Property is not new. Need some maintenance. Staff is great. Room is very clean. Breakfast is wonderful!
Francisco
Áreas comunes e elevadores sem ar condicionado. Elevador antigo.

Ok for one night but could be better
The bedrooms are outdated and lack cleaning . Actually pulled off the nightstand and there was garbage and hair from previous guests. It is also difficult to plug in appliances or phones because outlets are outdated. The bedroom smells dust mold and pillows are very old as well.

There’s no laundry room as advertised.there’s a kitchen but only if you pay extra fee of $70.00 to use it! Very noisy!
Plus, there’s no restaurant as advertised.

The staff and personnel were great. Friendly, helpful, and kind. The hotel has some age to it and the surroundings is not a newer part of the city. I had no issues but I didn’t walk anywhere either.
Marcelo
good for 1-2 days stay
Good stay, centralized, old hotel
Adriano

Front desk staff was so helpful and kind. Spoke perfect English and helped us check in early because our flight arrived at 7:30am. So so happy!!

Aconchegante e bem localizado

Michel was not polite and was not able to help me out with a late check out.

Parabéns ao time do Park Tower Campinas.

Marcio A M
Cordialidade no atendimento

VIRGILIO A

Volto a me hospedar principalmente pelo atendimento.
Café simples e justo, padrão executivo, mas bem feito.
Na sala poderia haver um ar condicionado.
Próximo a mercado.

Ficamos hospedados no 14o andar.
