos perguntaram, fica o direcionamento.
Café: Atendentes atenciosos e prestativos. Porém, não conseguem manter os alimentos quentes (então coloquem um microondas para o cliente no mínimo). Ovo frio, leite sem lactose frio, muitas vezes o próprio café frio.
Barulheira no café é terrível, precisa sinalizar que poderia ser um local de alimentação matutina e não reunião de bar.
Quarto: Chuveiro péssimo, Box minúsculo, limpeza só onde o padre passa. Não parece existir um processo de troca de lençóis e limpeza de privada programada. Não dá para saber quando fazem essas duas coisas, pois nada tem cheiro de limpeza.
