As I stay longer at this hotel—for reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with enjoying my stay—management and service keep deteriorating.
During the week, I requested fresh sheets and bath towels while waving daily housekeeping services. I received almost everything, except for the pillowcases. I requested a broom and a dust pan. I got the broom and a floor squeegee. Furthermore, the hotel Wi-Fi remains slow and unreliable. At the breakfast buffet, the cheese puffs (which are supposed to be gluten-free) are placed right next to standard baked goods. The staff uses the same utensils for both, showing a complete lack of training regarding cross-contamination.
The disturbances here are ongoing and constant. I have communicated both in writing and in person to managers and supervisors that privacy and safety are basic rights, yet it feels as though I am speaking an entirely different language. The absolute lack of respect, communication, and consideration here is astounding. It is deeply disappointing to see such disregard for a paying guest.

Unacceptable noise, zero management resolution, and a total lack of peace.
I am writing this review directly from the hotel, where I have been forced to extend my stay due to work and health reasons. This has been a deeply unpleasant experience. The lack of basic consideration and respect for guest privacy here is staggering.
My stay has been defined by constant, relentless disturbances from the rooms above and adjacent to mine. This includes non-stop dragging of furniture, heavy thudding on the walls, floor pounding, slammed doors, and even the occasional sound of drilling. I recorded them. On one occasion, I found myself locked out of my room in a hallway that smelled strongly of marijuana.
What is most frustrating is the absolute lack of accountability. I have fully documented these ongoing issues and escalated them to both Expedia and the hotel management, yet absolutely nothing has been done to remedy the situation. I am currently sitting in my room experiencing these disruptions as I write this. I cannot recommend a hotel that completely fails to provide a peaceful environment or support its guests.

Well located, great staff, very good breakfast, recommended
Marcelo
There was no hot water for a shower. Speaking to reception, she asked if I had left the tap running for 10 minutes facing right and 10 minutes facing left. I said I didn't know I had to do that ritual every time I showered. There was only an apology, but I said that the water really does take a while to heat up.

Banho frio.

Clean, comfortable, and safe
The hotel was great. It was clean and conveniently located. The breakfast was good. We had a little difficulty communicating in English to the staff, but we managed. The parking situation was great. The parking attendants were so helpful and fast.

Located in a quiet, easily accessible (by car) part of the city. Close enough to Campinas and would be a great hotel for business travelers. Great variety in the breakfast menu. Didn't use the restaurant, but room service food was great and delivered in good time.
Great value.

Hotel had some minor issues, but the staff was fantastic in fixing them.

fantastic hotel in a very safe area close to mall
Valinhos is a jewel in the forest of Sao Paolo. Very clean city and very modern at the level of Florida !!
This hotel reflects the atmosphere and fashion of the town. Safe clean and courteous staff. I wish they would get a lot of guests so that they can grow more.

Great staff and hotel
The hotel is new and in great condition. The staff was extremely helpful and excited to assist us with everything from helping translate calls from Uber to and giving directions. It's across the street from the Valinhos Shopping Mall that has restaurants, a grocery store and regular stores.

Excelentes instalações, limpa, localização, café da manhã e comodidades.

Quarto limpo, estacionamento, equipe de funcionários
Luciano
Instalacoes no geral boas, e bom atendimento.
Sou bariatrico, preciso comer proteína, nao consegui tomar café nenhum dia no hotel, pois estava demorando a reposição.

No geral boa a hospedagem.

Me dieron toallas desgastadas, casi rotas!

Quarto aconchegante , ar condicionado otimo . Muito limpo .silencioso.
Amanda

Fiquei no quarto 404
