There was no hot water for a shower. Speaking to reception, she asked if I had left the tap running for 10 minutes facing right and 10 minutes facing left. I said I didn't know I had to do that ritual every time I showered. There was only an apology, but I said that the water really does take a while to heat up.

The hotel was great. It was clean and conveniently located. The breakfast was good. We had a little difficulty communicating in English to the staff, but we managed. The parking situation was great. The parking attendants were so helpful and fast.

Located in a quiet, easily accessible (by car) part of the city. Close enough to Campinas and would be a great hotel for business travelers. Great variety in the breakfast menu. Didn't use the restaurant, but room service food was great and delivered in good time.

Valinhos is a jewel in the forest of Sao Paolo. Very clean city and very modern at the level of Florida !!
This hotel reflects the atmosphere and fashion of the town. Safe clean and courteous staff. I wish they would get a lot of guests so that they can grow more.

The hotel is new and in great condition. The staff was extremely helpful and excited to assist us with everything from helping translate calls from Uber to and giving directions. It's across the street from the Valinhos Shopping Mall that has restaurants, a grocery store and regular stores.

Hospedei-me neste hotel em Valinhos e a experiência foi muito positiva do início ao fim. O quarto é bastante confortável, com cama macia, roupas de cama limpas e bem cuidadas, além de um bom isolamento acústico, o que garante noites tranquilas de descanso. O ambiente é bem organizado, com espaço suficiente para acomodar malas e trabalhar com notebook, o que é um diferencial tanto para viagens a lazer quanto a trabalho.

O banheiro merece destaque pela limpeza impecável. Tudo estava muito bem higienizado, com toalhas brancas e cheirosas, chuveiro com ótima pressão de água e temperatura estável. Esses detalhes fazem muita diferença na sensação de conforto e cuidado durante a estadia.

O café da manhã é outro ponto forte. Há uma boa variedade de opções, com pães frescos, bolos, frutas, frios e bebidas quentes, tudo sempre bem reposto e apresentado de forma organizada. Os produtos são de qualidade e atendem bem a diferentes gostos, proporcionando um começo de dia agradável.

Além disso, o atendimento da equipe é cordial e eficiente, sempre disposta a ajudar e a esclarecer dúvidas. A localização em Valinhos também é conveniente, com fácil acesso às principais vias da região. No geral, é um hotel que entrega exatamente o que promete: conforto, limpeza e uma estadia tranquila, sendo uma excelente opção para quem busca boa relação custo-benefício na cidade.

Fiquei 2 noites. A limpeza principalmente deixou a desejar. Banheiro não foi bem limpo, tapetinho sujo não foi trocado, chão não foi varrido. Garagem complicada, poucas vagas e apertada para manobrar carros médios e grandes. Preços do minibar altos, incompatíveis com a qualidade do hotel. Café da manhã bom, porém falta atenção na reposição de alimentos e bebidas.

Café da manhã incrível e quarto limpo

O destaque é o café da manhã, com muitas opções, incluindo um buffet com alimentos sem gluten e lactose.

O estacionamento tem vagas cobertas limitadas, porém há vagas externas na parte de trás do hotel e muitas vagas na rua.

Pontos que poderiam ser melhor: A porta do banheiro não fechava, estava estufada, como era só eu e minha esposa, não chegou a ser um problema. Uma das luzes do banheiro estava queimada. A cadeira da escrivaninha era bem confortável, porém estava suja e com pó, poderiam ter higienizado antes da nossa chegada.

De forma geral achamos o quarto limpo e confortável, com um destaque para o café da manhã.

Hotel longe bem longe de ser 4 estrelas, nivel de duas. Limpeza e instalcoes deixando muito a desejar. Parte interna do predio incluindo quartos precisando urgentemente de reforma. Cafe da manha caotico, tem mesas para no max 1/3 dos hospedes. Uma zona e barulhento

Barulho extremo e cheiro de esgoto

Cheguei em 08/04 as 23:45 na recepção não tinha ninguém após espera o atendente me cedeu a apto 204 ao qual estava com cheiro de retorno de esgoto e as condensadoras de ar na minha janela, resultado como dormir com barulho extremo das condensadoras, liguei pra reclamar na recepção e o atendente disse não ter outro apartamento pra trocar , resumindo lixo de hospedagem, nunca mais ➕️ vou nesse hotel lixo.

O ambiente destinado à mesa do buffet de café da manhã poderia ser reformulado. Nao necessariamente no conteúdo, mas na disposição dos itens. O café forma fila e atrapalha quem vai pegar pires, localizado no canto da parede, para o buffet de comida. Poderiam reorganizar para agilizar e otimizar o acesso dos hóspedes e do próprio Staff do hotel ao repor os itens. No mais, muito bom e honesta a estadia. Staff atencioso.

Somente uma coisa me decepcionou no hotel: os quartos duplos, entende-se que acomodam duas pessoas, e so tinha um único copo de vidro. Houve resistência pelos atendentes para disponibilizar mais um copo. Isso foi ridículo.

A estadia foi boa, ficamos apenas 1 diária, infelizmente o banheiro fedia a cigarro, apesar do aviso de proibido fumar que algum hóspede desobedeceu. Reclamamos na recepção e prontamente fomos atendidos, a camareira do Hotel atendeu com rapidez nossa queixa e resolveu quase totalmente, com certeza fez o melhor que pode e com muita simpatia. Como a janela do quarto não abria, é fixa , ficamos sem ter como arejar o quarto. Imagino que pela lotação do hotel esse detalhe do banheiro tenha passado despercebido, havia evento na cidade, muitos hóspedes.
Fora esse problema, os funcionários foram atenciosos e simpáticos, o café da manhã estava excelente, com muita variedade. E o ar condicionado silencioso.
