We stayed a couple of nights in our way back home, clean, not luxurious, but comfortable. The hotel has a lot of amenities for kids (pool, tênis court, football pitch, etc.), the best part is the staff - they are VERY friendly from the reception to the restaurant, always kind and pleasant, really nice people working there.

A área da piscina foi o grande ápice de uma viagem com 3 crianças de 3 e 5 anos. Tem uma área aberta com brinquedos aquáticos bem cuidados, uma piscina coberta aquecida e uma jacuzzi ao lado. Do lado de fora tem outras áreas de piscina onde pessoas sem crianças ficam mais à vontade. Tudo excepcional!

Sou hospede deste hotel já algum tempo, acompanhei a reforma realizada que melhorou a infra do hotel. Na minha recente estadia pode observar que o mesmo precisa melhorar suas rotinas, abaixo alguns pontos:
- os elevadores apresentam botões quebrados impedindo que o mesmo pare no andar o que acarreta transtorno;
- a escada estava com o sensor de luz com defeito impedindo o deslocamento por lá;
- foi solicitado por 3 vezes que a banheira de hidro fosse ligada, sem sucesso. de que serve uma banheira de hidro que não é ligada?;
- no final de semana movimento do hotel aumentou e a infra de atendimento na piscina não deu vazão ao atendimento;
- horário de café da manhã durante a temporada limitado a 10 hs durante a semana?;
- domingo para o jantar somente opção de buffet, sem atendimento no quarto.
Enfim espero que melhorem, para não desperdiçar o investimento realizado no hotel.

A estrutura do hotel é ótima, porém o hotel está largado, piscina climatizada porém todo dia tinha que reclamar pois ela está fria e desligada, lixos na mesas da piscina da noite anterior, chão, mesas e cadeiras da piscina parece que nunca virão uma água, já tinha ido algumas vezes e não estava assim não

Tive uma experiência muito boa, tirei uns dias para descanso com meu filho, área de lazer para criança é uma delícia eles conseguem brincar na piscina temos uma visão deles no geral, tudo muito limpo a piscina em geral é tb quarto limpos um bom café da manhã, atendimento pessoal do bar na piscina excelente e tb do restaurante funcionários simpáticos especialmente a Rita que fica no restaurante que foi super atenciosa com a gente, super indico e com certeza voltarei mais vezes com meu filho !

Fui até a recepção questinar se poderíamos trocar por algum outro bangalô térreo (que, inclusive, seria inferior ao nosso), mas, até o final da nossa estadia, não tivemos devolutiva da recepcão.

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura. Mas, deixou a desejar na limpeza. Piso do quarto ensebado. Banheiro pior. Cheio de limo( com tantos produtos que limpam bem isso) tinham muitos cabelos na parede do box. E o chão tão gorduroso que escorregava. Não sei se por ser mês de férias as piscinas estavam sujas. Parecendo que não passa por uma limpeza há tempos. As piscinas cobertas além da cor suja muitos insetos e bichos mortos boiando. Talvez fora de temporada a limpeza seja mais eficiente.

Nao gostei da nova política de funcionamento do estabelecimento, ja havia ido antes nesse hotel e depois do chek-aut o hóspede poderia ficar nas áreas comuns. Agora só fica se pagar 70 reais por pessoa, achei um absurdo e tremendo desrespeito com os hóspedes. Nunca vi isso em nenhum hotel...Muito desagradável e decepcionante...
